• Abu Arman (8/5): Nice Hotel - Sarapan enak dgn banyak pilihan Kamar agak sedikit sempit, jalan diantara tempat tidur dan TV dinding harus jalan menyamping. Ndak ada meja kerja dan kursi, kalo buka laptop harus di tempat tidur. Ndak ada ceret masak air panas, tp ada dispenser air di hallway. Tapi ndak ada mug juga.

We drove & there were lack of signage to park our car nearby the hotel entrance. So we went throughout the mall, looking for the hotel entrance.

• Yusoff (8/5): - Helpful and great staff Housekeeping staff who cleaned my room was helpful. Kudos to them. No mini bar fridge in the room. Might consider having this facility in guestrooms. Inadequate lightings,abit dim in room and room hallway.
• Satoshi (2/5): - dpmall に隣接している。 便利だが、エントランスがモールと一緒なのでいつも送迎の車で大渋滞。 従業員が若い世代が多くて全く教育されてない。チェックインの時に並んでるのに割り込んで来た客をそのまま注意もせず対応した。部屋数の割に、フロントの窓口が2人対応のみなのでいつも待たさせる。その裏では他の従業員達がおしゃべりしてる。朝食時も席の案内をしないので大テーブルを一人が占有することも多々あり。部屋はスーペリアでもとても狭くベッドの向う側に行くのが大変。テーブル、椅子がないのでPCで作業できない。冷蔵庫がないので飲み物など冷やせない。ハンガーなども置いてない。WiFiの設定が複雑。狭いのでエアコンがキツくて喉を痛めた。ジムにエアコンがなく、水サーバはお湯しかでない。マットレスがないのでストレッチできない。若いスタッフを指導するリーダーが必要。

• Mohammad Afiq Naqiuddin (10/5): - I love the design of the room which is spacious, the location is also strategically close by DP Mall and Lawang Sewu. Breakfast also provided variable type of supple foods from rice to soto, cereals and deserts. I enjoy the night performance of live music in the lounge after a dayful of touring the city. Overall it's the best experience I had in staying at hotel.

Staff at the bar did not care at all to wait on me. Breakfast staff at 9:30 acted like they wished I would not ask for someone to make eggs. Just no friendly smiles . They must be underpaid and overworked.

• Shirley (5/5): Not great. Wouldn’t recommend. - The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. I enjoyed the gym facilities and access to water on my room floor. The misleading information on checkin communication through WhatsApp. Firstly, it was stated that our room key ‘unlocked endless coffee and tea delights’. This was not the case. After check in I ordered two coffees and we were promptly charged for them as with future coffees we ordered . I queried this on check out and was told we should have received a welcome drink and would we like it then. As we had a train to catch it was not suitable. Secondly, the breakfast times were incorrect and said 6-10. We arrived for breakfast on our first morning at 8.58am and checked in by staff. As we collected a coffee we noticed staff clearing everything away. I questioned this to be told that breakfast closed at 9am during Ramadan. We had enough time to grab a bowl of fruit and that was all. The staff regarded it as unfortunate and didn’t offer a solution. We weren’t the only guests caught out. During our stay the dining and leisure areas were dominated by buffet banquets. We didn’t know if these were private functions or if we could participate as any guidance on WhatsApp suggested we could only get room service. The rooms were incredible short with only 20cm between the end of the bed and the wall. The hotel appeared to have challenges with aircon as throughout it had a musty smell and everything in our room - towels, linen and eventually our own clothes were damp and smelly.

Breakfast choice variation is good but quality and taste is mediocre, some menuy too oily and spicy for breakfast, could be better.

• Aaron (10/5): - I was there for business, well set up, great breakfast, and areas I could work at on my computer. Room was very small but I got the budget room and the place had lots of area to work and relax. Next time I'm in Semarang I'll stay here again!
• Steven (10/5): - Check-in was great and staff were super gracious and welcoming. Common areas were chill but often full of people during the day attending workshops and seminars. Free buffet breakfast wasn't bad with lots of Indonesian food to choose from. Western food was just Ok, with good omelettes. Pastries weren't super fresh. Unlimited coffee; a few juices to choose from but none were freshly-squeezed. My room was the weakest part of my four night stay. A good amount of noise from other rooms and in the hallway. Several items were in poor condition (towel rack was barely affixed to the wall and the hot water shower handle fell off during our stay). There were also stains on the sheets. Rooms are showing their age and use.
• Natalie (8/5): Hidden gem in the city centre of Semarang! - The location is near to everything highlighted in Semarang, lawang sewu is just the next door, old city only a few minutes drive also semawis is very near. the hotel food are very nice, and have many options for your breakfast. I didnt expect this as I thought in will be like other budget hotel, there will be not many options, the ambience and the interior also very modern and good for those who like instagramable photoshoot. The room is not big, although its understandable looking from its price.
• Daniel (7/5): Ok for one night. - The location of the hotel is quite good. There is a shopping mall right next to the entrance. We needed to wake up quite early and go straight away to the airport, so the choice was not bad for a short night. Breakfast is served quite early, so you have time to enjoy it before departing to the airport. The toilet could have been a little more clean and the climatisation a bit better.
