• Maria (10/5): - Siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti di questo hotel. La camera era bellissima e spaziosa, ​molto bella e rilassante anche la piscina comune, molto tranquilla e ideale per staccare la spina. La posizione è davvero ottima e strategica per visitare le principali attrazioni dell'isola. ​Infine una nota di merito assoluta va allo staff che è stato di una cortesia squisita, sempre presenti per ogni necessità ma senza mai risultare invadenti. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche il pensiero della frutta fresca che ci hanno fatto trovare in stanza la sera prima della nostra partenza: un piccolo gesto che dimostra una grandissima attenzione all'ospite.

L emplacement au top avec accès à la plage le calme de l hôtel et la gentillesse du personnel . La piscine commune très agréable aussi . Restos très sympas à proximité. Je recommande vraiment . Si je dois dire quelque chose c est peut être le petit déjeuner répétitif avec viennoiseries congelées et confiture en dose individuelle basique seul bémol mais nous n étions pas nombreux ds l hôtel lors de notre séjour et il y a tout de même énormément de choix dont jus frais et assiette de fruits frais mais aussi plats locaux et œufs sous toutes les formes

• Marcela (8/5): Skrytý poklad. - Byli jsme ubytovaní v apartmánu s vlastním bazénem, pokoj byl čistý, útulný a klidný...nebýt sousedů s malým dítětem, stěny nejsou dostatečně odhlučněny. Snídaně byla výborná, možnost zvolit si alternativu podle chuti, čerstvý džus byl vynikající a káva silná, přivítali bychom širší možnosti výběru např. capuccino nebo espresso. Personál byl opět na jedničku s hvězdičkou. Určitě bychom se do hotelu opět vrátili. Nelíbilo se nám umístění strojovny bazénu v místnosti, dost hučela, přivítali bychom stropní ventilátor v prostoru jídelního koutu a schody do bazénu byly rozžhavené sluníčkem, nezbývalo než do bazénu skákat...to je vtip. Ale klady určitě převažují.

We enjoyed the privacy and facilities at Benoa. it was a quiet area with not many shops or cafes around, so mostly ate at other resorts, but good to relax and enjoy the peace. Staff were very polite and friendly. I would recommend to anyone wishing to escape the busy areas of Bali for a few days. I felt that they need some shade around the communal pool as it was too hot to use this area most of the time.

• Marcela (9/5): Můžeme doporučit. - Byli jsme ubytovaní ve vilce typu Deluxe s ložnicí, vlastním bazénem a nelitovali jsme. Vilka byla prostorná, měla spoustu úložného prostoru, bazén byl situován do krásné zahrady, wifi na jedničku, vydatnou snídani vám přinesou až na pokoj, vše čisté a pohodlné. Jste v klidné oáze na spánek, ale přitom kousek k moři a rušného života se spoustou kvalitních restaurací (New Black Tom's, Shreya) a obchodů. Toto ubytování můžeme všem doporučit. Bylo by fajn instalovat do kuchyňské části stropní větrák a bohužel jsme měli vilku pod tobogánem sousedního hotelu, takže jsme každý den (9-18)poslouchali vískající děti.

Fumigation done weekly entered through the Aircon in the rooms and very unpleasant likely toxic. Access to driveway filled with water Poor upkeep of rooms - peeling paint on balconies.

Grab cars can come in the hotel lobby for rides There're leaves in the pool. There's a dip area by the wash basin. There's water flood between the hotel lobby and the main road.

• david (4/5): Long past it's heyday... - Having your own pool was lovely. There are lots of restaurants and a few massage places a little walk away. The beach is right at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was ok. The place is in need of significant works. We had stayed a few years ago and sadly seemingly nothing has been worked on. Gardens seem to have gotten worse. Staining on ceiling, rusting decking which feels extremely sketchy to walk on. Rain shower head with water spitting on the side instead of downwards. A little rain meant the driveway was a river and I couldn't avoid walking through it.

• Budi Dharma (8/5): - Clean room, has beach facing balcony. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Btw, the breakfast is delivered to the room, so there is no buffet style breakfast. Nice beach in front of the hotel. Staffs in the reception are exceptional, very warmth and helpful. There was building on construction next to the hotel during our stay. Many building materials scattered in the access to the hotel from main road. Some noise too from the construction although not too disturbing.

• Barry (3/5): Awful stay, with nice staff. - The staff are friendly and helpful. Theirs doing building work in front hotel so noisy and mucky. Their Was doing construction by pool was noisy, Villa - the pool ladder broken was dangerous getting in and out, The beach is dirty and full of plastic, no sun loungers on the beach. Their is a water slide the hotel next door so screaming kids all day going down. A lot of mosquitoes around the Villa area, Breakfast hit and miss but ok

• Russell (3/5): Very, very, very disappointing - Very disappointing stay. The entrance road to the accommodation is in a terrible state, with build works right in front of the suites and a mountain of rumble. The entrance road is dangerous and in rain you will have go walk through deep large puddles of water , with no other option if you want to get to the only entrance to the suites. Terrible entrance as stated above

Свой собственный и бассе - Приветливый персонал, чистота, расположение, бесплатный паркинг в тени, красивый и уютный ресепшен, чистый бассейн, вкусные и разнообразный завтрак, всегда чистая свежая постель, удобно и безопасно с ребенком! • Horst (6/5): Clean, good service and location, accommodation adequate and value for money. - We stayed in a villa. The room was outdated but very clean and the daily servicing excellent. I enjoyed the pool area in the villa, and the larger pool for all the guests. Location on the beachfront great. The price point was about right. The entrance to the premises shabby, and the pooled water in the driveway should be fixed (sunken paving). Albeit we understand building work is going on at the front - you should ensure those owners do a good job of fixing the new coming surrounds and roadway. Breakfast choices OK but quality not great. For American meals you can leave off the potatoes and salad garnish as nobody ate them. Also too much pastries and bread - allot wasted. Simpler egg dishes but more fresh also. Coffee OK. Perhaps a couple of granola /cereal choices in the Continental Breakfast section. Service great.

• Shirley (5/5): Simple life - Spacious room, bathroom and separate toilet, free afternoon snacks, friendly and helpful staffs. The breakfast is Ala carte which we were not aware but decent size and when we purchased food outside the staffs helped us heating up the food happily. The property is secluded inside narrow street. The reception area from the outside looks like a normal house. Inside the room, ants roaming free on top of one bench. They also use linen and room spray that has super strong artificial fragrance. Causing headache on my first two days but the staffs happily stop using it when requested. Not much activity around so not really suitable for family.

Only 1 minute to the - I stayed in one of the villa’s, my room was lovely and clean. Outside could do with a little TLC ( grass needed cutting,some of the floor boards need replacing) the pool was clean and great for a cool down ☺️ The only thing I didn’t like was the short walk down the alley from the road to the hotel door as I was travelling by myself,

Rooms were dated, toilet was getting water clogged all the time making experience very bad, aircon was very weak, pool water was dirty, TV was cable TV and not smart TV. The Villa 15 was whole day in view of a guard from next door hotel giving less privacy.

Ресепшен комфортный и работает круглые сутки, очень милый и доброжелательный персонал, сколько бы раз в день не проходили мимо всегда приветствуют! На ресепшен всегда можно выпить бесплатный чай и кофеи даже есть сладости! Вода тоже бесплатная! Паркинг под крышкой и сотрудник отеля всегда помогает припарковаться и даже открывает дверь и помогает выйти из машины! Стройка рядом с отелем уже закончилась, окрасили стены, поэтому ужаса мы не увидели который описан в других комментариях. Рядом с отелем магазин в котором есть все и цены ниже обычных! Территория ухоженная и чистая! Сами номера ухоженные, видно что обновляют и затирку межплиток и сантехнику! Очень приятно видеть чистый текстиль шторы и тюль. Нам меняли постель каждый день представляете! Сейчас мы из номера с бассейном переехали на виллу в этом же отели и продолжаем наслаждаться атмосферой! Мы 7 раз семьей на Бали, жили и на частных виллах и 5 звезд отелях но именно сюда я бы точно вернулась! Думаю так и сделаем в следующем году! Идеальный вариант для семей с детьми! На наш взгляд много хлора добавляется в частный бассейн! Мы попросили и нам перестали его добавлять! Все решаемо!

The grounds & surroundings. Looks as of poverty. And I don't like the fact that the resort is a beach front property but do not have any beach lounge chairs. So you can not sit on the beach to enjoy the ocean, sand or weather.
• Judith (9/5): Good price for private pool villa. - Lovely private pool villa. Great price. I have stayed here before so I knew what to expect. Construction work at the front of Villa but I am sure that will be great when it’s finished. I had a private villa at the back of the property which was overlooked by the kids slide from hotel next door… not ideal but if they want to look at a fat old lady swimming in her pool, they may need help. lol. They were a little noisy but nothing too bad.. a few small restaurants nearby but many others a short taxi ride away.

• Christopher (7/5): Good value for money - Very good value for money, very quiet and private. Staff very helpful and friendly Hotel doesn't offer many amenities, no full time restaurant or bar or pool. Not alot to do within walking distance from hotel
