Even after I have paid already. The staff offered me another room, and it smells the same. Led me to another, no difference.

- X46ICnathalieh (8/5): Nice hotel in CDO - Spacious rooms, accommodating and friendly staffs. Great place to stay in CDO, if you are on a budget. Very close to downtown, very accessible. Looks a little dated, Hope they renovate soon. It has a very 90s vibe , style to it. Ran into this place on facebook.
- geomark03 (2/5): employees are a bunch of thieves - we went to this on dec 28, 2021 at 2pm. hoping that we will just check in because were already tired from travelling from zamboanga to CDO. and we already paid our reservations 2 weeks before our trip. yet, when arriving at their counter. their front desk employee told us that there were no more available rooms. (see how stupid their ways of processing works ? and we cant even park our vehicle properly. their free parking means that its 2 blocks away from the actual hotel -_-. and they didnt even mention that. but the worst part is. on our 2nd day of vacation. my family and i decided to go to seven seas water park. that means we need to leave early and to leave our hotel for the whole day. and so we did. on the 3rd day. dec 30, 2021. my brother notice that his money worth 5000 thousand pesos was taken from his wallet inside our room. where he left it. and so after noticing that we got rob. we decided to confront the hotel asking them to show their footage of their cctv. and they denied us. they said, ( only their manager has the password for their cameras.) and so what we did is we ask for the number of their manager to inform them about our situation. when speaking to the manager. She was already screaming at my mom through their phone saying that my mom violated their boundary, saying that she trespass to their counter. do you guys hear how stupid thats sounds ? were the ones who got rob and yet their the ones who are more angrier . to fact that the room has only one entry and its the front door of that room, its means that they used the spare key of our room to get inside and stole my brothers money. so my brothers and my mom went to the nearest police station to report the incident. after reporting it, 2 of the police officers went with them from the police station to the hotel. after the police office confronted them , they immediately attend the police office with their IT head to access their cctv. why didn't they do this when we were asking for it ? . after hours of checking the cctv they told us (my family and the police) that their cctv are not recording anything.

It was dirty, unfinished, broke down, no hot water, cockroaches, and no parking. I think I ended up paying around $9k+ from a third party booking website.

Budget friendly, so don't expect that much. Okay siya if you just need a room to spend the night after a very tiring day. Not sure though if they serve food. Wifi is bad, so not good for those who travel for work. No telephone in the room, so you have to go downstairs at their front desk if you have any requests or what, they ask for a 100 pesos deposit for the remote, they only provide one towel and soap, not sure if they just forgot that there are two guests in that room. No shampoo, so you have to bring your own. They do have tissue though.

Location is near banks, restaurants. They provide towel and soap if you ask them. Pros: Budget Room, Wifi, Aircon, Cable TV Cons: Tv has no remote control, Inn/Hotel lobby are small.
- raymartn2015 (6/5): Budget friendly - The place is just right for budget travelers. 300pesos a night may not be that bad for simple gooodnight sleep. The CR does not have a good exhaust system. Bring your own soap and shampoo as they will only provide towel.
- yamskigee (4/5): Just Good - We booked and confirmed our room accommodation through our Tour Service Provider, 2 rooms for 5 pax a month before our booked flight. However, upon arrival from Camiguin, they gave us a family room with additional bed. It was learned that there are bigger group who occupied most of the rooms of this Inn. We stayed here for two nights. The rooms was spacious, at least. The additional bed was small. It was an airconditioned room with 1TB for sharing. Overall, it's actually okey, though we noticed some small roaches.. but we didn't mind and asked them to clean. Staff are accommodating. Their lobby area was a bit small, and looks like,.. a smoking area? some people or staff eats there. There a lot of choices to eat from fastfood to foodstalls and some restos nearby. Just okey.

Their washrooms are dirty and the beds were not at all comfortable. Owner was very hard to negotiate with. Once downpayment and itinerary has been made, they will take advantage of charging you of additional expenses. Not recommended at all.
- titawee (8/5): Good location, big rooms - We're 8 adults with 1 child. No elevator, good thing our rooms are on the second floor only. Value for money, clean rooms, small pillows but we asked for extra, accommodating staff, very good location, as it is very near restaurants, convenience store and bakery, good rest after a day of activities. Must try is the Bagong lipunan restaurant, walking distance from the Inn.
- tolentinomaldex (8/5): Hotel with Serenity - Before this was a Lamar Inn and change under the new management as The Loft Inn. This is my favorite place for rest in Cagayan de Oro as this is very serene in the heart of busiest area in Divisoria of Cdo.

Here are some points that I think they should improve: Some CR doors dont have lock, hot and cold shower is not working well, no telephone in the room, there's a cockroach, tv don't have remote controller, pillows are too small. During our stay, we heard a noise of a drunk man, a crying lady and a loud sound of something (like a gun) in the hallway about 2am, very scary, they should handle incidents like that.

- jarjarcordero (10/5): Everytime I visit CDO, I come here - This hotel is really nice. I always come here whenever I have a business trip to CDO. It's in the heart of the city and it is very accessible. It's near malls, food establishments, public transportation and they also accommodate tours if you inquire. Furthermore, the staff are very accommodating, there's free wifi, rooms are really clean and spacious and best of all the price is really affordable. I just love this place. More power to you guys at The Loft Inn!
- alherras (6/5): Everything is okay except two - The rooms are neat and simple, CR is clean as well. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There's just 2 things we don't like about this, no house keeping and the upfront change of rooms we booked. I already booked months ahead of our travel time for 2 extra large room. When we arrived at the inn, the front desk told us that we are reserved to 4 rooms. Whilst their intention of giving us comfort is touching, the changes could have been relayed to me earlier to avoid any issues. Also, the front desk is asking us of the 250 charge for an extra bed, I told her to tell the owner that since they downgraded us to 2 medium rooms, I will not pay any additional beddings. They are approachable so no need to shout or have tantrums. All you have to do is ask and remind them of the previous arrangement. Best if you pay half of the rooms' amount so this will not happen to you.
- kuyals (8/5): Nice, clean & inexpensive - This is a nice hotel which has been recently remodeled. Rooms are clean and good service from the staff. There is only on the street parking and it can be hard to find a parking place sometimes. There is a 24 hr guard on duty. Hotel is located just a couple of blocks from the Divisoria. There are many restaurants within walking distance, but there is also plenty of public transportation available. There are hot showers, cable TV and WIFI in the rooms. Rates are very reasonable.
