Las camas son muy cómodas y la habitación está bien equipada, con baño completo, ducha, toallas y una ventana que permite ventilar correctamente. El personal fue muy amable, educado y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. En general, una estancia muy agradable y recomendable. Muy buena relación calidad-precio

The bathroom was only for our usage however outside the room, across the hall and there are other people in the apartment at the same time.

- Nicola (6/5): Ottima posizione MA per brevi soggiorni - Posizione comoda: a 5 minuti a piedi dalle stazioni "Museo" e "Piazza Cavour"delle metro e dal museo archeologico e a meno di 10 dal centro storico Bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze e anche un deposito bagagli Disponibilità dell'host per lasciare gli zaini nella struttura anche prima della disponibilità della camera Struttura in palazzo storico Disponibilità in struttura di potersi fare un caffè o bevanda calda o usare un microonde o un frigo (anche se la pulizia non sembrava granché....) Sulla scrivania c'erano delle mappe e delle info per spostarsi in città Giudizio sufficiente perché comunque un letto e una doccia calda l'ha offerto ma rapporto qualita/prezzo non soddisfacente La pulizia non era impeccabile ( trovato capello nel letto e in 3 giorni mai cambiato almeno le salviette) Scala di accesso al soppalco molto ripida e scomoda, tra l'altro ultimo scalino in alto ballava anche un po' se ci mettevi un po' il peso Soppalco angusto e mancava un comodino e una presa da una parte del letto Il lavabo faticava a scaricare acqua Asciugacapelli mal funzionante (livello 1 e 2 in pratica erano uguali e aria non tanto calda) Molti dettagli sottotono( crepe, tubi in vista, doccia non perfettamente montata) In caso di eventuali problemi difficile contattare qualcuno, sulla lavagna c'erano due contatti ma uno con numero di telefono del tutto mancante e uno con le ultime 3 cifre cancellate, quindi in caso bisognava affidarsi a booking Consiglio: in caso uno abbia difficoltà a muoversi o simile chieda di non farsi dare la camera col soppalco per via della scala

Letti comodissimi, aria condizionata, finestre grandi e vista su una strada peculiare e storica della città (Via Settembrini). Dalla stazione si arriva facilmente a piedi in 20 minuti. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile e cordiale. Palazzo storico meraviglioso e di fronte al Museo d'arte contemporanea. Se tornerò a Napoli, ci ritornerò senz'altro!

- Olha (10/5): Exceptional - Had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was clean, easy, and convenient. The location in the historic center is perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Naples. Although the amenities are located outside the room, having a private key and and it is separate room for the bathroom and toilet didn't cause any inconvenience at all. I highly recommend this place for a true Neapolitan experience!

Reasonably priced. Customers should know that it is more like an Airbnb than a hotel. You need to liaise with the host to get access to the property. This isn't a problem but could be confusing for anyone expecting a reception desk or a neon sign on the street!

The location is good, also have one of the greatest pizza places around the corner Lombardi 1892. The metro is really close so we can move easily. The bathroom is outside the room, but they said it in the description. But anyway the bath were clean, and with a good size.

Our host Alessandro is an absolutely amazing person. So welcoming, attentive and friendly. Also, we’d like to thank Samp and Madu for making our stay pleasant and comfy everyday when we entered our room. Nothing not to like. Just as a suggestion, be aware of the mosquitoes (during summertime I guess). There were quite a lot, so be sure you have an anti mosquito spray or cream with you, especially if you are allergic to mosquito bites.

- Desiree (9/5): Fantastic stay at Sarracino Relais. Will stay here again when I come back to Naples. - Breakfast coupons were provided for the one of the cafes around the corner. The cafe served delicious coffees and pastries. The windows are sound proof and blocked the Naples traffic sounds. The air conditioning is strong and quiet. Location is fantastic, close to sights and restaurants. Alessandro was very responsive and he also went above and beyond arranging for the shipment of my travel companion's passport when it was left behind at the B&B. It was challenging to find the B&B at first but after phoning the host, all was sorted out.

- Kirsty (10/5): A great base to explore the city! - Amazing location in the Centro Storico, close to the train station and plenty of places to eat and explore. The twin room was very clean and comfortable, and although the bathroom was separate, it wasn't far away and it was very clean and the shower was great! Also, despite the huge window (which we loved), the room was relatively quiet by city standards. The staff were great! Alessandro was extremely helpful and very friendly. I was having trouble connecting my data roaming in Italy which did mean I struggled to confirm our arrival time which made it difficult to check in / get our keys but as soon as I managed to get a message through, Alessandro quickly resolved everything, which was a great relief! It was good as well to know he was on-hand for anything else we needed to know. Throughout our stay, the room was kept very clean and was a great space to come back to after a busy day. The breakfast at the café just round the corner was great, too. Very straightforward system and good, tasty food. I couldn't fault a thing about the property! The only issue was my Internet connection (or lack thereof) causing a bit of a snag for checking in, but it was resolved as soon as it could be!

We really liked breakfast in Bar Primavera.. the cornetti and coffee are awesome. Also Alessando, the guest, was attentive through WhatsApp. Personally I think it is bit expensive for what the place can offer. I paid nearly 500 euros for a double room with external bathroom for 4 nights. the cleanliness could also be improved. Towels were not changed when left on the floor

- Ally (8/5): Nice stay. - The best asset of Sarracino Relais is Alessandro, i.e. his hospitality. If you are visiting Old Town Napoli, Sarracino Relais is a good base. The apartment is in a nice buiding and it's not far from the main railway/bus station with connections to Pompei. All in all, it's a nice place to stay for a few days.

- Ally (9/5): Superb - If you're touring Old Town Sarracino Relais is a great location. It's a complex of 4 independent rooms with private bathroooms. Two have internal bathrooms and the other two have external bathrooms. Your contract includes simply Italian breakfast, i.e. croissant, coffe or tea or orange juice served at nearby Caffe Primavera on Via Duomo. The rooms are nice, and comfortable, the best option being The Suite (it's big!) The rooms are cleaned everyday and the host Alessandro is incredibly. He gives you all the help you need. A big thank you Alessandro :) The Cinema Room, with the low-ceiling sleeping area up a narrow staircase. If you're 1.70 cm or less, it's ok, but for taller guys, it's indeed not comfortable. The paradox is this problem can easily be solved. Liquidate the upper sleeping area, get rid of the staircase, bring the bed down and insert an open or mobile wardrobe (most hotels do this now), and tall basketball or volleyball players, i.e. everyone, tall or small will be able to sleep comfortable in The Cinema Room. This I guess can be done and should be a priority because today coming off those stiff staircase in the middle of the night to e.g. the toilet is a big challenge.
