The position of the apartment could not be better. Everything is in easy walking distance..including the train station. The cafe opposite is delightful. The apartment was beautiful and very clean We were ion the second floor. As mentioned before the stairs could be an issue. We were fine with them, but if you find stairs difficult this could be hard, also if you take too big a suitcase! We live in very quiet areas at home, so noticed the late night sounds ..this is bound to happen as it is a beautiful,high,old building in a narrow street…just mentioning for light sleepers.

However, the unpleasant odor in the bat - The location was perfect, everywhere in less than 10 minutes :)) The odor coming from the bathroom was quite unpleasant, and the cleanliness of the bedding was also concerning. There were visible stains on the duvet, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.

• Emily (9/5): Brilliant apartment with everything you need - Perfect location, lovely roof terrace, great communication with Maria the lovely host. We had everything we needed for a 3 night stay in this beautiful city. Beds were on the soft side but just personal thing.
• Martin (9/5): a great apartment in a privileged location! - Property is very well located and was clean and very nicely laid out and decorated. They have all essentials in the flat which is really helpful - even down to things like detergent. The bed was not actually a double bed.. but rather two singles next to one another - not so comfortable and the AC needed some maintenance when I went - but overall a great apartment in a privileged location!

• Magda (7/5): lugar céntrico aunque por lo mismo es bastante concurrido y ruidoso - tiene un pequeño balcón con una silla donde es rico sentarse a mirar con el primer sol del día. la luz en bonita porque hay cristales de colores y el espacio es agradable si no se abre el sofá cama que está ubicado en el mismo lugar. me pareció que faltan implementos de cocina, cucharas de palo o cuchara antiadherente lisa, solo había sopera y espumadera, lo que para hacer huevos revueltos por ejemplo, era incómodo. por otra parte, el teflón de los sartenes está gastado y no me parece seguro tenerlos a disposición para cocinar, más bien habría que renovarlos, ya que es sabido que al rayarse, sueltan partículas cancerígenas. me hizo falta también más mantas o plumón adicional para abrigar el sofá cama o para quien necesitara más tapados. por último, la ducha está suelta por lo que el plato no está fijo a la altura de la persona, sino que se baja hasta el tope inferior, lo que era bastante incómodo también

We especially appreciated the washer and extra touches like plenty of coffee pods, cava and blankets for the balconies. Good communication with the host. A lovely apartment. One of the mattresses seems a bit saggy and not great for the back. There is street noise which would be difficult for light sleepers.

• ppstorgaard (10/5): Perfect apartment for visiting Palma - Perfect location for visiting Palma as it's easy to get everywhere and has several good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay over New Year's - also very nice with the rooftop access to enjoy the sun for a bit. The host was also super friendly and made everything super easy. We were there for New Year's, so parts of the apartment were a bit cold despite the air conditioner. But that's to be expected, so not really an issue - just wanted to note it.

• Dierk-Andreas (10/5): Super Lage, super Ausstattung und gute Betreuung. - Super Lage mitten in der Altstadt und auch für einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt super ausgestattet, insbesondere Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und sogar einem Cava liebevoll vorbereitet. Auch die Vermietung über Alma war immer erreichbar, vielen Dank für einen sorglosen Urlaubs. Alles okay, wir hätten nur gern auch deutsches TV geschaut.

Además nos dejaron un obsequio en la nevera, café e infusiones y todo lo necesario para limpiar si cocinabas allí. Aunque es todo bueno, por poner una pega el sofá del salón es incómodo y la ducha resbala un poco.

• Frances (9/5): Old town apartment - Apartment owner was super helpful. Allowed us an early check in and organised a taxi for our departure. Thank you! The location was really central in the old town tourist area. It was only a short walk to anything in the old town and 20 minutes to the beach. This part of town was also very quiet at nighttime as all the shops closed down, so we didn't have any issues with noise disturbance. All the bars close to the apartment closed very early. Great for a good night's sleep, but not fantastic if you want a drink before bedtime. It took us a couple of nights to venture a bit further afield to discover bars open a little later.

• Jennie (9/5): Mysig central lägenhet med tillgång till bra service. - Att det låg så centralt i Gamla stan, det var trevligt att det fanns bra restauranger bara runt hörnet. Vi hade en bra kontaktperson (hyresvärdinna) som svarade snabbt om vi hade några frågor. Vi saknade en kökshandduk i köket för att torka av disken.

Well equipped for small apartment. Maria (host) is so helpful and will absolutely help with whatever you need - she ensured we got access safely despite 2am arrival Steep steps to access (but typical for architecture I think) Be aware the bathroom is accessed only from the bedroom - so if using sofa bed in living room then make sure you’re happy to disturb the bedroom users in the night!

• Юля (9/5): - Локація апартаментів відмінна, від них можна було пішки ходити куди завгодно, в центрі міста, вид з вікна дуже гарний, так само і з тераси на даху (тут можна зустріти гарний захід сонця, поседіти випити кави, почитати, подрімати, просто відпочити). Апартаменти зручні, є диван, який розкладається (помістяться двоє), окрема кімната з ліжком - зручними, в ній ванна з туалетом), окремо кімната з пральною машинкою. Є кондиціонер (без нього в тій спеці дуже важко), кухня на якій можна готувати, холодильний, кавомашина, тостер. Перевіряйте двері, коли йдете кудись. Іноді кодовий механізм дивно працював і ми якось всю ніч проспали з відкрити дверима і так само майже не пішли з відкритими апартаментами. Також в будівлі немає ліфта, ми проживали на останньому поверсі (4 чи 5 як подивитись), там багато сходів і досить вузький прохід, на останній поверх сходи дуже високі, благо ми були без чемоданів, не знаю, як туди б їх витягнули)) З ручною кладью рекомендую і тим, хто готовий декілька разів на день підніматися туди)) Може бути шум з вулиці чутний, або сусідів з іншої квартири, коли повертаються до квартири (але загалом було тихо)

• Iliana (10/5): We had a great stay at the apartment. - Great location, very clean apartment, comfortable bed, coffee machine and pods were provided, as well as water and bottle of Champaign in the fridge. Safe in bedroom , was a nice touch. Big fully equipped kitchen. Fantastic bakery right next to the property and many great restaurants near by. Very noisy late at night and neighbors above that came home between 1 - 3 am every night. However the property manager try to do their best to talk to the people above, once we broth the issue to their attention.

The apartment itself is very clean and spacious, and included great kitchen amenities and a beautiful enclosed balcony. The host, Victoria, made our stay incredibly easy. She was very responsive and always super willing to help. I would highly recommend this spot to a couple or 2 friends :) The cold air from the AC didn’t really reach the bedroom or living area. But, the there is a relatively powerful fan in the bedroom to keep things cool at night.

It is located in the central area and all the tourist attractions are on walking distance as well as the train station. Only thing to have in mind when booking - there is no elevator and you have to climb narrow stairs.

• James (10/5): Wonder stay in a comfortable, beautiful apartment - The property is fully equipped, comfortable and right in the centre of the old town. You are right by one of the main squares and busy market which is great for food and having a tapas and drinks. The interior balcony was great for people watching whilst having a drink. Our host was very helpful and communication prior was great. We would stay again if returning to Palma. As previously mentioned by other reviews, the stairs are steep however if you are fit it is not a problem. There is some noise from the street below but what do you expect being so central.

• Anunciata (9/5): GREAT stay at Can Boss - We absolutely loved our stay at Can Boss. Location is excellent and convenient for absolutely everything we did in Palma. Train station is about 10 mins away too. The neighbourhood itself is really charming and lively. The apartment was very nice and well equipped, and we really enjoyed and made good used of the terrace. It was 3 of us and there was plenty of room for everything and everybody. Communication with the hosts was super easy and they were very responsive. Gaston, who welcomed us on arrival, was very nice and even gave us a hand with our heavy luggage to the top floor. They were also as accommodating as they could with our check-out time. All in one, just GREAT and all 3 of us agreed that we would stay again. Thank you Can Boss for making our stay so enjoyable! 😊
