- Cokes (1/5): It was a 2/10 - I was on the bottom floor because my autistic son is scared of elevators and I was accommodated thanks to Mrs.Shanice. I let the young lady know earlier that the power went off in the room and that it smelled like mildew. It bothered my kid asthma. She told me she would send someone out to check but didn’t. I notified the next person that was there doing checkout and she apologized for that issue and told me she hope to see me again. Mrs. Shanice was very patient and very outgoing. She made me feel a little bit better about my stay.

- ohiolovestotravel17 (10/5): Great Week Long Stay - This was home base for our Gulf Shores spring break and it was fantastic. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very attentive. The free breakfast was great. The hotel was filled to capacity but our room was QUIET. We did not hear doors slamming and even though we were on the first floor, we did not hear people above us! It was so nice. The room layout was a bit odd but, it was spacious and the kitchenette was nice to have. I didn't like that the shower only had a half door as we seemed to make a mess of water on the floor after every shower but they gave is extra towels and we just cleaned it up. The pool was nice and kept at a good temperature. It is located within the Foley OWA that has a few shops and restaurants as well as an arcade and indoor water park and amusement park. We ate at a couple restaurants that were good and enjoyed the arcade. We also attended a magic/entertainment show at a theater there that was fantastic. We did not go to the water/amusement park as it was a bit expensive. The hotel is about 20 minutes from both Gulf Shores beach as well as Orange Beach Wharf. It was a good location to get around as we weren't only going to the beach. Would recommend for sure.

- Yummyfresh (10/5): Great front desk and experience - This was our 3rd time staying at the hotel. I love the walking distance to OWA. My kids absolutely love the whole experience. I also wanted to make a review about Shanice at the front desk! I made a mistake with my booking and my season pass discount. But she went above and beyond fixing, which in turned saved me a lot of money. We will be back for a 4th visit thats for sure!

- Homolya (3/5): Not worth the Drive - false advertising! - Clean room as far as clean sheets and bedroom floor. The bed was not fully made and tucked in sheets. There was hair in the shower floor. The trash can in the bathroom was left on the toilet. And 100% false advertisement for a water feature inside the hotel. That was what was the worst description - made the trip,coming off a 8 hr drive to spent well over 300.00 for a mediocre hotel. NEVER AGAIN. AND I will certainly let other travelers and travel outlets know that its not worth the stop - not for what they are trying to advertise.

- Kent (9/5): We actually put this property on our list to stay at again here in a few months when we come back.. - The staff was very pleasant and actually talked with us when we met them in the halls! The hostess that checked us in was super nice and knowledgable. We are coffee drinkers and when I asked for a few extra coffee pods for the room, she had them handy! The room was great! As we were walking down the hall, it was a bit concerning due to noise, but once the room door was closed, nota sound was heard from the hall! That was great! The room was spacious and clean! I was very happy with our choice in hotels! Breakfast was a mad house. Waiting on the waffle iron was a good 10-15 minute wait at least. I think I opted out of waffles until the last morning. We tried varing our breakfast time, anywhere from 7:00AM to 8:30AM, but it was very busy no matter when we walked down there.

I like how the indoor pool does not close until 10 PM. I love how we were about 60 seconds from the waterpark. We went as soon as they opened so it took about five minutes to get in, a huge plus is that the whole waterpark accepts cash? Oh yeah, in the beach was about 25 minute drive we had a great time.

The staff here is also super nice and accommodating. We brought our dog with us, and they put us in a room that was easy to get to the outside doors quickly to take him out for his potty breaks. The lady at the front desk even helped us with out check out to make things super easy for us. Her name was Shanice, and let me tell you, she is such a pleasure. Her happy personality just make things even better. I highly recommend staying at this facility.

The staff, especially front desk agents, Shanice a& Shanquia were very friendly, welcoming and accomodating. We were traveling with our 15 year old dog and requested a room on the 1st floor to make it easier for our beloved pet. They were very sweet about it and made it happen. The place is a great location if you are going to OWA. Very convenient and has all the ameneties we wanted (pool, gym, breakfast). We stayed here last year and would definitely stay again. April E.

- Kiva (10/5): My Stay was AWESOME!!! - My family had such an amazing time until we overslept on check-out day. The front desk staff was so Amazing, very helpful and knew their stuff. I will definitely be staying with you again.

- DayTrip55306399180 (4/5): not recommend. - this hotel not recommend at all. we pick this place because had soccer tournament and our team stayed there and it was close to stadium. but rooms had a lot cockroaches. not just our room. also we asked another parents and they are say same. it’s terrible. and also every evening around 9pm hot water is stop.all 2 nights was same ( and another rooms also had same problem). breakfast is ok.

- N4885WQericad (10/5): Best Spot to Stay in Foley , AL - This hotel was well worth the price! Marriotts are known for a good stay but this one exceeded our expectations as well as a professional and caring staff They took us on a last minute booking when our previous hotel had pest issues. Easy check in, cool rooms, def wasn’t expecting a kitchenette which was awesome and their free breakfast was amazing. Very modern an steps away from OWA We will be back!

- Elizabeth (2/5): - Got back to hotel after long day at beach and there was no hot water for showers. We were told “that’s because it’s 8:00 at night.” We then asked for blankets and sheets for the pull out sofa bed and front desk said “we don’t have blankets at this time”. So, took freezing cold showers and then drove to a store to buy blankets. Won’t stay there again.

- DeoGracia (9/5): The stay was for a conference and an additional day. Front desk arranged same room stay! - Breakfast was great, and staff very friendly, both front desk and housekeeping. There were no negatives. Everything worked as expected, and all the amenities provided were just what we needed. Keep up the good work.
- Steven (10/5): Nice per friendly hotel. - Right in the middle of OWA. Nice property short distance to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Traffic could be an issue during season. Would definitely recommend the property. The area as a whole is kid friendly.

- Katy (8/5): If I stay at this hotel again, I’ll make sure to ask for double queens. - We had to change room because the king studio is not a regular size king bed but an Olympian queen. My husband is 6’8 so we always need a king bed and we know right away if it’s not a regular size king bed. The girl at the desk said it was, so we went back to the room and measure and it was not. Thankfully she was able to change our room for double queens and we just put the bed together to make it extra large. However, if your hotel promote king bed size, you should have the universel size king bed. We picked this hotel because they had king beds in the first place. The breakfast were great and the location was very good especially with a kid. Lots of place to walk and restaurants close by. The pool was also nice.
