The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were great at the restaurant on site. 20 mins to the airport. Front desk staff member Megan and bartender Tamara were amazing! Great people and a great environment! First time in Cali and flew across country from NJ and I’ll definitely be back again. I felt very safe and the rooms were immaculate. The cooking staff - cleaning Staff - and the front staff were ALL exceptional- I stay at many places first time I say ALL exceptional!!! I was staying at the Sheraton every month or two but this is going to be my new home when visiting San Diego ! The staff couldn’t have been better ! Hmmmm - next time I’ll try different food but for now I don’t think anything could be better

She answered our questions and gave us information about the property. Our room was clean and comfortable.

After arriving back to the Hotel after from the Commitment service, the young man at the desk was very accommodating to let us check out earlier and return home. I couldn’t have asked for a better caring staff at this time. I was also upgraded to a larger room for what reason I do not know.

- Emanuele (1/5): Pulizia pessima sotto qualsiasi standard - Prenotazione eseguita con Booking.com per le notti del 24 e 25 Luglio. Arriviamo e troviamo la camera in disordine ( letto mal fatto e pulizia della camera scadente ) e il bagno sporco ( tracce di urina sotto il coperchio ). Chiediamo di essere spostati di camera e ci viene assegnata una seconda camera che risulta essere nelle stesse condizioni della prima ( forse peggio ). Alla reception comunichiamo che non si può soggiornare in una camera così sporca e che siamo intenzionati ad andarcene. Ci viene comunicato che ci sarebbe stata addebitata solamente la prima notte e che avremmo potuto chiedere il rimborso. Veniamo via e troviamo un altro albergo per le notti successive. Sulla carta di credito vengono addebitate entrambe le notti. Apro una segnalazione su Booking e alla mia richiesta di assistenza nessuno risponde. Scrivo all'albergo e ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta. Finalmente riesco a parlare con l'assistenza di Booking e dopo avermi messo in attesa per 40 minuti mi rispondono che loro non possono farci nulla e che proprio per venirmi incontro e farmi un favore mi avrebbero riconosciuto un rimbroso del 15% dell'intera cifra ( la camera aveva un costo oltre i 1000 $ )...poco dopo arriva un messaggio nel quale mi veniva comunicato che Booking mi avrebbe riconosciuto 150 $ non come rimborso ma come premio caricato direttamente sul mio wallet. Siamo profondamente delusi e amareggiati per quanto accaduto perchè oltre il danno anche la beffa e pertanto incaricheremo un legale che ci possa tutelare in questa situazione. Pessimo l'hotel, pessimo il servizio ricevuto da Booking.
