The couple made sure we transitioned easily to this one by driving us personally to thr new accommodations. They were friendly, professional and very helpful. They helped my son while i had to return home for business. Not only would I recommend their properties but I will stay here again the next time I'm in Kingston

Apart from that I had a wonderful stay and the apartment is conveniently located close to all the business places I needed access to. Thank you to the team. A special thank you to the driver who picked me up from the airport; she was very pleasant and accomodating.

• André (10/5): - Really clean, and relaxing property. There is a problem with the shower. The temperature is steaming hot and almost impossible to temper to a soothing temperature. So I was forced to have cold showers. Luckily it is summer time so no worries there just an observation. Otherwise ai would definitely book again.

• Mardio (8/5): - I didn’t like the fact that the name and address of the property on the internet was totally different compared to the one in Kingston. So I rode around fir 3 hours looking for the apartments and sat outside for 2 hours waiting for someone to bring me the key. Horrible communication!

• Victor (10/5): Absolute gem secure, gated and peaceful. - Perfect little cozy hidden studio very spacious and super clean well decorated in a safe gated estate. Easy access to everything. Worth every penny.

Unfortunately took me almost an hour to enter, had to wait on the owner’s husband and during that time I tried to get an answer from the owner -cause I didn’t know how much I was supposed to wait- and she was not replying to me. Communication for me is important and here was not good. Once I was there I had to pay a cleaning fee that I was sure because of what I read on the description that I didn’t have to pay but I had to and for me was too expensive for being there only 3 nights. I never understood that someone was going to come to clean during my stay, if I knew that I wouldn’t pay it. Because actually I don’t like when someone enter to the place while I’m not there, actually that never happened to me since I start traveling and booking places like this, and I specifically expressed that I didn’t want no one to enter and it happened anyway. On my 2nd day I reached to the apartment and there was someone cleaning and this person before she left she asked me to leave money for her after I already payed 60 usd for cleaning, makes no sense for me. It’s a shame to express all this because the place is nice but didn’t like all those situations. And the worst part is that I didn’t have hot water during my stay, never since I reach. Decided to stay like that because I didn’t want someone to enter AGAIN. Actually I tell the owners not to come because I was not gonna be there on my last day and they also go anyway. Felt uncomfortable with all this.

• Fritz (10/5): Gerne wieder 😊 - Das Appartement ist sehr hübsch und dazu noch zentral in New Kingston gelegen. Konnte zu Fuss das Bob Marley und das Peter Tosh House besuchen. Ebenso Devon House und Emancipation Park. Wurde jeden Tag angefragt, ob alles okay ist oder ob man mir irgendwie helfen kann. Ich empfehle dieses Appartement gerne weiter!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice cozy villa in a central part of Kingston - This villa was a very nice quiet unit in a safe and well kept complex of mixed renters and visitors. It was clean and well stocked.(Although we needed to grab dishwashing liquid on the first night.) For us this was great alternative to a hotel. Honestly, we felt that this neighborhood was superior to the New Kingston hotel strip which we walked about. All in all a very professional reception. Ms. Janice was always close at hand if needed. But, very much respected our privacy. And a drive with Mr. Robert is not to be missed. A very welcome all around experience. Thank you!
