- T (10/5): it's a good place trust me - Jamie was the staff I met and I thought he does a good job. My experience was very impressive and I thought Jamie genuinely likes to help people and he's not doing it just like a job. I think it was very clean and not just cleaner than I expected but really well taken care of. Is a safe clean and decent place with good staff and that's what people want Thus for a K road property which is at the edge, you are doing well in ratings. The small door helps, the cameras are well placed and it's a good place thus I give it 10 on booking Area. Some other customer who misused the shower on top level.

- Jennifer (10/5): Will stay here anytime I need a place to stay in Auckland. - It was super clean and very nice. In a great location accessible to everywhere I wanted/needed to go. It can be a bit loud on weekend nights, as K Rd has a lot of fun bars.

- Ramiro (10/5): after 2 months in the haka house kr - The kitchen is clean and tidy, nobody steals anything, and it's cleaned every day. The rooms are also given a quick daily cleaning. The staff is friendly and attentive. It's a good place. I don't have photos, but I meet a lot of good people there. The hostel's location is good, although the neighborhood isn't the best, but for me, being from Argentina, it's a pleasant walk in a nice neighborhood.

- Philippe (8/5): - Super sympa, et très bien situé La côte pour revenir à pied du port ( mais il y a des bus), mais surtout le bruit : dehors les gens rient et hurlent toute la nuit, il n'y a pas d'isolation phonique extérieure, ni intérieure d'ailleurs, et les portes claquent toute la nuit (à cause des groom qui sont très mal règlés et des gens qui ne les retiennent pas) Dommage, ça aurait été un sans faute...

Other travelers were respectful and the staff were friendly. Our room was up a couple of flights of stairs.

La cuisine est fonctionnelle et assez grande pour ne pas se marcher dessus. La situation géographique pourrai être intéressante : proche de commerces. Chambre très mal isolée phonétiquement : on entend tous les bruits venant du couloir et surtout ceux venant des bars situés en face de la rue. On pourrai suivre une conversation tout en étant dans son lit. Des espaces sont mit à disposition pour entreposer la nourriture mais aucune garantie de la retrouver le lendemain Le système de payement pour les machines à laver n'est pas adapté pour tout type de payement. Faire une lessive peut devenir une vrai épreuve. Le personnel est agréable mais pas du tout arrangeant dans certaines situations : impossibilité de laisser une valise dans la chambre le temps d'1h avant de partir bien que le lit ait été libéré. Pas possible non plus de la laisser dans les espaces communs sans payer

- William (3/5): Would not recommend for future travelers looking for a hotel. - Common area clean and well equipped for cooking Mattress was old and needed to be replaced. Sheets were stained and dirty. Old windows with a lot of road noise from surrounding street.
