Zephirin (7/5): - Everything The reception desk was rude because the card I put the reservation with had issues with other companies trying to do some fraudulent activities in it, so it got canceled, and the reception desk was rude about answering questions about cash transactions.. plus, at breakfast, the manager let her dog wander around with no leach and no supervision. That wasn't cool at all for people with dog phobia like me and everyone else who didn't care to get sniff at breakfast.

The staff is friendly and room was very clean. Morning breakfast was good and they have a nice outside area to eat. One of better Residence Inns I’ve stayed at and well run. Only draw back is being close to highway it can be a little noisy so I would try to get a room on back side of hotel.

Then we started to learn about the wonderful staff when Michelle helped us with our reservation. When we arrived we found the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The cleaning and hot breakfast staff were nice as well. The hot breakfast was well above average. The rooms comfortable, clean and of nice size. We enjoyed our stay, hung out in the lovely common areas and rested up in the comfy beds. Tip: there’s more parking in the back and ask for the back to get away from traffic noise.

The staff are great…friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our dog, a Cavapoo, is given much love, attention and most importantly, treats. The hotel is immaculate. Our room is large and comfortable. The location is good..plenty of restaurants and stores nearby and close to the highway. Kevin Connors, Director of Sales, is amazing. His GM, Shannon, runs a tight ship and is also helpful and friendly. It really feels like a home away from home. We’d definitely come back whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommended.

It was a great location close to downtown Boston and Gillette stadium, with easy access on and off the interstate. Also across from a mall and near restaurants. Will definitely choose this location again when in the area.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. My first encounter was with Wilson, who I believe is the front desk manager. He was an absolute lifesaver after we had a disappointing experience at another nearby hotel that was unsuitable for an extended stay. Wilson was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation and was able to accommodate us the very same day. We are so grateful for his compassion and professionalism. The following Monday, I met Kevin from sales. I don’t think a friendlier person could work for this organization he made us feel immediately at ease and genuinely valued. The front desk team—Fransisco, Elaine, Michelle, Dan, Jean, Lia, and Caroline are outstanding. They all know us and our dog by name, always greet us with a warm smile, and even have a treat ready for our pup. It’s that kind of personal touch that truly sets this hotel apart. The housekeeping staff is just as wonderful-friendly, attentive, and hardworking. Each morning, the breakfast selection is impressive, with a thoughtful rotation that keeps things fresh and prevents the menu from feeling repetitive. Whether you’re staying for one night or planning an extended stay, I highly recommend this clean, welcoming, and exceptionally friendly hotel. You’ll be glad you chose Residence Inn Braintree!

The cleaning staff, front desk and management make y - I was placed in a spacious room that allowed me to do yoga, work at a spacious desk, get ready for my event in a spacious bathroom, when booking.com didn't tell them about my extra day, they were very courteous and helpful. Great place all around!!!I had to leave The water smell in toilet, I'm sure it's not their fault but it was foul smelling. The bathroom door continuously shut on its own, and the desk drawer involuntarily slid open daily.

Jenny (10/5): It deserves a five-stars - The room that I booked was so well laid out. The kitchen although small was functional and stocked well with basic kitchen equipment. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was versatile and yummy. I especially enjoyed the cooked oatmeal! I would choose this hotel again if I were to visit the area in the future.

Front desk was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great with many healthy options in addition to waffles! 20 minute drive to Aquarium and museums. Hotel right off highway but well insulated from sound and clean. Restaurant was great and we did takeout which was quick and delish. There is a large mall nearby for shopping etc. Great experience and plan to go there again!

Drinking water not available for any kind, only for sale AC running very loud and blowing air directly on my bed without option been redirected Carpet in the room not cleaned for long time,don't use barefoot Housekeeper showed up after 5pm
