- Jade (5/5): It was ok for the price we paid per night. It would’ve been better if it was presented cleaner - Vicinity to the beach and corner store . Thank you for letting us check in early. Thank you for refunding my $200 in 48hrs. The sliding doors were both broken. The light in the bathroom was not always working. The premises had stains on carpet and blankets had stains. Garage was very small and only fits a small car.

- Ashley (5/5): Don't expect much... - Location Extremely dated, must be a moisture problem hence the humidifier in the bathroom. Complimentary tea and coffee consisted of two tea bags/coffee bags, really felt like they went all out on this one. Lack of clear documentation for check out timing ending in a cranky phone call from the management staff. Set desired check in/out times on booking.com but these were ignored by property manager. Refund of authorisation on credit card took over a week, different rules for them being timely, obviously.

- Sue (1/5): The management need to work out better procedures and improve service. - It was close to the beach When I attended at the reception they had my full credit card details on a piece of paper behind reception which didn't seem very secure.They then used the details on the piece of paper to take a booking deposit rather than asking me for a card. I didn't have a car during my stay and didn't realise the key return would be a 2.4kilometer walk from the unit, so I had to walk 5km return to deliver the keys to reception as my 12 year old was not willing to walk that distance, prior to our airport pick up at 5am. Very disappointed that they were unable to accommodate us leaving the keys in the property and the cleaner could have collected them (despite my multiple requests and discussion with staff regarding our circumstances). Every single person I have told has been shocked by the lack of service. Would not recommend.

Initially we were excited about the unit until.....website told us to supply linen - linen was provided; puddles of yellow liquid around unit (no idea what however I know the unit was only just cleaned); make up on pillow cases; rubbish left in unit; I covered the feedback form from the holiday company because it was disappointing. I had a list of things to comply with and they couldn’t even make sure it was clean for us. Complex is very quiet!!! With two kids in tow I felt that we were so loud and didn’t really enjoy our stay as I was so worried about making noise.
- Kristan (8/5): Warroo - The unit it's self is quiet lovely, great location also was great being so close to the beach. Good choice of food options close by as well. However the overall cleanliness was disappointing, It was as if It had not been cleaned in between guests. Upon check out we tried to tell the receptionist about our issues however we were asked if we had filled out our feed back form (which we had) and that they would read it later.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Property is in a great location, walking distance to surf club and cafes. Property is dated and needs some TLC. Curtains were dirty, bathroom mirror was covered in rust, bathroom light took 15 sec to turn on and shower curtain was mouldy.
