• Luke (1/5): *CAUTION* - Place is filthy. Had to spend significant time cleaning the unit before it was habitable - Breeze Apartments on a whole, is a great building. We have been visiting this building multiple times over the last 5 years. Apt 801 was filthy. Being managed by a third party company, the collection of keys off site is clunky and quite the inconvenience. Having spent almost $5000 for 5 nights, the cleanliness of the apartment was deplorable. We have stayed here many times before and have never seen the apartments in such a sub standard condition.

• Denise (8/5): pleasant stay but I would stay closer to harbour next time. - it was comfortable with a good view I didn’t like picking up the keys from a location 20 minutes walk away. (We had no car. ) also pool very small and unattractive.
• Ninette (7/5): Property was in a great location and the views were magnificent. - Staff from Affordable Holidays were pleasant when collecting the property keys. Had to collect keys from agency rather than from property reception, which was an inconvenience. Booking was made for 6 guests and the bedding was not made up for the 5th and 6th guest. We did not have enough towels for the 5th and 6th guest. I had to make a request for the additional towels and bed linen which had to be collected from the agency (which was approximately 3-4 klms).
• Alanna (9/5): Amazing. Would stay again. - everything. it’s perfect. It has everything you need and want. Comfy beds, great view, spotless, soundproof rooms. There’s really nothing to pick on. If I had to choose something, maybe a bigger tv screen in the lounge room but that’s really nothing.. everything is perfect.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic ocean views. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Great location. The only issue was parking if you had a 2nd vehicle.
• Sharon (8/5): - Gorgeous apartment with stunning views. My only negatives would be that we stayed the weekend of the Mooloolaba Triathlon & it was really noisy early in the m we had a 3 night booking & were only provide with 1 packet of each washing up detergent, dishwasher powder.
