- Brandi (9/5): Peaceful and Relaxed - Location was in the middle of everything. The pillow and bed was so comfortable. Owner/ Staff/ Maintenance were the nicest people. Full size fridge- bonus Our golf carts battery died twice therefore needed to get a different one but that happens sometimes as its the start of the year and they have sat all winter. Owner/ maintenance was within minutes to pick us up where the cart died and give us another cart. Amazing customer service.

- Amanda (8/5): The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, the experience was excellent. - The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. I appreciated being upgraded to a family suite. Having 2 entrances to the room was helpful too. The clock radio with the sound machine was helpful to drown out the noise from the neighboring bars! Not enough sink space on the countertop and the sink was a bit too high for children to reach. The bed mattresses were not comfortable.

- Lois (10/5): A great location and a roomy retreat from the bustle of the busiest street on the island - The beds were super comfortable. The room was spacious and the shower was easy to operate and get in and out of We didn’t have that much of a view from our room but the park was right across the street. We had a microwave and refrigerator but no utensils for eating. These are minor issues. We had a great experience

The hotel doesnt have an elevator and i have a person using a walker climbing stiars because of this

- Parbesh (2/5): - I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. The experience was far below expectations and did not match the description provided on your website. Firstly, the hotel did not have a proper parking lot, which made it extremely difficult for us to park our car. In addition, the property was not a typical hotel, but more of a go-kart facility with only three or four rooms available for guests. This was misleading and not made clear prior to booking. The room itself was very disappointing. The bedsheets and pillowcases were visibly unclean and, to our shock, had what appeared to be blood stains. Despite your website stating that breakfast would be provided, there was no breakfast available during our stay. Our room was located directly in front of the go-kart area, which created constant loud noise from visitors using the facility. To make matters worse, there was also a restaurant next to the room playing very loud music, making it difficult to rest or relax. Overall, this was not the experience we were promised, and I am extremely unhappy with the stay. I kindly request a response regarding this matter, and I believe a refund or some form of compensation is warranted

- Randy (4/5): - I feel like if you enjoy party life and loud noise since there is a bar next door that plays into the midnight hours than this place is for you. It wasn’t for us. The area is really pretty next to the lake across the park.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - When we got to the property, after the already inflated price of $553/night, we were told there were additional fees not included in the price on Hotels.com and that the actual price was $659/night!!! Television only got one channel and when we had maintenance come look at it the first morning, the guy said he had to get his brother and then NEVER came back. No coffee maker. No hairdryer. This was an unbelievably bad stay!!!

- Wendy (4/5): - We booked the luxury suite, and it was anything but luxurious.it was dark and none of the furnishings matched. Couldn’t open the curtains because the window faced the driveway that all the golf carts were parked at. Only could rent a golf cart from the hotel or we could park there. The location was convenient to most things. Unfortunately it was located between two bars that had live music till 2am. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

- Latoshia (6/5): - The place did not look like a $300/night hotel it looked like a motel. This was not family friendly with bars playing music past 1am. There was trash left in the room. There is no parking for guest and the hotel does not have a swimming pool as advertised. The pool is at another hotel which is also not kid friendly. You have to wait in line to clock in along with people who are also renting a golf cart or ordering food. We thought we were at the wrong location. It’s close to a park which was nice

- David (10/5): - The staff gave us an upgrade to a 2 room suite with a full sized fridge, microwave, pull out couch, eating area with nice table and chairs. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great time. The Edge water is a great location, bars and restaurants to your left, to your right, etc. The downtown park is right across the street too.

- Nirmal Kumar (4/5): - I had a reservation for two queen beds, but what I got was two double beds. When I checked with the receptionist, she said it is a queen bed and bed frame is actually wider. She showed the other room with queen bed which looked bigger. But She said it is the same size that I got. I would never agree it is a queen bed, I have stayed in other hotels too. I can say it is a double bed. In addition, shower glass door has a gap and water was coming out while taking bath to the bathroom space which made flooding in the bathroom. Finally, there was a bug in the bathroom which I showed the receptionist also. Not at all pleasant experience staying here.

- Emilie (10/5): We stayed here a few days around the Solar Eclipse 2024. - The unit was clean & spacious. The hosts were exceptional in making us feel comfortable. We had a balcony which looked out over the park & the marina. The location was right in the center of everything, including restaurants. They rent golf carts too & guests get a discount. We got the impression that it is under new management. When I called with questions or went to the desk, staff were always pleasant & helpful. The hotel is located next to a restaurant/bar but there are quiet hours. The rooms are private entrance & the upper floor requires a key card. Despite just opening for the season, our room was ready. -We actually forgot check-in time but our room happened to be ready early. We have no complaints.

- Edward (6/5): - Close to everything. Staff was no help. There is no parking at hotel and the staff was unable to to offer any help. Got a golf cart for Saturday until sundy returned by noon for 80.00. To get one to use to help in parking the car somewhere for an hour or so was going to be charged an additional 80.00. Very noisy upstairs at around 500am. I think it is the help there. We will definitely find somewhere else with parking if we ever go back there.

The toilet seat was old & beat up and the room was not very clean. We could hear the people above us walking around their room & Mr Ed’s bar next door was easily heard thumping until after 2am.

Our room was second story and no elevator. We could hear music from the bar next door. Rental carts right there too with a good price. We got exactly what they advertise this hotel to be. I would definitely come back

Since the Bash was cancelled, i called the # to the hotel and was told I need to email regarding reservation questions. I reached out by email to the hotel to just inquire if I could get a refund IF I canceled my reservation or reschedule the booking to the new date of the concert. I received no reply. Assuming it was probably not going to be refunded if I cancelled, I decided I should at least get use of the room. I took the ferry over to put in bay and showed up at the hotel expecting to have a room to stay. The desk people at first told me that Expedia cancelled my reservation. When I called Expedia they said they still had my reservation showing active. Then the hotel desk said THEY cancelled my reservation due to the email I sent requesting it be “canceled” which was not in the email. It was simply inquiring about a refund if necessary or rescheduling. Also, the hotel never replied AT ALL to the email so why would they cancel my room & give it away with no cancellation confirmation?!! So I came all that way and paid $525 for 1 night which they took out 3 weeks beforehand and show up with no room to stay in!? The desk personnel kept brushing me off and saying there’s nothing they can do and that the owner needs to take care of it but he’s “not available.” How do you have no competent manager on duty?! The customer service was horrific and I will never do business with this place again.

I get a place being busy but having to wait an extra hour when all I wanted was to be in the room I had paid for is unacceptable, and the room didnt even looked like they had attempted to clean it.

Checked again at 4pm and told again our room wasn’t ready even though we had seen multiple guests check in and we asked when our room would be ready since it was check in time and they said come back at 5pm. Check in staff gave no apology or explanation and just said our room wasn’t ready. We came back at 5pm and they called the cleaning crew and we waited another few minutes and said they had just got done and we could check in.
