• Lindsey (7/5): It was a little stressful finding it which was not ideal especially after an early start and a long day.. - Simple. Had all the basics I required. Great concept. It was extremely difficult to find. I asked 4 staff at the airport to assist and none of them really knew where it was. No windows.
• Poropudas (3/5): No hot water in the shower! - I felt blessed to have a safe place to stay overnight at the airport. But the TV didn't work; I was unable to recharge my phone; and although there was hot water in the sink, I could get only cold water in the shower! Nearly €200 seemed a high price to pay for no amenities.... Whoops! I wrote all of this above: no hot water in the shower, only cold! No way to recharge my phone, TV wouldn't work...considering all of this, it was a high price to pay!
• Neil (5/5): From a convenience standpoint for an early flight out of Schiphol it is perfect for one person. But for anything else, i - Proximity to my departure gate. There is no hotel closer to the departure gates at Schiphol. You have to pass through security to access the hotel and so you are perfectly well positioned a few minutes from your gate, which is fab. It’s right next door to McDonalds too and a few other cafes which is handy for a quick bite before your flight. You feel like a back packer in a tiny room (literally everything is in one small capsule - including the bed, shower and toilet!). The plumbing is quite noisy so you hear every flush from the other cells, which kept me awake. You have to exit by 7am.

Vi hadde 5 timers ventetid midt på natten på flyplassen, og det å få sove ordentlig gjorde hele forskjellen. • Filippo (1/5): Pessima esperienza sotto tutti gli aspetti. Non la raccomando a nessuno. - Nulla Difficoltà a trovare l'albergo nell'aeroporto. Nessun sapeva dove si trovasse. Non vi sono indicazioni da nessuna parte. Unico dato positivo sarebbe stato di essere già in aeroporto al mattino per l'imbarco. Invece sono stato costretto ad uscire, percorrere centinaia di metri all'esterno e rientrare rifacendo i controlli già fatti la sera prima.

• Ping (1/5): Hotel refused to accommodate handicapped guest on wheelchair. Bad service. - Hotel is inside the airport terminal, we do not have to take shuttle or taxi to a hotel outside of the airport. This Youtelair refused to accommodate a handicapped guest on a wheelchair arriving at 1 AM. Night manager (she) refused to offer a room closer to the front entrance (even though at least 4 rooms near the front of the entrance were empty at 1 AM). Any of those rooms would be easier to reach on wheelchair. Instead, we were sent to a room far in the back of the hotel through narrow and twisted hallway difficult for a wheelchair to navigate. We pleaded with the night manager but she insisted that more guests were coming in to check later into those rooms. At 1 AM?? Bad service from a heartless manger.

• Hugo (8/5): Good location, but watch out! - Comfortable and clean, exactly fit for purpose. The location should be a winning point, but... you must be clearer that the hotel is located beyond the PASSPORT CONTROL!! It's not just inside the terminal, you must go through the passport control, as if you are travelling outside the EU. Even if you can do that, you need to be there early enough for check-in. I arrived around 11pm and passport control was not operating.

• Curtis (4/5): Unglaublich frustrierend. - Zimmer war sauber, dafür unglaublich klein. Bett war bequem. Man könnte sich gaaaanz gut vorstellen, dass man in Tokyo wäre. Nach schon verspätetem Ankunft im Flughafen hat es dann über 2 Stunden gedauert um überhaupt Yotelair zu finden und dort anzukommen! Unglaublich. Ich musste 2x durch Security, dann durch Pass-Kontrolle, und dann 2x Boarding-Pass Kontrolle gehen und wurde x-Mal in der falschen Richtung geschickt. Ich könnte auch mein Gepäck nicht mitbringen, da ich durch Security gehen musste und man die gescheckte Koffer am Abend vorher nicht abgeben könnte, musste extra dafür bezahlen meine Koffer aufbewahren zu lassen und diese am folgenden Morgen wieder abholen. Wenn man nicht international fliegt, ist die Lage des Hotels extrem schlecht und nicht zu empfehlen. Zimmer war so klein, dass meine Koffer sowieso nicht eingepasst hätten. Die Dusche hat den ganzen Boden nass gemacht und war extrem laut.

• Fríða (8/5): Perfect for an overnight layover! - The room was clean and comfortable - everything you need when you have a short layover. It was difficult finding the hotel, and when I called the reception, they were unable to give me super clear instructions on how to find it.

Reception wasn’t very chatty and welcoming at 1am when we arrived. The red glow lights in the cabins made it look a bit seedy . Couldn’t work out how to turn off lights and too tired to go back to reception to ask.

Otra cosa fue la ubicación, llegué después de medianoche y lo encontré bastante rápido Lo peor fue tener que levantarse temprano para largarse de allí a las 7 am porque es la hora de su check out.

• Kevin (2/5): Very disappointed - Close proximity to airport. Other problems - I checked in at midnight and was told I had to leave at 7am. I did not select a checkout time when I booked the room . Had to pay an additional hourly rate to stay until 9am. No signage. No way to find the hotel which was inside security behind departures. Lights were hard to find. Some kind of septic pump was engaged whenever we (or neighbouring rooms) used the shower. It was super loud. Keys did not work.

• Catryn (7/5): - I would definitely stay here again. The ease of not having to leave the airport and go through security again is unbeatable!!! I just kept thinking how much nicer this was than trying to leave the airport to find a hotel offsite for our layover or even worse, try to sleep in the terminal by the gates. It was great to be able to take a shower and start the next leg of our journey feeling clean and fresh. We packed our backpacks with a change of clothes and toiletries and checked the rest of the luggage through to our final destination. It would have been hard to have larger luggage in the room but I was prepared after reading other reviews. We had two rooms and there were various things broken in each room. For example, one bed was stuck in bed mode so there was a lot less space in that room. The control panel on our bed had a broken screen so that you couldn't tell which button did what. It was a lot of trial and error to figure out the lights. The control panel also stayed lit which wasn't the best. Ever time I rolled over, I was blinded but I was also too lazy once I was in bed to go get my eye mask so that is partly on me. Next time I will make sure I dig it out of my bag sooner. But all that being said, it was still way better than the alternative and most of us slept really well.

• Goran (3/5): Lage zum übernachten gut, aber Preis Leistung sehr schlecht. - Nur die Lage Abgenutzte Möbel, TV nichts zum benutzen ( kein Ton , schlechtes Bild, Fernbedienung auch nicht nutzbar), Lüfter zu laut, Wasserabfluss nach dem duschen saugt das Abwasser wie in dem ICE WC, sehr laut und nachträglich. So funktioniert auch die Toilette , für Mitbewohner nachts sehr laut. Bett Matratze hat kein Halt gegeben, nachts bin ich mehrfach aufgewacht weil ich leichte körperliche Schmerzen von Matratze hatte. Ich werde es nicht mehr buchen.

I liked the compact size and adjustments for the room, for example: reclining the bed. The shower leaks all over, almost leaking into the room. The fitted sheet on the bed kept coming off. The buttons on the bed to control room lights and the bed were worn out.

• Easy (7/5): Nützliche aber in die Jahre gekommene teure Unterkunft - Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, effizient genutzter Wohnraum, bequemes Bett und tolle Lage im Flughafen. Tolle Erfahrung, für eine Nacht im Flughafen, wenige Minuten zum Gate bei einem frühen Flug und für ein paar Stunden Schlaf + Dusche Für das was man bekommt ist der Preis unverschämt hoch. Licht funktionierte zum Teil nicht richtig, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil abgenutztes Mobiliar. Temperatur konnte nicht verändert werden, Luft etwas stickig. Beschilderung im Flughafen nicht vorhanden, Hotel ist extrem schwer zu finden. Man benötigt zwangsläufig Reisepass (auch wenn man innerhalb der EU weiter fliegt), da das Hotel im Terminal für interkontinentale Flüge liegt und man durch die Passkontrolle /Einreise muss

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war in einem desolaten Zustand. Elektronik funktionierte teilweise nicht. Klimaanlage lief die ganze Nacht auf höchster Stufe und konnte im Zimmer nicht reguliert werden. • Laureane (7/5): Prós e contras. - A localização é perfeita! A pia fica entupida qd usada, o box é apertadissimo molha tudo. A cama é apertada,me senti num túmulo. O atendente saiu da portaria deixando um bilhete que voltaria em 30',só que nao deixou o horário que ele saiu ,ele deve ter demorado 1,30 hr pra voltar.

• Julia (5/5): Convenient and straight forward - it was clean but the whole place needs a refurb! - Great location - nice receptionist - straight forward Hallways filthy - it is time to put new paint and new carpets - same with the room - lighting poor - controls sooooo used that you cannot see what the buttons are for. The "leather" is worn through. It is a very tired room - 3 star at best! Perhaps that is why the lighting is so bad? I do think the cleaning team do a good job.
