Guest Reviews
- Paul (7/5): Overall a good 2 night stay without being special. - Location is perfect. Comfortable bed and large bathroom with excellent shower. We stayed in room 2. The room needs blackout curtains as there’s street lights directly outside and even though it was 3am it was far too light for our liking.
Need English breakfast tea not just peppermint, camomile or Earl Gray please. Just as well that we brought our own!
Poor WiFi signal!
- Maria (5/5): -
- Lynn (10/5): Enjoyable - Close to centre and station Nothing
- Andrew (9/5): - Everything Nothing
- Paula (10/5): - Friendly and helpful Rooms always good
- Terence Walton (8/5): Location - Location comfort near restaurants All road works outside hotel as left little parking no fault of hotel
- Val (10/5): - Really nice very clean room with good linen and towels. Excellent location, for restaurants and parks. Nothing
- P8922PFsimonw (8/5): Recommended - Outside looks a little tatty but nice room and surprisingly quiet despite the hotel being on the junction of two busy roads, and the added noise from roadworks at the time of stay.
Well positioned for exploring the town and friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous wet room shower. Recommended.
- Emily (7/5): -
- Debbie (7/5): Average - Easy to get to . Very tight car park .. little bit tired

The location Shower very difficult to use, cold tap stuck, (
- Sara (8/5): Alright for a night stay - Easy check in and check out.
Great shower.
Close to town. Couldn't open the window. Very noisy being so close to the road. Didn't feel very clean. I also paid £28 more using booking .com rather than using the hotel's website
- Simon (8/5): Great location, great room, great value for money - Spacious room, clean, good location, got into the car park Food smells in the corridor by reception.
- Louisa (9/5): Lovely overnight stay in beautiful Warwick - Great location, lovely, helpful receptionist and very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again. Nothing
- Andrew (7/5): -
- Rongyos (8/5): convenient hotel in Warwick - The hotel is nicely located in the center of Warwick, and there are a couple of places available where you can park on the inner courtyard. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful The hotel seems to be a bit dated, the courtyard is quite tight to manouevre a car around, and my room was right next to a fairly busy road, but I did sleep well.
- jennifer (10/5): -
- Mark (7/5): Accommodation for visit to Warwick Castle - We were made to feel very welcome by the receptionist, and the hotel interior was very well presented, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment. Our room was nicely furnished and had a very nice shower.
The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk to Warwick Castle where we were attending a medieval banquet. Our room was very hot (and it wasn't especially hot weather) so it wasn't the most comfortable night's sleep.
- Tracy (8/5): -
- Charlotte (3/5): never again - Spacious room, large shower and nice staff I felt like we were sleeping on the M1 - the noise was awful and the light shining into the bedroom from the street and building lighting was terrible!
- David (8/5): Value for money accommodation in lovely Warwick. - Great location to explore Warwick. Friendly staff; adequate parking; hot drink supplies in reception; great shower. Nothing, really. Bit of traffic noise. No options for breakfast.
- Mark (8/5): Great weekend - The location. Nothing not to like
- GUNNAR (5/5): -
- David (5/5): - Situation.
Clean. Asked for a twin, got a double
- SARAH (5/5): Disappointed!! - Convenient It gave the impression that in process of shutting down. The building was full of plug in air fresheners…..
No breakfast served….
- jonathan (10/5): great - location no food
- RICHARD (8/5): -
- Nazmi (8/5): -
- JUNJIE (1/5): 差,很差 - 服务不人性化,完全不理解客户
- Adele (6/5): Wont be visiting again, not a reflection on staff but definitely no frills - The hotel is central and clean . There are no additional facilities and no staff around although a central helpline is answered and they were helpful. The car park is v small and v tight. Would not recommend if you have 4x4 .
- O8593HCmatthewt (10/5): Excellent value! - The hotel was very easy to find - very close to the train station. The booking-in & out process was really simple and explained clearly.
The room itself was quiet, spacey, comfortable and very clean.
Will be staying again - thank you!
- Andy of Norfolk (7/5): Perfect option for our one night stay in Warwick - Large room, bathroom etc. Very comfortable bed. Local shop, cafes, takeaways and restaurants nearby. Helpful staff. All theses were known at booking so not a problem but ratings would be higher if these available-
-No bar/restaurant
-No breakfast
-Staff usually only available between 3-8pm (although they let us in early at noon and can be reached 24/7 by phone)
- Kathryn (8/5): -
- Ruth (4/5): -
- Cwmscwtilass (10/5): A Good Find - Marvellous hotel. Very welcoming on reception. Room was spacious, clean and very quiet considering its location. Parked in the hotel car park as there was a space. Close to amenities with plenty of places to eat and a grocery shop opposite.
- Howell (9/5): Lovely accomodation - Very pleasant helpful staff.
Very clean, good facilities, in a great location for Warwick Town centre.
Restaurants and shops virtually on the door stop.
It was on a busy street but super quiet couldn't hear the traffic. Nothing to complain about.
- Sarah (10/5): - Large room and friendly staff Room had a very smelly plug in air freshener.
- Keith (8/5): - Comfortable bed.

- VALE (9/5): Very comfortable visit, with friendly staff. - No breakfast available, but voucher for 10% discount from a local cafe. Not used. Ideal for station, town centre and lovely parks. Friendly, helpful staff. Free WiFi, very comfy bed, These are suggestions, definitely not complaints. It would be nice to have a comfy chair to sit in in evening watching TV. I could see no evidence of recycling. No clear guidelines re requiring clean towels, so mine were taken after just one night! In other places, they say to put dirty towels in bath or similar if you want them replaced.
- Ford (9/5): -
- Nicola (7/5): - Prompt, efficient check-in, clean room, basic but decent facilities Front door is very noisy and kept waking me up with people going in and out several times overnight.
- Y982ICsusana (10/5): Great stay - What a lovely stay, comfy bed and great bath, very easy check in, would definitely stay again
Thank you
- Martinandersonuk (10/5): Castle Limes Hotel - Great location, great staff and nice clean room.
Would use again 100pc
- Christine (7/5): Comfortable hotel - no staff - Comfortable bed and pillows. V clean and good temperature
Great shower No staff - i would prefer a staffed hotel.
- Victoria (8/5): - Excellent location, onsite parking.
- Miranda (9/5): - Great location. Free parking. OK for the price but building and furnishings look a little tired.
- Chris (10/5): 💯 spot on - To tell the truth i worked in Warwick for seven years and i would walk past the hotel thinking wonder what its like inside ? Its three-year later and i am so glad i stayed there ☺️ the room was clean and warm, a big tv and good quality tea and coffee that was topped up every day the linen was changed every day to , the room i had first floor opposite the local shops and a busy rd was fine because of the double glazing, if you are travelling by train it is honestly a five minute walk to the hotel if you in a car yes its first come first served for the parking but plenty of spaces on the rd .
10 / 15 minute walk to town or 10 minute to the wonderful park, the staff are absolutely 💯 spot on , would i stay again 200% yesssss Nothing to dislike
- Gillian (10/5): -
- Guy (7/5): Great for a comfortable stay in a super location on a budget. - Really friendly staff and a warm, clean and well appointed room with a good sized bath in the en suite The TV would not get any BBC channel, annoying with the Olympics going on and I had to go to reception to ask for a plug for the bath.
- Oliver (9/5): -
- Hannah (10/5): Amazing quality in an amazing city ! - I though the quality of the room was exceptional and was amazing value for money and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. N/A.
- Wayne (10/5): -
- Della (8/5): -
- Katarina (9/5): - Location ,cosy room..easy access N/a
- Brian (8/5): - Location was great , short walk into Town with shops and Restaurants No Parking , Just be careful of WhatsApp messages
- Malcolm (9/5): - Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. Second time we have stayed and would return again. Cannot fault the place
- Darren (9/5): bed was that comfy i slept in 😂 - clean, fresh ,ample sized rooms, staff bend over backwards to help
- Darren (9/5): would recommend this hotel - lovely clean hotel, staff were very pleasant and helpful nothing
- Darren (9/5): would recommend. bed was more than comfy - staff were very helpful. clean fresh hood sized rooms felt like home
- Lee (10/5): -
- Garry (7/5): The hotel suites my proposed and I will use it again but other travellers may want more - The hotel is clean and warm but it does not offer a breakfast which could be an issue. There were parking slots available but the car park was closed which caused me a problem with the security of my vehicle, suitable parking and a long walk from where I could park overnight
- Sarah (7/5): An affordable hotel, with friendly staff, in a good location. - The room was nice, the location was good (near the station and the town). The staff were friendly and helpful. They were happy to replenish milk etc. We enjoyed that the hotel was a historic building. It was a shame you couldn't get breakfast there. Also I was uncomfortable that there didn't seem to be any staff there overnight. And on the Saturday there wasn't any staff in reception in the evening.
- Michael (1/5): Total Rubbish. Avoid at all costs - Only Hotel un UK that does not Offer Food. Awful. Awful. Awful No Foo. Limited Coffee\Tea. Shower Broken. Bed not a Double as ordered two singles almost fitted together. Ground floor, unable to close window. Traffic noise bloody awful. Nightmare Hotel. Even Basil Fallty would shudder
- Matthew (6/5): Acceptable but not great - Large room with two separate rooms and a big bathroom. Tea and coffee refilled each day.
Good decor inside - looked a bit run down outside - not the nicest surrounding area. Noisy road, really lumpy and uncomfortable bed - particularly the children’s sofa bed. Uneven floors. Loud road noise with leaky windows. Very tight car park. No breakfast despite there being a lounge/restaurant.
Unfortunately a bag of medication was thrown out accidentally during a room clean. Thankfully relocated on communal bin and staff very apologetic.
- Nicola (9/5): -
- Sallie-Ann (5/5): Very average - Location was good for the event we were attending. Room was a good size and bed clothes were clean. Reception clerk was difficult to understand. No breakfast option when advertising suggested you could add this to your room. Hotel had lots of potential but just looked tired and a little unloved, which was a shame. Lots of Road noise late in to the night and early morning. Room wasn't very warm and water wasn't very warm for a bath/ shower.
- Suzanne (10/5): -
- Darren (9/5): would recommend - it felt homely
- matt (6/5): - Room and staff good Parking situation
- Najeeb (8/5): -
- thomas (8/5): - Close to centre Noise from traffic no breakfast
- Pamela (10/5): - Ideal location Nothing
- bordicott (8/5): -
- Sharon (9/5): Lovely hotel, quiet and cosy, rooms are spacious and attention to detail was lovely - Nice and quiet, warm rooms Option to book room with a bath would be great
- nicole (10/5): Short stay, had an amazing weekend - The location was amazing. Beautiful rooms and very spacious.
- J (10/5): Just the job 👍 - Lovely central location. Great communication. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.
- Maura (6/5): -
- Kirsten (5/5): - Location No hot water in the morning
Wasn’t aware it was not going to have reception staff
- Jane (10/5): - Essy access when coming back at night Very small car park
- Sarah (8/5): Great location, friendly staff - The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious.
- Rosalyn (8/5): Good stay for a visit to the castle - Close to Warwick castle There was nothing
- Dan (8/5): Hotel was great, but they need to up their digital security. - The hotel was in a great location and the room was alright. My details were leaked, either by Booking.com or by the hotel and I have received a LOT of scam calls and texts claiming to be from the hotel. All of them phishing for information. This has been reported to both Booking.com and the hotel. Nothing was really done about it, so I have reported to the police.
I would advise avoiding booking this hotel for risk it could happen to you.
- Barbara (8/5): Great value, comfortable bed & room with the bonus of free parking on site. - Great location, good budget hotel with super comfy bed, large room & great shower! Onsite free parking too.
Easy lockbox checkin. No staff on site but that wasn’t a problem.
- Peter (7/5): -
- Donna (10/5): -
- Donna (10/5): -
- Angela (5/5): - Location Stains on carpets
- Jo (10/5): - Staff so friendly and helpful, close to the station, so comfortable with great facilities, had a brilliant night's sleep, would definitely stay again x Room very hot.
- Paul (7/5): -
- Paul (8/5): - Large clean room, comfy bed, good shower. No food or drink, not even a vending machine but plenty of nearby shops, bars and restaurants
- adrian (5/5): - Hot room with no way of altering the temperature.
If you open the window the constant traffic noise was even louder
