Der var ikke nok varmt vand til at alle kunne få et varmt bad om morgenen, og vi var kun 4 voksne i en lejlighed som kan huse op til 10 personer. Men ud over det var lejligheden fantastisk.

- Ayvar (5/5): - Location I stayed for 4 days. On the 3rd day we woke up to find that there was no hot water. We informed the reception and were told that they would check it, but when we returned to the apartment late at night, there was still no hot water. The same issue continued the next day as well, meaning that nothing was fixed. Secondly, the apartments have old TVs that do not allow you to connect or use your own devices. Nowadays, for a 5-star property, these details should be taken into account. Thirdly, there is no soap in the bathrooms. There is only one set of toiletries (shower gel / shampoo / conditioner), and it is located only in the main shower room.

We (5 guests) stayed in a 4 beds 3 baths apartment, furniture and beds are comfortable, pillow menu is a bonus. Helpful staff. The apartment have nice decoration throughout. Kitchen is well equipped but there is no nonstick frying pan, no aluminum foil provided. The is no replenish of washing machine detergent, no replenish of coffee (both need to buy from housekeeping). The cleanness is not quiet up to our standard, there are wears and tears on the floor and tables. The rooftop sauna is a pay facility, the charge is 50 euro per 30 minutes for 2 persons.

It was an amazing place to stay . as an avid runner i appreciated the gym with treadmill . We loved the roof deck which was lovely with a nice small pool to cool down in and a nice view too. Gaston was wonderful. The beds are so comfortable . The bathrooms were very nice - everything was updated — new and clean . Having a washer dryer was nice. the AC worked well . The loaned us beach towels which was so nice as we forgot to pack ours . They only give you 4 bottles of filtered water a day and we were a group of 6 who are often thirsty ! ONE attendant seemed annoyed when we asked for more . Most others did not mind as we did ask for a a lot but it was summer and warm out . Also we were on a low floor so could hear street noise at night as there is no other noise at night which was nice ( couldn’t hear upstairs guests at all ).
