- Indhu (3/5): Very disappointed with the staff’s attitude - Clean. The staff service was very bad and the receptionist was extremely rude. When I checked out, the aunty at the counter threw my access card on the table and told me to go back and take the air-cond and TV controllers from the room, even though she never informed me about this during check-in. The shower water pressure was also very slow. I feel very disappointed with the service, especially because of the staff’s attitude. Not recommended

- ieja (6/5): - Biasa je They upgrade me to 2 double bed..connected head to head (the head board as a desk) one bed facing the bathroom. The room has one small window facing nowhere view? Not as same as picture advertised. Next time when u upgrade please inform the room got window or not.

- Subramaniam (3/5): Can stay here maybe for 1 day. - The hotel located at the heart of the town. Everything located near as we can walk and go. The staff is really friendly. The bathroom for the room should be better and clean. The shower is not functioning well plus the location of the shower is not easily accessible. The bathroom should be improved a bit. And it will be really appreciable if there is a mirror provided in the room rather than in the bathroom.

- Grayson (5/5): good location but the hotel room need a little maintenance - situated near town and there are a lot of restaurant and convenience store nearby. Unfortunately no dobi shop nearby so have to drive a little distance to wash clothes. small bathroom and a little broken shower head where it can shoot the water 2 side. aside from that, everything is ok
