• Goran (7/5): - Super Lage, nahe der Akropolis. Das Zentrum sowie die Metro sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Apartment entsprach nicht den Bildern, wir haben ein anderes bekommen als angezeigt wurde. Außerdem war kein drittes vollwertiges Bett vorhanden, sondern lediglich eine ausziehbare Couch, die sehr unbequem war.

• Anca (6/5): Nice staff & location, but apartment needs refurbishment to get rid of mould - Extremely friendly staff, they kindly allowed us to check-in very early which we appreciated a lot. The apartment is very well located in a good area close to the Acropolis; nicely furnished and with everything needed for a nice stay. While the staff were lovely, the location was excellent, and the amenities were great, I find it difficult to leave a high rating as the apartment was affected by significant mould. There was visible mould on the walls/ceiling and around the windows and curtains, as well as a persistent damp smell throughout. Unfortunately, the property is in need of a proper refurbishment to address these issues.

• Mikity (9/5): 必要なものが全て揃っている＋大きなバルコニーのある清潔感あるアパートメント - ロケーション、清潔度、大きなバルコニー、バストイレが2つもあってが良かった。 アクロポリス博物館からも近く、飲食店も多くある。 地下鉄の駅も2つ徒歩圏内にあり、移動も便利だった。 入り口に着いた時、どうやって入ればいいのかわからなかったが、事前にWhatsAppで繋がっていたので、メッセージを送って5−10分ほどして対応してくれた。 入り口の鍵を遠隔で開けてくれたので、アパートにもすぐに入れた。 アパート内に鍵が置いてあったので、あとはそれで自由に出入りした。 キッチン付きとはいえ、アパートの場合塩胡椒などの基本調味料がなくてそこから揃えないといけない場合もあるが、こちらのアパートには全て揃っていた。 向かいの建物の工事がかなりうるさかった。 上下の住人の生活音が少し気になる時もあった。

• Katharine (8/5): - This apartment is as beautiful as it look in the photos. This was our first time in Athens, it’s important to know this is not in the Plaka area, very close, super walkable but the area around it is rough. The blinds are closed for a reason, I don’t think this is rare for Athens but if you are looking for an upscale area this may not be what you are looking for. It is possible this is in an up and coming area though. The other thing to note is the amenities noted in Expedia is inaccurate, there is not a dryer. The washing machine is a washer/dryer and it either doesn’t work or doesn’t produce heat just spins. They had a dryer rack but with no balcony the clothes didn’t dry in two days. This was hard for us as we planned a 12 day vacation around being able to do laundry here. There was a laundromat near by so we walked there and dried the clothes.

When we had an issue with the shower drain I just iMessaged the guy and it was fixed quickly. Didn't have any onerous requirements, provided reasonable number of soap, etc...

The elevator is very small, which can be a bit of a problem if you are claustrophobic but I know this is normal in many apartment buildings!

The host, who met me was so friendly and accommodating despite my flight delay. The neighborhood was near the acropolis and bustling, but felt safe, and I was able to reach so much by foot from this location. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and it was so nice to relax in this space after a long hot day of seeing the sights. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing!

The apartment had a large balcony, where it was great to chill and relax and have a glass of wine. The air conditioning functioned well, which for us was very important as it was very hot! 🥵 the apartment was very clean and had everything necessary including a safe, which we thought was excellent. We felt very safe and welcome. While we had a partial view of the Acropolis from the balcony, we were a bit disappointed that they hadn’t put the roof on yet! 😂😂 the only thing that we would say is that a simple visitors’ book would be useful containing tips re: restaurants taxis etc. For example we stumbled on Mani Mani just down the road from the apartment which was exceptional in terms of food and hospitality. It would be good to have some way of communicating that to the guests, who follow.
• Hrishikesh (10/5): - Great location, excellent apartment ("flat"), has decent views from 5th floor balcony. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Washing machine with a 10 min fast spin works great, although you have to hang cloths in the roof rack which dried up in 3 hours, thanks to the hot summers of Athens! Can see acropolis from the kitchen! Has good restaurant within 2 min walk for breakfast and lunch. Another restaurant on 7th floor is convenient (food options limited but okay). I wouldn't try streetside parking. Too tight! Better walk or get a cab with Uber / FreeNow apps. Most cabs cost 10-15 euros to go to almost any city-center destination.

The other thing I am grateful for is that I had made the reservation of this apartment because it has a washing machine and I needed to wash clothes. When we got there the machine was broken, but the property had our clothes wahsed for us at no expense. This was very nice. Our plane arrived at 11:30 pm so we were planning to get to the place at around 12:30 am. Since it was so late, the host left us some instructions to enter the building but the instructions were not accurate and it took us about 10 minutes to figure them out. We eventually figured them out, but it was a hasle to go through that at that time of night.

Updated everything. Soft towels. So spacious! Small elevator. Immediately next door to Acropolis Hotel that has a lovely rooftop restaurant/bar that opens at 11 am through the evening. About 2-3 stories up. Only minimal street noise and I’m a light sleeper and was not bothered by it. Was perfect for our family of 3 but could have fit more. Kitchen was perfect. Stocked with coffee/sugar. Regular drip coffee maker and Nesspreso machine and cartridges.

• Laimonas (8/5): Nice and cozy place but ants were anoying. - Location was perfect Ants. There were many ants in the kitchen. More capsules for washing machine would be nice. And a bit more clear explanation on booking - we booked Acropolis Luxury living (it was on 3rd floor) but stayed in Stylish boutique. And it was because of one listing on booking.
• Margaret (10/5): - Great location, very near Acropolis museum and south entrance of Acropolis. Our family of 4 stayed at the 5th floor, there were 2 bathrooms and lots of space. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer. Big outdoor sitting area with view of Acropolis. Host was very responsive and nice. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again if returning to Athens.
• A. (10/5): Great stay! - The house is beautiful, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. It is also located in a great location, very authentic. The neighborhood is very close to everything, especially the Acropoli. The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful.

• Fabiensf (10/5): Fantastic apartment - Nice and cosy apartment fully equipped, there was everything we could have needed including soap for dishwasher and washing machine, full amenities like you would find in a good hotel and good quality bath sheets. One of the vest apartments I've stayed in. Staff were very responsive, they resolved a maintenance issue within minutes. check in could be better, it's with a physical key which I had to pick up from the hotel next door since it was late. This info was sent to me until I asked for it at 16:00 on same day of arrival.
• Dave (9/5): Great and really comfortable place to stay in Athens within walking distance of all the major sites. - Recently modernised, spacious, great balcony, two shower rooms, comfortable bed, even a good tv for the occasional quiet evening. Great upscale restaurant next door, great family run restaurant for excellent more simple food 150m away, excellent sports bar 120m away (showed all the 6 Nations rugby matches). The Parthenon and its museum are easily walkable, the National Archeological museum is also walkable but 40 minutes away. Location, location, location. We always take earplugs, and they came in handy as building works are ongoing nearby.
• Catherine (8/5): Very good - Newly renovated, responsive, helpful staff, very comfortable, well planned and nicely decorated. Elevator was broken our first day there, we had no hot water another day. But staff had both issues corrected within a day.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good place. Would stay again. - Internet access is essential if you are gonna stay here. There is no front desk and the owners come to meet you for check in. The place is also a bit difficult to find as there is no obvious signage. Assuming you got all that covered. The place is conveniently located, clean, and safe. I would easily stay here again. Only problem I encountered was I couldn't find the remote for the TV and you can't flush toilet paper. Just saying.
