• donna (9/5): Absolutely wonderful stay, and I will come back again! - The staff is fantastic, very communicative, and go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable as possible. The place was kept clean. The location is super-central. I loved everything. At first glance, the room seemed slightly smaller than I expected but in the end it was comfortable because I ended up traveling solo.

Well, the price-quality ratio is not very good.

• nicoletakyp (5/5): - Location was ok and the room was clean It is unacceptable to not be able to leave the luggage in a designated area after check out. The charge was very high in order to not offer that! And it could easily be offered with a code to unlock the door which was already provided. It was also very disappointing not to get any sleep because of the noise-no soundproofing. The room was small but ok, but it was generally not value for money.

• Irina (8/5): - Location, location, location! Being 3min away from Piazza San Marco is truly unique. Giuliano and Federica were very welcoming, which only made the experience better. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room, although small, had all necessary details for a comfortable stay.

• Isabella (10/5): Cozy room in an excellent location. - The check-in process with Federica was smooth. Regarding the room itself, it was spotless, well maintained, and well equipped. We even received some snacks. It’s clear the owners care about providing a high-quality service. The housekeeper Samantha did an excellent job during her visits on October 3 and October 8, and we also enjoyed our interactions with her before heading out. The house rules framed on the wall state that cleaning is done from 10:00 to 13:00. However, someone came at 9:30 one time, and after 14:00 another time. The quality and standards of housekeeping varied depending on the housekeeper that came each day. Samantha's work was 10/10.

• PAUL (10/5): Everything was perfect during our short stay in Venice. - Giuliano was an impeccable host—extremely helpful with all our questions, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Federica was also lovely and very helpful, showing us the way to the accommodation and explaining everything clearly. The place is small and cozy, croissants, coffee have been a really nice touch and its location is fantastic: just a 2-minute walk from the Basilica and St. Mark’s Square, which is a huge bonus when navigating Venice’s narrow maze of streets 🙂 Nothing really, could not fault anything.

• Emanuele (8/5): Ottima posizione, casa accogliente - Letto matrimoniale molto grande e comodo con doppio cuscino a persona; la struttura di fa trovare tutto il kit per doccia, 3 asciugamani per persona, ciabatte e, molto apprezzato, oltre a macchina del caffè e bollitore ogni mattina riforniscono con 2 brioches confezionate, due confezioni di fette biscottate con marmellate e Nutella monodose, thè e zucchero. Ogni mattina nel rifare la stanza se lo desideri ti cambiano gli asciugamani. Posizione centralissima, casa minimal ma accogliente con i confort necessari. Lo scarico non andava benissimo (a volte bisognava aspettare 4/5 minuti prima di poter scaricare nuovamente)

Επίσης, την τελευταία μέρα μας επέτρεψε να κρατήσουμε κάποιες ώρες παραπάνω το δωμάτιο μη κουβαλήσουμε τα πράγματα! Πολύ ευγενική κ εξυπηρετική!

Great location close to San Marco square Service staff were responsive but I think I was overcharged for the water taxi from airport to the nearest drop off point on the water. 30 minutes and 140 euros later. I neglected to ask but think the hotel could have informed me of the price. Had I known I would have chosen a less expensive way to the guesthouse. Also because our flight was delayed by 45 minutes, we arrived at the guesthouse at 8:30pm. Because we arrived after 8pm we were charged a 30 euro late arrival fee for which only a cash payment was accepted.

• Jaqueline (9/5): We would really recommend this place- exactly what was needed for a long weekend/weekday stay. - The breakfast was simple but very welcome, the location was brilliant- just around the corner to St Mark's Square. We had a problem with another guest locking the door behind them and we couldn't get in but this was resolved quickly and well by our contact. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day. The room was quite small but we were on a budget so perfectly adequate and had everything that we needed.

• Mars.87 (9/5): Superb - Very close to everything on foot, and to water taxis for airport/Murano island. Clean, well upkept facilities. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom all clean and seemed new! Maid service was good. Quiet once windows and shutters were closed. Very hard to find, no signs and such a small entrance, we should have been advised about this beforehand as arriving so late after 2.5hrs flight delays made it difficult to find. Didn't see any staff other than for check in, and would have liked to see someone to ask a few things/directions/advice. The air conditioning was not cool enough (18°) and at night we were very hot, as we had to close the windows and shutters due to mosquitos and noise, so we had to keep it on all night and it was rather noisy and still too hot. Otherwise we loved the place and will recommend / return if we come back to Venice.

• Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - Can not fault this guest house! Our room was the perfect size for me and my partner. Everything was so clean and tidy and the beds were comfy! The staff member who checked us in was lovely and so understanding she made us feel at home. The bathroom was also very clean and provided us with clean towels/cleaning things every morning. Only thing we could fault was following google maps to the guest house entrance door as it is located in a narrow street. However we had someone contact us personally with an arranged date and time to check us in and she met us right outside a near by shop!

• Antonio (8/5): Quick and simple! - It was comfortable enough! The staff who greeted us was very nice and accommodating. The place is close to the San Marco square. The bed was so soft. The bathrooms clean and had nice warm shower. The aircon was too noisy it was a bit difficult to sleep. Also, the temperature control was not really good. The ref was there but it took so much time to cool things. There was only a small trash bin. Otherwise it was still a good place to be in :)

Such friendly owners and good communication, especially when it took us so long to get to to the room, they were so patient with us! Perfect location too! WiFi was a bit hit and miss but we found if you sit near the door it works perfect! The aircon kept making me jump in the night when it banged but that’s only because I’m a light sleeper!! Overall was a lovely stay, thank you!!
• Prasenjit (10/5): It was a wonderful stay. - The location is fantastic. We didn’t have any problem to find the property, the google map works very well. Valentina is a terrific host. She is helpful and informative. During our trip from Milan to Venice my back pack was stolen. It had our passports and other important documents. We were feeling miserable. I will never forget her kind words, it gave so much comfort in that difficult time. We needed some print outs for passport applications and she got it done on a Sunday morning. (Thank God we got back our passports with the help of some angels from Trenitalia). It was always a pleasure to come back to clean tidy room after a long day, the housekeeping was really good. Though the room overlooks a busy street it was pretty quiet. The AC works well. The entry and exit with digital code was perfect.

The cleanliness was and did exceed our expectations also room service cleaned every day one of the top places we have ever stayed in although right by the Square it was very very quiet and peaceful. To be honest there was not one negative about this place couldn’t fault a thing. We would highly recommend to all this is a Top place to stay for anyone and you would be extremely impressed. Excellent.
