- Valeriy (8/5): - Not easy to find, Google maps show a spot 15 minutes away. There's another hotel in the same building Maxx - search for that one to get to H'Elite. Subway station Zhujiang New Town is in 5 minutes walk. You can take subway directly to the airport. Staff barely speak English, unfortunately, so it was hard to communicate. Room is spacious and clean.

It should NEVER be allowed to smoke in the hotel room. Hope China fixes this serious problem where people freely break the law and keep on smoking in banned places , even in the toilettes. This is bad for the reputation of the country which is one of the most beautiful places on earth.

The front desk has very poor English, although they tried hard and were lovely. The buffet was just OK. The room was tired, with water damage throughout. I won’t go back.

- Ken (8/5): - This hotel is very convenient to travel around with plenty of taxis and close to MTR station. The nearby malls have lot of dining choices. It is not far away from the Canton Tower.

- Mui (10/5): - The hotel is just steps away from 3 subway lines and surrounded by shopping and dinning squares. Our room is facing the back road, it's quiet, clean and spacious. A few minutes walk to the Flower City Main Square where the night scene is absolutely beautiful. We feel safe walking around the area both during the day and night. Buffet breakfast is plentiful though there is more emphasis on the Chinese food. Free laundry facilities available and the laundry service lady Tang was very helpful. Our sincere thanks to the manager, Mr. Liu, in making our stay a wonderful experience.

Pros: convenient location near subway and shopping, large room with high ceiling, good water pressure, fast check-in and check-out, friendly staff, conveniently located charging ports, comfortable beds, big windows with great city view. Affordable price. Cons: no ventilation in bathroom, no night stand lights, windows are not very sound proof, can be slightly noisy at night, tv barely works with one channel, in room minibar has two bottles of water (daily) that’s also the “welcome drinks” in the description seems misleading. Have to take elevator to 17th floor and take another elevator to the rooms.

- KA IAN (2/5): 很差的入住體驗 - 室內空調是使用中央空調, 溫度不能調節。酒店室內長期開暖氣, 室內溫度是28度, 沒有空氣和很焗不能入睡. 凌晨4時致電前台只能安排一台風扇, 從未試過這麼差的住宿體驗。 另外, 登記入住的前台服務非常不專業, 連姓別和姓名也不能分別, 故找不到入住紀錄, 態度也不是特別友好。

This is pretty thoughtful of them. However, the hotel should strengthen staff knowledge of the near-by facilities such as operating hours of Hospital. We encounter wrong information of the consultation of the hospital at Wee Hours and ended up a wasted trip.

Close to the newest library and Guangzhou Ta in Tianhe District. Spacious room, and clean quiet. Elegant Chinese room interior. The only drawback is the bathroom non-skid mat has stains on it and shall need to replace.

The room itself was comfy. The hotel is also located near the metro station, a few malls, many eateries, and a very beautiful park that leads to the Canton Tower and the Guangdong Museum.

Easily catch taxi here. Hotel interior feels like home, comfort bed although toilet layout abit weird. Hotel build on top of kingold mall which consist of restaurant, cafe and dessert shops. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Other than that. Everything was as advertised. Good value for its money and centrally located for business. And leasure walk to the river front.
