A lot of very good restaurants are walking distance from it. Although the location is top, the apartment could get some improvements. The sofa in the living creaked very loudly. The kitchen could use more basic facilities like forks, spoons and plates, giving the fact there is no dishwasher. The shower was dirty, even smelling like mold when showering. You could see the dirt and mold at the bottom of the shower and the shower door.

• Monina (9/5): Fantastic Location, Excellent Host, and Well-Equipped Apartment - The communication with the host was excellent. They responded promptly to all of our requests and even helped arrange our transfer to and from the airport, which was a great convenience. The apartment is in a prime location—right in the heart of Athens. Restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops, grocery, Acropolis Metro are just across the street or within the walking distance, and it's only about a 100-meter walk to the Acropolis entrance and 150 meters to the main entrance of the Acropolis Museum. Major sites like Plaka, Hadrian's Arch, and the Temple of Olympian Zeus are all within easy reach. Despite being on a busy street (Chatzichristou), the apartment was quiet when the windows and balcony doors were closed, making it a peaceful retreat in the city. The space itself was comfortable and well-designed, with a spacious bathroom and shower area. There’s also a TV in both the living room and bedroom, a spacious bedroom, and the entire apartment is air-conditioned with a strong internet connection. Another plus—the apartment smelled fresh throughout our stay. For longer stays, the apartment is equipped with everything you need: an oven, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, and a washing machine. The cleaning service could be improved, especially for longer stays. Basic toiletries should be automatically provided without needing to request them. While these issues were minor, they would enhance the experience for guests staying longer than a few days. However, these points did not detract from the overall experience, and we found the apartment very comfortable and well-maintained.

• Nick (2/5): - Check in was not good. Got dropped off by taxi. Door is locked. No Acropolis Suites sign on door. Only thing to confirm location is building number. Pressed Bill and John buzzer. No phone number to call. I am from US and Wi-Fi not connected so unable to communicate. A hotel around the corner was most helpful giving Wi-Fi connection. After a couple of emails and phone call by hotel staff finally see a real person. He stored our luggage and said to come back at four. Came back at four and waits 15 minutes. Did not have any indication this is a vacation rental and not a hotel. No lobby and staff to help. No phone number. Only email connection through Expedia. We would have been totally lost without nearby hotel staff to help and museum to spend time. Very frustrating. Don’t know why Expedia provided this type of place when I was searching through their website for a hotel.

This is in the heart of the city, so from the outside it looked a little iffy at first, but once inside it's a beautiful apartment. Customer service and communication was GREAT, especially because we had transportation issues, and they helped us out A LOT! Walking distance from Acropolis is nice and there was an excellent restaurant around the corner too.Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend!

It was great having a washing machine…considering the temperatures in August. The shower could do with a little better scrubbing to make it more clean and presentable. Place was a little dusty and we needed to change the ironing board cover in order to use it. I guess it depends on what you are looking for out of an apartment.

The hotel was very clean and had really nice finishes. AC worked very well! Easy to communicate to the hosts. Would recommend this apartment, 100%. Google and booking said checkin started at 3 pm until 10 pm. We couldn't get into the room until after 4. It was not a big deal because they held our luggage for us so we could explore all of the sights while waiting for checkin.
• Edina (10/5): - Great apartment with great location, just in the enterance point of the pedestrian ancient town, but in a less crowded area. The vibe of this part of town is great, with many small bars and restaurants nearby. With open terrace door the apartment itself can be a little bit noisy, but that is expected. Bedroom how ever faces not the street, but a small back garden, it is a lot more quite, so we had no problem at all with traffic. Kitchen an bathroom were really well equiped also. Our host, Yannis was very friendly and helpfull!

You can walk to every site easily from this location. There are excellent restaurants locally, Smile Restaurant about 30m down the road is fabulous. Get take away gyros from the ATH Souvlaki place just around the corner, they are amazing! The staff are really great and helpful! I highly recommend this apartment! Nothing at all!

• Peter (8/5): Despite my criticisms, I would stay here without doubt, should I ever return to Athens, - Spacious, modern apartment with all of the benefits of apartment living. A good kitchen area with induction cooktop and reasonable equipment. A washing machine is available. Very good lighting. Very quiet due to the double, double glazing, A small lift up to the first floor apartment (and above). The apartment is as close as you could hope for in relation to visiting the Acropolis and museum. Easy walking distance to the Parliament buildings and the Flea markets. Lots of restaurants and small supermarkets available. Position is excellent. I feel that the name 'Executive Suite' builds expectations that are not really met from my point of view. The apartment is great, but I feel that it is a little 'off the boil' . If it was listed as a modern apartment, rather than 'Executive', the my expectations would have been not so high. Niggly little things like a very good kitchen, but no plug for the sink for washing up. A miserly four coffee pods and a small handful of unwrapped tea bags. An oily, half filled bottle of olive oil, sitting on a circle of of oil in a wooden tray, Two detergent pods for the washing machine.. A large wall clock that doesn't work. (Flat batteries?) No USB sockets. Don't get me wrong, the apartment is great, but not really what I expect as 'Executive' level. It's just a matter of expectations being met from the description.

• Rodolfo (10/5): Exceptional place near the Acropolis - The apartment is on a busy street. However, it has double pane windows and there is no noise. It is tastefully decorated. In addition there are some little touches/details (bath sheets instead of bath towels) that clearly illustrate the quality of the place. Absolutely wonderful.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect stay!! - I highly recommend this apartment as it was close to most if not all the must see places to visit. It is a 30 second walk- 1 min walk to a street with tons of restaurants. We were able to walk to most places with no taxi. This place was very comfy for me, my 1 year old and my parents. Although I didn’t need any assistance during my stay, John and Bill made themselves available whenever I needed them and they set up the airport pick up and drop off. I couldn’t have asked for a better location. They have a relationship with a hotel that’s 3-4 min walk from the apartment so if for some reason like myself happened to come earlier than the check in time, the hotel can hold your bags and when it’s time to check in, they will walk you to the apartment and assist with your bags!

They booked a taxi for me from/to airport, printed boarding passes for me, met me at the door when I checked-in. The location is perfect to walk or metro to anywhere so quickly. Lots of stores, restaurants, cafes, and ATM nearby. The metro station is only a couple minutes walk. I felt very safe and comfortable. The apartment is beautiful.

Definately made my stay at Athens even more enjoyable. Very central to everything needed. Were able to get the metro from the airport as the apartment is just round the corner from a metro station. Also as we arrived early morning they were able to pickup our lugguage for storage. The most impressive thing is the little touches and attention to detail. Couldnt recommed it enough.

Lots of light and very spacious, and there is even a nice private balcony. Excellent location near the Acropolis Museum and The Plaka - you can easily walk to just about all attractions in Athens. The property managers were very responsive and easy to reach, and very helpful - they arranged transport to and from the airport for us, and were helpful with local recommendations. I definitely will stay here as my first choice next time I visit Athens, and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends.

The location is awesome it is right in the heart of all tourist places and in a really safe spot too! We walked from the apartment to everything even at night! There were many shops, cafes, and food stands and restaurants just a few steps from the apartment! The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The hospitality of the owners is a big plus! We arrived at Athens early morning and we were able to check in at that time! I would definetely recommend it to anyone!

Bill & John was so helpful with arranging airport shuttle as well as taxi to the beach. Stored our luggage at a nearby hotel on our last day while we enjoyed the beach. There were complimentary fruits, water bottles & coffee. U can cook & use microwave if u want. Netflix & Wi-fi access were free. Easy & fast communication with John. Place was very clean & Hi-tech. Truly was a great experience!

Transportation arranged by Bill and John from the airport was perfect after a long trip. The apartment was beautifully decorated and was fully stocked with everything you could need. Would be nice if room slippers were provided. John and team were very accomodating and helpful with the apartment, tours and transportation, even at odd hours.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect one bedroom apartment near Acropolis - This apartment was absolutely wonderful. It’s located within a short walking distance to Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, and Plaka. It is also located near metro, tram, and bus stops The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable.
• ARLG (10/5): Great accommodation, great location - This is a modern, comfortable, well-equipped and well-located apartment, perfect for our short stay and surely the best in Athens. It's in the heart of the city, just around the corner from the Acropolis and near to a metro station, The local neighbourhood has a very friendly, "local" feel with good restaurants, a small supermarket and a vast street market (Fridays only) within easy reach. Despite its location, the apartment is very quiet and we slept well after long days spent exploring with the benefit of friendly and useful advice from one of the proprietors, John. This was our first visit to Athens and we can't wait to go again - to the Athens Executive Suite once more.
• Joyce (10/5): New apartment in perfect location - Right next to the Acropolis museum, the apartment is in a perfect location and nice neighborhood. John was very nice and warm. The facility is new and clean. One note - there is a hotel construction behind the apartment so the workers start working early morning. It is not a big problem, but it can be noisy at this stage of construction.
• Anthony (10/5): Central Location with Home feeling - My experience at the Athens Executive Suite was phenomenal from start to finish. We were greeted at the airport by a driver that was setup in advance with the apartment. The driver was excellent giving us bottled water and the history of Greece on the way to the apartment. After arriving at the apartment Bill was waiting for us and helped carry in our luggage then gave us a walk around of the apartment. He gave us a map with all the places he recommended seeing. He also gave us a list of restaurants in the area we must try. The apartment had Netflix, WiFi, Complimentary Bottled Water, Washer/Dryer with provided detergent. The bed was amazingly comfortable and very nice bathroom. Apartment is huge!! I couldn’t ask for a better stay. We were literally in walking distance to all the attractions. If I come back mark my word this will be the place I book.
• Delia & Ion (10/5): WOW! - This was our first experience booking a vacation package with Expedia (flight + hotel) and it was excellent! The apartment is located in a quiet building & safe neighborhood with great sidewalk restaurants, cafes & quaint little shops where you can buy local products. It is within walking distance from Acropolis, New Acropolis Museum (you can see the museum from the balcony), several monuments, National Gardens & neighborhoods like: Monastiraki & Syntagma. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos- clean, modern, spacious and decorated with great taste. The amenities are as of a 5 star hotel. Bill & John are the BEST hosts! They are pleasant & courteous, right on time for check-in/check out, available 24/7 for any inquiries and even booked our tours (we just had to show up for pick up). Thanks for making our stay in Athens a memorable experience. We wish you the best of luck & success in your business!
