• Bartosz (10/5): - Our stay at La Strada Parlata was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Naples’ historic center, within walking distance of so many amazing attractions and restaurants, It is the perfect base for exploring everything on foot. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Everything felt new, clean, and well cared for, and the bed was extremely comfortable after long days of walking around the city. One detail we really appreciated was that the room was cleaned every day while we were out exploring the city :) The common kitchen area was also very well equipped. There were always different kinds of snacks and water available for guests, which was a very thoughtful touch and made us feel truly welcome. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely caring, always ready to help and make sure everything was perfect. You can really feel that guests are important here. Despite being located in such a lively area, the apartment was surprisingly quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to rest and recharge. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend La Strada Parlata to anyone visiting Naples. It’s a fantastic place with a great atmosphere, excellent cleanliness, and an unbeatable location.

Great location for foot traffic. Location wasn’t the best for taxis due to pedestrian traffic, made getting out luggage in and out a little difficult.

• irene (9/5): Lo consiglio di - Aparthotel in pieno centro storico. Posizione eccellente proprio sopra la strada dei presepi e con affaccio su Spaccanapoli. Il meglio per visitare Napoli con le migliori attrazioni a portata di mano. Ci siamo mossi facilmente con la metro dalla vicina piazza Dante raggiungendo anche punti più distanti. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera famigliare "Dolce sogno" con spazi ampi, tutto pulito e stanza perfettamente insonirizzata... e la confusione fuori era davvero tanta. La sorpresa è stato un cucinino a disposizione fornito di tantissimi generi di conforto (tè, caffè, tisane, camomilla, biscotti, Nutella, acqua in frigo), tutto a disposizione in abbondanza. Gli asciugamani erano abbondanti e molto morbidi, lo precisa perché a volte non è così. L'host è stato gentilissimo, ci ha contattato in anticipo chiedendo spiegazioni riguardo una personale richiesta e ha risposto sempre ai messaggi in tempo reale. Il check-in a distanza è stato super semplice. Lo consiglio e ci tornerei. Letto matrimoniale troppo morbido e incurvato al centro. Unico difetto che potrei trovare a questa struttura.

• HAMONIC (10/5): Un logement tout confort au cœur de Naples - La proximité de centre névralgique de Naples nous a permis de faire beaucoup de visites et de trouver de nombreux bars et restaurants à 2 pas de notre logement. Luigi le propriétaire a été constamment à notre écoute tout en étant discret et respectueux. L’accès à la cuisine avec la possibilité de prendre des en-cas à tout moment est vraiment un plus. Nous avons eu constamment du café, thé, eau , nutella , gâteaux à notre disposition. Le logement était par ailleurs très propre et nettoyé quotidiennement . Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés .

Vários apoios no quarto e banheiro, porta escova de dente, touca para cabelo.. coisas simples mas que fazem diferença para quem está longe de casa. Fora o espaço para café da manhã que é super completo! Adoramos! Recomendo!

• Jean Carlos (10/5): Great location in Naples! - The location is perfect – right next to Spaccanapoli, so you can walk everywhere to explore the city. Even though it’s in the heart of the historic center, the apartment is surprisingly quiet, which was a big plus. There’s also a taxi stand very close by, super convenient for getting to the airport. The guest house is fully equipped with everything you might need – washer/dryer, stove, microwave, and a complete kitchen, which made our stay really easy and comfortable. The owner was in touch with us the whole time, helping with check-in, check-out, and making sure we felt relaxed throughout our visit. We definitely want to come back to Naples, and when we do, we’ll be staying there again.

• Whyte (10/5): Perfect, brilliant, clean, dream stay! - The property was amazingly clean and had lots of towels to use. Also the fridge was stocked with lots of cold water and snacks were provided and topped up every day. The cleaner greeted us at arrival and was very friendly, explaining everything about the property such as air conditioning and the TV. The property is situated in a nice part of the historic quarter and very easy to find and access. Luigi was a gentleman and allowed us to keep our bags at the house until til the evening after we checked out since we had a late flight. There is also space to hang up clothes, and the washing machine and dryer are very useful. Amazing place, would recommend to anybody travelling to Naples. Thank you Luigi!

• Monica (10/5): Right in the middle of Naples - This modern apartment was located right in the heart of Naples, right next Christmas alley! We got a taxi via booking.com to less than a block away and had a short walk to the apartment. The instructions to get in was very simple and accurate. Only 1 flight of stairs to access in a very authentic apartment complex, with shared kitchen, dining area and washing machine, with only 1 other apartment. Very spacious for kids. Window opened right onto the streets of Naples, with lots of restaurants, cafes and little stores just downstairs, but surprisingly very quiet at night.

• Laura (10/5): Great stay in the center of historic Napoli - This was a very convenient location in the historic center of Napoli! Right in the hustle and bustle of the little streets - and yet private with its own courtyard entrance - we loved it. It was a room with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa that was perfect for a group of 3. We had a small balcony over the street and could hang our clothes we washed outside on the line just like the locals!! There was another room (but we never saw those guests) from which we shared a central kitchen space, but admittedly we didn't use the kitchen much - we mostly ate out at all the great cafe's and restaurants. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and we loved the location. Definitely ask for Pasquale to help drive you places when there if you like - the accomodations host provided us his number and he was also very helpful for helping us find the place!!

I didn't realized at booking that it was a shared kitchen with another unit so was rather surprised. But we liked our neighbours! Even though the location was good once we got there, taxis could not get us to the door. It was a 400 meter walk to the unit from where the taxi dropped us off.

We were initially disappointed that the room was not ready at our scheduled check-in time, as the cleaning person was late arriving. Thankfully, we were able to use the common areas during that time.

• Angela (10/5): Fantastic Napoli B&B - Our host Luigi is a true gentleman! He went out of his way to ensure we were completely satisfied and comfortable with our stay. He even organised Lino the taxi driver to bring us to & from the airport to help us with our excessive luggage. The bed & bathroom were spacious, even had access to a washing machine, dryer & kitchenette. Not to mention the complementary breakfast at the local Mereno cafe, serving great coffee & pastry. We were close to transport, ferry & local attractions. We would definitely recommend La Strada Palata for a stay in Napoli.
• Ayesha (10/5): Delightful stay! - We appreciated the hotel's central location in Naples, which is close to various restaurants, cafes and shopping. The hotel is well-maintained and clean as well as air-conditioned. The rooms are spacious (especially the Doppio Sogno room) and include a well-equipped kitchenette. Luigi and our driver Lino provided excellent customer service. The charming and authentic atmosphere of the hotel added to our overall experience of being in Naples. Breakfast at the nearby coffee shop.
• Cohen (10/5): Highly recommend this property. Stop looking and book it now! - Everything! Perfect location, right in the centro Storico ( very safe). Beautiful room, very spacious, with a little balcony overlooking the street. AC works perfectly ( we even got cold at night). Our room shares a common space with the other room. Kitchen/ dining, it has a fridge, washer, dryer, kettle and espresso maker!! The owner provides all kind of treats (bottled water, espresso, cookies, etc. ). Additionally, breakfast is included in a nearby cafe. The pastries are to die for, and the attention incredible. The property manager responded right away when we had questions and he arrange a privar car to meet us at the train station. We were pampered throughout the stay! Nothing!
• Stubson (10/5): Our stay at La Srada Parlata was one of our favourite accommodations of our trip! Would reccomend. - The location is great and it's close to lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes. The included breakfast at Cafe Moreno was a nice addition. If we had any questions during our stay, Luigi was quick to respond and help. Overall a gem of a bnb in the heart of Naples!

• Nicholas (10/5): Great stay, easy access to town/touristy area, spacious and comfortable room, good amenities. - Easy communication with host, excellent location in the middle of town, easy check in and check out experience. Room was very spacious, comfortable, and the bathroom had 2 sinks which was great. Common space with other room was well stocked with snacks and coffee. There was tableware and we were able to easily have a snack at the apartment. Washer and dryer available as well, although we didn’t use this amenity. The location is perfect for exploring, but this comes at a cost- as you may need to walk a long way - 10-15 minutes on busy and small cobblestone streets with your luggage due to poor vehicle access. Our driver dropped us off “as close as he could get” and then we still had to walk 15 minutes. We typically don’t mind this, but was frustrating to pay a driver and then still have to walk with our luggage that far. Had we known this, we would have opted to walk the whole way instead, which was only about 10 minutes more. We would advise that those who are carrying a lot of luggage or large bags be prepared for this or consider staying elsewhere. Although this was frustrating, the stay was great once we arrived.

• Karen (4/5): Not the best location - Despite the filth in Naples with garbage and tagged walls everywhere, the location was central but not accessible by taxi so you were dragging luggage to meet tours or to come and go. Location amidst the filth of Naples. No access for cars.

• John (10/5): Great place all around- larger than average room and great amenities. - La Strada Parlata was a great place- perfect for my wife and I for a short stay in Naples. The room is large and comfortable, and the coffee/snacks/breakfast provided were a great touch! The location is right off one of the old streets and there is a balcony overlooking the street. Although the street is busy, the balcony doors did a really good job of blocking out any sound. Also, the host was very nice and accommodating!

Our room was comfy and safe (three locked gates/doors between street and room). Breakfast was delicious and hosted at a cafe just around the corner, but the B&B itself also had tea/coffee/water/snacks anyway. Shower was excellent and noise from street was actually much less than expected. Be advised washing machine and dryer are not actually in the room but are in the shared common area. Not a big issue but just something to know.

• Ainsley (9/5): A modern apartment in the heart of Naples Old Town - A modern two-bedroom apartment with a communal kitchen. Our room was clean, comfortable and a decent size for a short stay in Naples. The host offered self-check in and was always available for questions and was very helpful. The location is both a positive and a negative. The apartment is in a very busy old town. It was a bit too hectic for me, but some people will really like it. If you like being amongst bars, restaurant and parties, then you'll like it. Despite this, the outside noise isn't overly obtrusive as the apartment is positioned away from the road. The breakfast is also a highlight. You receive vouchers for a coffee and a pastry (we got 2 each) which you can select yourself. Just make sure you pick the right cafe, as there are two with the same name that are very close to the apartment. There is some noise. You will hear when the guests in the other room come and go. You might also hear some loud people from outside but it's usually only brief. It wasn't a big problem but it is worth mentioning. I must also say that the safe wasn't operational throughout my stay and was undergoing repairs.

• Douglas (10/5): Exceptional - Host Luigi was excellent in helping us check in and also allowed us to leave our luggage on his premises as we had a late flight home. The room was in a great location within the Historic centre and was spotlessly clean with all amenities available . Breakfast was served at a nearby cafe which was also very nice. Overall a great stay. Nothing
• Marielyne (10/5): It’d have been even better if we could have met the owner and have a chat with them - This b&b is located in the beautiful heart of Napoli centro storico. We loved our stay as you couldn’t hear any noise from the street and the room is quite comfortable.
• Julius (10/5): Exceptional - I think the best B&B i stayed, there was everything you need during your stay coffe, snacks, water, washing mashine and so on. Location is very good. Host is super helpful, i recomend 100 % Nothing
• Ganna (8/5): Very good - Overall, a great room with great facilities in a great location. A thing to keep in mind is self-checkin (this must be mentioned somewhere but I missed it). Internet stopped working at night, but then later I could log in the next day using another password provided by the owner of the property. The owner is available on whatsapp. One of the rooms is facing a loud street. I closed the shutters to reduce noise.

Perfect location, as we were able to walk everywhere from here and see everything we had on our list! The kitchen was very clean, and always fully stocked with snacks, espresso, and water. The staff were very friendly and kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless! I can't say enough about the hospitality that we received at La Strata Parlata!! We loved Napoli, and our stay at La Strata Parlata, and would highly recommend staying here. We'll definitely be back!! Absolutely nothing! Everything was excellent! Thank you!
• Webber-Rookes (10/5): Modern, beautiful apartment on SpaccaNapoli - Beautifully clean and modern apartment situated just off the SpaccaNapoli- right at the centre of everything. I would highly recommend!
• Lynn (10/5): Excellent property in a convenient location and with a fantastic host. - This accommodation is super and I've now stayed here 3 times in recent years. The facilities are excellent and the host is incredibly accommodating and helpful. I especially liked the remote check-in service. I left my e-reader behind by accident and the host drove to the train station with it to return it to me. Nothing!

• Traveler9 (2/5): Naples apartment - It looks clean and modern. From the airport the taxis aren't allowed closer than about 3 blocks from his apartment. You have to find it on your own. Host didn't meet us, and he left no WiFi instructions. My phone had no service so we called and texted him from my wife's phone, but he hung up on us twice and wouldn't answer our texts. Also, the safe didn't work, the A/C didn't work, and no WiFi information. Noise from the street went on until 6am, no kidding. There was black mold in the bathroom by the door. The whole thing was super frustrating and disappointing.
• Krista (10/5): Exceptional - Even though it was in the heart of the action, it was very quiet. I loved the common area kitchen. It would have been nice to have a toaster.

We definitely enjoyed our stay there. Everything is good. Located in an excellent location in the old city. We were without a car so it wasn't a problem. A bit tricky to find but highly recommended. Everything was good for us.
