What more could anyone ask? There was nothing I could find fault with at The Braemar.

Graham (10/5): Superb, I have only been home four days and I am missing it already. - This was my third stay at this wonderful Hotel and hopefully not my last. It is superb from every aspect, the location is very central and everywhere such as the promenade and Lord Street, if shopping is your thing,are all within a short walk. Breakfast if you choose to have it is freshly prepared to your order with quality ingredients and is first class and good value for money. An added bonus here is the facility for safe onsite parking which is free. The rooms are well maintained and spotless with everything you could possibly need for your stay including a fridge, kettle, milk, water, biscuits, tea and coffee. It is a pleasure to be greeted by Michael, the owner, an extremely professional and pleasant gentleman who always goes the extra mile with any information that is requested or any help that may be needed and always with a smile. JAne (7/5): - Very comfortable room nice lounge with drinks available if required On booking .com it said breakfast would be an option if I just let them know when I arrive. however when I arrived and asked about it the proprietar said " no well you will be the only one " so no you can get something plenty of places nearby.i though that was not a very professional response and not a homely welcome. Also coffee sachets out of date by 5 months and I had to ask for hand soap.

The only negative was that it was on a busy road as this also contained residential properties. Given that, i wouldn't hesitate to book the Braemar Hotel again as it was a very pleasant place to stay and my breakfast was cooked to order and very plentiful.

Richard (10/5): A good central location for anyone, like myself, visiting Southport for a holiday or to see friends - As a solo travellor visiting friends in the area I only required somewhere centrally located to stay overnight. This was my second visit and each tim it has met all my reqiremets. One thing I especially like is that my room had a small fridge and real milk rather than the annoying plastic containers of UHT and as there are numerous supermarkets nearby it is possible to keep food fresh. The owner is always very helpful and I will certainly consider this hotel if / when I next visit Southport. Nothing as it met all my reqirements.

Felt very homely and welcomed and helped in with our luggage by Michael and we found him a great host .The room was immaculate and so many nice touches like fresh milk and filtered water and Yorkshire teabags which are my kinda cup of tea. Also a small fridge in the wardrobe which really did give this our thumbs up. Ice cold drinks while getting ready to go out. It’s right on the doorstep of everything you would need like cafes restaurants and shopping. We stayed 3 nights and still so many shops and bars to choose next time and also met some nice people along the way. It really was a great time spent at the Braemar. Keep doin what you do Michael we really enjoyed our stay. See u soon .

Angela (10/5): Relaxing and Excellent Hotel - We spent 4 nights at The Braemar Hotel, Michael the host was there to greet us, he gave us local information of where to eat etc. We were travelling to Liverpool by train for the day and he was very helpful by giving directions to the train station and times of trains etc. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and had all the extras to make our stay comfortable. Always on hand if we needed anything, a very delightful and friendly place to stay! We intend to return for another visit as it was a relaxing few days and everything we wanted was to hand. We would highly recommend this hotel!!
