• Nomsa (5/5): The stay could have been made comfortable if they try to supply those necessities which aren’t luxury but basics given a - The property is lovely The pool was dirty even though didn’t use it. Towels smell like they didn’t dry up. They didn’t have lemons or powder milk for coffee during breakfast. Rooms didn’t have water bottles. The breakfast was really mediocre

• Jose Angel (8/5): - Wir sind gegen 19:30 angekommen und wurden reingelassen, war aber kein echter Empfang und wir waren ein bisschen verwirrend. Zimmer war ganz ok, nichts besonderes, aber sauber. Frühstück auch ganz in Ordnung, und Check-out schnell. Ort war auch ok, nah an der Küste.

I dropped my credit card on the floor whilst booking our Uber to the airport and Westin went out of his way to deliver the card to me at the airport. That was the cherry on the top. The housekeeping staff were also just so friendly. Breakfast was all we could ask for. Thanks so much Westin. We will be back. Needed a dishcloth in the kitchenette.

Size of room with balcony was great to a partial, beautiful sea view. Ladies could do with a mirror at the dressing table/desk and a plug point for the hairdryer.

Yoghurts, fruits and juice were very warm, the eggs they made were bad. The bacon was old. Looked like the food was old, maybe due to lack of guests but that should not be our problem.

The check in was easy and parking was available. We had two rooms booked which were clean, comfortable and quiet, both overlooking the pool area. The beds were comfortable. • Helmut (8/5): It is OK - We had an early flight, so we looked for place to stay close to the airport. For this our selection was OK, because it took only around 10 minutes to get to the airport. We could park on the property and the staff was friendly. Otherwise it was the worst place to stay on our trip. It was OK for what we needed, but all the other places we stayed had been much nicer. The room was small and quite dark. There kitchenette was equipped very poor. The only place to sit outside was behind our room on uncomfortable seats. But maybe there we had been unlucky, because that other rooms had quite nice balconies with better seats.

• Darren (8/5): Perfect location & perfect host. - Weston delivered superb customer service, right from the booking process, to personally meeting us at check-in as well as ensuring my partner had plant-based breakfast options. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom spotless with a lovely shower. The breakfast room was lovely with a view over the internal courtyard & pool area. There were great options/choices for breakfast, which exceeded our expectations. Safe, secure parking was available and we had a relaxing stay. Nothing to dislike.

All the staff were excellent especially Weston who looked after me well. I was travelling alone and Weston made sure I was safe - even offered to come and fetch me from a restaurant if needed ! It is a quiet and safe venue and an oasis in a somewhat busy area of PE. Having to leave !!

Everything was perfect. Cannot fault the staff or facilities. Car park was a little cramped but manageable.

• Robert (10/5): Ideal place for work or holiday trip - Spent a lovely 10 nights at First Ave Guesthouse and enjoyed essentially everything about the time. The staff were friendly, the room was nice, the breakfast was great and the location perfect. By the end, it almost felt like home.

The room was spacious and light with a shared verandah as well as a fully equipped small kitchen area with microwave and fridge. Excellent Manager and staff with a good selection of both hot and cold food for breakfast served in a lovely breakfast area overlooking the pool. There is an honesty bar and snacks available throughout the day. Close to the seafront and walkable to bars and resaurants. Would definitely return

• Tobias (10/5): Friendliest Guesthouse you can imagine - Expetionally friendly and comfortable guesthouse, including an excellent breakfast freshly prepared to order plus fresh fruits, cereals etc. Weston and the other team members are really caring for the wellbeing of the guests, from reception, information on anything you can imagine, organising transport, taking care of laundry and printing, and even getting up at 5 in the morning to ensure the arranged transfer works. Location is great for the beach and the Boardwalk complex, while beeing very calm. Rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Highly recomended!
