• Arin (10/5): - Very spacious and clean property - the master bedroom is enormous & the others very cost too with a nice lounge space for you to relax. Brilliant location just a simple ten minute drive from the centre, & I highly recommend you take a walk down to the beach which is only 5 minutes to enjoy some amazing views. Richard & the house manager Lianne were very helpful and Lianne welcomed us and was there to help at any opportunity we had. I very highly recommend staying at this property - you won’t be disappointed!

• Robyn (5/5): Overall it was fine, owner was helpful. The person doing the key handover arrived for checkout at 09:30 and checkout is - We liked the layout of the house, the heated blankets, the farm style kitchen and the alarm system. There were many kitchen cockroaches and if you leave anything in the counters it will be covered with ants the next morning. The bar stools were extremely uncomfortable so beware. We booked for 4 people under the assumption that there’d be 4 bedrooms as advertised and there were only 3 bedrooms, 4 beds.

• Tracy-lee (10/5): We had a wonderful peaceful stay in Sandbaai - Location was great. Just a short walk from the beach. The property and hosts were fantastic. Not the best swimming beach but what a beautiful little town. The property was superb

• Sally (9/5): Lovely home, short walk to beach - We stayed with 2 families, both with small kids. The house is nicely located near (driving distance) to shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the trampoline is great for the kids. Beds were comfy and facilities good. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were accomodating with a confusion with payment through the website, which was appreciated. They have a great host guidebook with recommendations for local attractions. Personal meet and greet on arrival and departure.

• Sundu (10/5): A great weekend at a lovely property ideal for families and added bonus of great hosts. - Everyone I dealt with in person and digitally we very helpful and timeous. Chris who does the key handover was very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome and was able to assist with all our questions regarding the area and what one can do etc.

• Nikki (9/5): Great, just not for small children. - Spacious, clean apartment with everything you need. Close to the beach.and a couple of restaurants. Owners.are very kind and accommodating. Felt safe as well as there is a secured gate and beams on premise. We are a family of 4 with two small childeren ( 1 and 3). Our oldest fell out of the bed. Our youngest loved climbing in the cupboards, which was fun for him but we had a handful on making sure he did not hurt himself or the pots and pans. Apartment is really beautiful, but just not so suitable for a family with young children. Would recommend for anyone else though!

• Ryland (8/5): Pashasha Sandbaai - The house is very comfortable and clean. It has all the basic amenities as well as a UPS to keep the WiFi running during loadshedding. The house is within walking distance of the beach and a small distance from a convenient mall. Sandbaai is like a little village within quick driving distance of the main town of Hermanus. The house is advertised as having four bedrooms but they didn't say that the one bedroom was outside.

• Lhente-mari (8/5): Beach house holiday - Spacious holiday home with everything you need for a family! A few maintenance things, shower in main bedroom not working properly, pergola not there anymore. Dining chairs are noisy and uncomfortable.
