- Emma (9/5): Good base in Hakodate - Lovely blend of old and new. The staff were really friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Good location for motomachi and the red brick warehouses and close to tram stop. Fantastic bathroom and good amenities Fabulous stay. A little road noise, but quiet at night. Should have booked a bigger room for 3 night stay, but was still very comfortable.

- kyohei (10/5): - コスパ、ロケーション キッチンのIHクッキングヒーターが調理中に加熱しなくなる。高温サインなどのデフォルトの機能にしては頻発しすぎるので故障の可能性もあるかと。故障なのであれば修理を、何か使い方のコツが必要ならば説明書きなどが欲しい。何度か利用していますが、上記問題で料理を失敗する人がかなりいる。また、上記問題で必要以上に料理に時間がかかり、夕食時などは調理の順番待ちも頻発しているので改善希望です

- Pascal (9/5): Fantasic shared room stay in Hakodate's tourist area. - Perfect location right in the tourist heavy area of Hakodate. It's by the dockside at the base of Motomochi. An easy walk to the ropeway and a short tram ride away from the station. Very clean and comfortable space. Really nice showers and bathrooms. There's a communal chill out area and a work area at reception. Theres also an attached curry restaurant. It feels like a nice hotel whilst having the price and facilities as a hostel. Really unique and special experience. I was very happy here. They clean the bathrooms very early. It's very awkward having the bathrooms closed off at 8:30 in the morning when I want to shower. This happened every morning I was there. I just used the showers and sink areas in any case while the staff aggressively cleaned around me. It was a bit uncomfortable.

The staff truly stood out – warm, friendly, and always ready with great local recommendations. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. My room was cozy, quiet, and well-equipped, with attention to detail that made a big difference. Comfortable bed, great lighting, and just the right amount of space. The bathrooms and showers were impeccably clean and well-stocked. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better – close to key sights, restaurants, and public transport, but still tucked away enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Whether you're a solo traveler, with friends, or on a business trip, HakoBA strikes the perfect balance between hotel quality and hostel-style community. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, high-quality shared hotel experience. Would I return? Without a doubt. - WEI KAI (10/5): - 飯店位於紅磚倉庫旁，由過去老銀行改建，我認為是想要體驗函館老城風華的首選。房間選品都精心設計，隔音也很棒，空間很大，房價合理，飯店人員英語非常流利，也很專業的替我們處理了眼鏡遺失的問題，主動替我們打電話到上一間住宿的飯店。服務非常好，清潔也沒有問題，除了遠了一點點之外簡直找不到任何缺點（而且網路非常快，對數位遊牧來說是救星啊啊啊）。我心目中完美的住宿。 無，我想不到。唯一可以抱怨的大概是2樓longue不夠明亮（對閱讀來說），1樓湯咖哩會突然公休。

- shoko (9/5): また利用します！ - 立地が最高です。ハセストと、ラッキーピエロが徒歩1分。子供が2段ベットが大好きで今回が2回目の利用です。料金もお安くて助かります。 窓の下に埃が溜まっていたのが気になりました。

- Liam (9/5): - Great location New towels provided everyday Lockable safe for belongings Men's bathrooms are only on 2F. I was staying on 3F but I didn't have an issue with that but it's worth noting if that may be a problem. Not much space to store luggage

- Saige (10/5): - Super clean and an amazing location. Stayed in the mixed dorm and was very happy with how quiet and private my cubby felt. Had a small combination lock cabinet for valuables above the bed. Great shared lounging space outside the dorms and awesome rooftop view. You need your key card to enter the female shower room, which made it feel very safe. I would definitely stay here again

- mariko (8/5): 満足です。 - ロケーションがとてもよく、割安でした。 ２階までのエレベーターがなく、建物の構造が複雑でわかりにくかった。 大きな荷物はスタッフの方にお願いすれば運んでくれましたが、エレベーターがあるとなおよかったです。
- Unchalee (9/5): fantastic accommodation - I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there are some restaurants nearby. I really like humberger shop which takes about 10mins to get there. Many restaurants opens around 10am. everything is perfect, no additional comments
- Leon_Hiro (9/5): コスパ最高で満足しています。 - 最初駅から遠いと思いましたが、 観光スポットやレストランまで近くて 立地が最高でした。 すぐとなりがラッキーピエロ ちょっと歩いたら、海と赤レンガです。 また、部屋着とタオルを毎日交換していただき、 清潔感があって好印象です。 駅からちょっと遠いです。

- YUKO (8/5): ホテル内も観光地 - 共用キッチンを朝晩フルで使わせて貰いました。市場で買った海鮮を調理し、シェアルームで宿泊していたインバウンドの方々と食事の間に交流が出来て楽しかったです。調理器具や皿が豊富で楽しいミールタイムでした。 更にBankエリアの共有部分はレトロで写真映え箇所がタップリです 更に更にBankエリアのバスルームの設備はシンプルですが、素敵でずっと浸かっていたいバスタイムでした フロンとの方の公共交通事情の知識が浅くて少々不満でした。路面電車の十字街での乗り換えとICカードでの料金カウントが何度訊いても実態と違う説明を笑顔で押し通してきました。取り出して説明してくれたパンフレットでも『どつく→谷地頭』は乗り換えなのに乗り換えなしで行けます！と言い切るのはフロントマンとしては問題有りと思われます。
