• Cristina (8/5): Molt acollidor - Hem tingut totes les facilitats per a l'accés al l'apartament i hem pogut fer el check in abans de l'hora prevista. És molt acollidor i està molt ben connectat amb el centre de Dublín. El parquet fa una mica de soroll quan camines.

• Rattà (7/5): Buon rapporto qualita/prezzo - Siamo un gruppo di 5 giovani 20enni italiani. La casa ha un ottimo arredamento, ed è molto spaziosa, luminosa, in un quartiere molto tranquillo e bello. Ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze per quanto riguarda gli spazi. La pulizia generale era molto accurata ed era ben fornita nei servizi riguardanti la cucina (piano a induzione e forno utilizzabile). Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. (Visitate il pub vicino, Saint Public House ha un bel biliardo ed è molto accogliente) Abbiamo trovato la casa non fornita per 5 persone, ma per 4 (numero di asciugamani e sedie insufficienti). I servizi del bagno non ci hanno soddisfatto a pieno, mancavano i saponi, tappeto e la porta del box doccia (usciva sempre l'acqua fuori). La porta dell'appartamento è vetrata nella parte superiore, se qualcuno di un altro appartamento vicino torna tardi la luce accesa entra all'interno della struttura. 2 ore prima del check-out ha smesso di andare l'acqua calda nella doccia e nei rubinetti. Consiglierei inoltre di fornire degli adattatori per i turisti provenienti da fuori.

• AriannaN (7/5): Appartamento funzionale e comodo al centro - Ottimo collegamento con i mezzi (bus e tram vicini) che permette di arrivare in centro in poco tempo, nonostante la posizione non sia centrale. Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale e completo di tutto. Le lenzuola, pur essendo pulite, presentavano alcune macchie e bruciature.
• Martina (10/5): Monolocale consigliato! - Tutto perfetto! Monolocale situato al primo piano di una casa, con cancelletto privato. Comunicazione dei codici di accesso, indispensabili per recuperare le chiavi, a dir poco eccellente. Posizione un po' distante dal centro di Dublino, ma con fermata del bus 13 praticamente a 2 passi dal portone. Zona molto tranquilla, anche in orari serali. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario, olio, sale, caffè solubile, spezie e accessori vari. Forno, microonde e piano cottura ad induzione perfettamente funzionanti. Il riscaldamento è gestito in autonomia, ma dopo un po' si spegne. Tuttavia, è presente una stufa elettrica molto utile. Bagno abbastanza spazioso, con lavabo, wc e doccia elettrica. Consiglio di non spostare troppo la temperatura o ci vorrà un po' per stabilizzarla. Ad ogni modo, acqua calda disponibile a qualsiasi orario. Asciugacapelli presente, oltre ad asciugamani puliti. Se dovessi tornare a dublino, sicuramente soggiornerei qui! Forse poca insonorizzazione delle camere e asciugamani macchiati in alcuni punti, ma niente di insormontabile.

A capa do edredom estava sujo e tinha cabelos tirei a capa e o edredom tinha manchas inclusive de sangue. Pedi para trocar e fizeram a cama e foram embora. O chão do quarto sujo com cabelo e sujidade. As minhas meias ficaram horríveis passados 5min.

Tivemos alguns problemas: quando chegamos a chave do apartamento não estava no local indicado e foi um pouco difícil falar com o anfitrião, quando conseguimos ele resolveu rapidamente. O aquecedor é fraco para o tamanho da casa. Estava tomando banho e a água ficou congelante no meio do banho, demorou para voltar a esquentar.

• Inês (1/5): - Supermarket and bus stop are very close by, which was convenient. We stayed at this studio and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. It was almost impossible to sleep because of the noise at night - other guests arriving at the other floors were shouting and slamming doors in the middle of the night. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the hot and cold water were separated in the faucet, which was inconvenient. There were also some old discarded items left on top of the kitchen closet, which gave an unclean impression. On the day of check-out, a lady knocked on our door around 9:45 am asking if we were leaving that day, even though check-out was at 11 a.m. - that felt unnecessary and a bit intrusive. The transportation information sent by the host was outdated. It mentioned the Airlink bus from the airport, which hasn’t been running for years. In reality, you should take the Dublin Express instead. Overall, the place could use some renovation and a bit more care and attention to cleanliness and guest comfort. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again unless these issues are addressed.

• Julia (8/5): Cómoda estancia en Dublín - Buenas ubicación y parking privado. Cocina equipada incluso con lavavajillas y horno. Se agradece que hubiera cafetera italiana y tostadora de pan No nos gustó la habitación con moqueta, pero entendemos que es la costumbre del país. Habría estado bien alguna sartén más, pero con la que había nos apañamos.

Chek in and check out very smooth. Not much: It wasn't super clean, especially behind the bed. The shower didn't drain the water very well.

Just a small thing not a deal breaker but no shampoo, conditioner, body wash for shower had to supply our own.

Staying here again is - The stay at the upper apartment was a truly wonderful experience. It had everything needed, and the prime location near bus stops and the tram made getting around incredibly easy. Frequent use of the tram made visiting the city center convenient. While the living room can be noisy due to its proximity to a busy road, the bedroom offers a quiet and comfortable space. Although there is no AC, Dublin's pleasant weather made opening the windows for fresh air perfect. Grainne is a very responsive host, communication was very easy and always in timely manner. There were some minor issues, such as broken tiles in the bathroom and outdated living room furniture.

Our flight arrived very early in the morning, and they went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in. Comfortable bed, good internet, the studio has everything that you need, including laundry. Heating in the apartment. There were some cold days during our stay, and it was a bit too fresh in bathroom. If some other guests will stay late in the inner court, you’ll probably will hear them.

• Daisuke (1/5): Bad - I stayed here for three nights and it was the worst room I have ever had on my trip. When I first entered the room, I did not see a bed and thought there was another room in the back, but the bed was the type that was propped up against the wall, and the room was so small that I had trouble opening my suitcase when I put the bed down on the floor. The mattress of the bed was narrow and had a large dent in the center. If two people slept together, they would bump into each other in the middle of the bed. The bedspread and pillowcase were also damp, and it was unclear when they had been washed. The carpet is dirty and the floorboards are loose in some areas. If you do not walk carefully, you may fall. The entrance is littered with snack bags and has not been cleaned well. Sample photos of the rooms show nicely appointed rooms. There are several rooms, so maybe some rooms are more comfortable than this. At least the studio we stayed in (a room for two) was worse than a run-of-the-mill guesthouse, making the three nights a very painful experience. There was a faded poster hanging at an oblique angle that epitomized everything about this room. If the owners have any conscience they should not rent this room without taking care of it.

Public transport was clean,punctual and easy to use It was a bit expensive for day to day items There was an American College Football match on and there were 25, 000 american tourista there so everywhere was extremely crowded.I would've picked an alternative week had I known.

It was a little on the small side for a family of five, but then again, we needed accommodation in Dublin that was not too expensive.

It was close to public transportation for bus and for the Luas within just a few minutes. The owners, Grainne and Tim were excellent communicators and gave great detail to the location as well as the accommodations. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment had all the necessities that we could ever need. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this location to others. Absolutely nothing.

The Padraig Pearse apartment was spatious, clean, equipped and decorated for The Holidays, and very close to bus stations, restaurants and shops (Tesco, Spar, etc.)! We greatly appreaciated Grainne's hospitality and business! She personally facilitated access to the property, toured and presented the appartment on arrival and offered clear and prompt instructions and assistance with any issues or concerns. Grainne was always available, helpful and acommodating! We greatly appreciated her time and hospitality! We would definitely want to book the property & services again! Issues from previous stays, but promptly fixed.
