• david (7/5): over all it was not bad and we had a great time!! very clean and very convenient restaurants an shop - location was great within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. beach front and balcony was a plus great view. the room was very clean and well stocked with anything that was needed. the room was dated and could use a little remodeling. the room was small not a lot of room to unpack or keep daily needs like cosmetics, curling iron mostly in the bathroom. we did wash towel or we would not have had enough but it was not a big issue since there is a washer and dryer in the room. the ice in the refridge had a funny taste but we bought a bag of ice down in the lobby so not a big issue.

• BW (9/5): Great Stay Great Location - Great location right on the beach! Our host Julie was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beach chairs, towels, and every kitchen accessory you will ever need, including corkscrews for our wine, which we enjoyed on the balcony to the sound of the waves.

• Gale (5/5): Adequate but accomodations need updating for sure. - The location was good. Julie was very good to work with. The view was good. Storage for clothes was non existent. The closet was full with owner's cabinet and beach chairs. No dressers to put clothes in, no where to put your suitcase but on the floor. Made it messy for our whole stay. Bathroom vanity was tiny, no where to put anything. Very uncomfortable couch.

The light from the hallway coming through the bedroom made it a little difficult to fall asleep. The walls are kinda thin and you could hear people talking in the other rooms. And could hear folks moving furniture around on the floors above.

• Angela (10/5): Perfect condo for two people in need of a quiet vacation - We loved the location of the smaller complex and the fact that the beaches were much less crowded than some others we saw while walking the beach. The room itself was well decorated and stocked with most things that we needed for our stay. We absolutely loved the balcony and the kitchen was well-appointed. Very minor: We could have used a drink pitcher to mix lemonade. We had to use an ice bucket. LOL. We also didn't think to bring soap/body wash, as most places provide that, so we had to wash with hand soap.

• Richard (6/5): - The parking pass was supposed to be $25 it was $45 with no guaranteed parking. We were accused of smoking and it was the people who owned the condo next to us. They were going to charge my card immediately without even speaking with me. I had to call to get a code for the door because it was not in my email. The condo itself unit 308 was ok. The facility however was disgusting we had to take out shoes off at the door because the walkways weee so filthy. We will never stay here again. This price was the same as the newest condo on the beach. The pictures were very deceptive.
• Kecia (9/5): Week at the Gulf Shores - A much needed vacation. The host was super friendly and communication was great. The condo was very clean and well appointed. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins. There were so many. A great stay
• Howard (9/5): Superb - Wonderful location! Close to the beach and to shopping! Took us 90 minutes to go the final 6 miles. Traffic was bumper to bumper. Some people in the building were very noisy and sound traveled easily into the bedroom.

• Jason (8/5): Honeymoon - The place was very clean. Nice location on the beach Love the walking distance to shops and food locations. We would definitely love to come back and book it again. The bed was not very comfortable almost felt like a swang in the middle or it could have just been us. Everybody has different mattress preferences. And really the only other thing has nothing to do with the room it was just a wrong time with all the baseball going on cuz it wasn't quite time from 11:00 to 7:00 they're in and out slamming doors all through the night one night I was woke up all the way to 2:00 in the morning.

Balcony was good with great views The damage deposit process needs a better way of collecting the $250. The noise from the construction around the pool was loud. Contacting the cleaning person at check out should not be my job.

• Beasley (10/5): Exceptional - This one is a 10 ! It's clean and beautifully decorated. The AC works, the bed is comfy and there is no shortage of hot water. All 3 are important to us when we travel. The owner was so pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to welcome guests. There were pumpkins inside the condo, adding the perfect fall touch! We would definitely stay here again.
• Jill (10/5): We vacation in several places "sight-unseen", this was one of the best. - What did we like? Everything! The condo was perfect size for the two of us. It was right on the beach (gorgeous white sand beach) with a beautiful view from the balcony. Located close to restaurants and activities, we could walk to many places. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect.
