- mark (10/5): Hot and stuffy nights sleep on a mild summer night - Great when travelling by car as plenty of parking. Check in staff were great. Had a terrible nights sleep due to how hot and stuffy the room was. You can either choose to have the shutter down for privacy at night or have it up and let air in but then passers by can see you sleeping. Really could do with a curtain on the inside of window.

Personnel sympathique, petit jardin équipé de table de ping pong, terrain de pétanque, pret de jeux de societe, jeux d exterieur. Petit dej simple mais correct. Le seul point noir poir moi etait la chambre en lit simple double , un peu petite. Les toilettes face a un mur et il ne faut pas etee tres epais ou avoir des grandes jambes. Assez compliquée. 1 etagere en métal pres du lit que je me suis pris 3 fois dnas la tête ou coin de l oeil dans mon séjour. En tout cas j y retournerai surmzz t car le prix est top et l accueil ,service sympathique et bonne literie.
- Oliver (8/5): - Clean tidy rooms but no fan or air con, very hot in the rooms and in the bar. Staff friendly and drinks reasonably priced. Food there is good usually pizza or pasta or a salad. Burgers at lunch too. The staff were very helpful and we always stay here when in France. Good little hotel With nice bar area. Good breakfast very cheap too.
- Oliver (10/5): - Stayed here again 2 times in one week as part of a longer trip, always good friendly staff, clean and tidy bar area although rooms still too hot. They could do with small Fans for the room at least or better ventilation, can’t really have window blinds open much or people can see in. And this doesn’t really cool the room down enough anyway. Nice area outside by the pizza bar plenty of seats and lovely bee hive in the corner which was a nice touch. We always love staying here and will be back again soon.

Als je ontbijt geboekt hebt dan is het keukentje waar je alles moet pakken ook erg klein/krap er is alleen jammer/chocoladepasta als beleg en je kan een ei koken. In de middag avond gaat er buiten een container open waar hamburgers en pizza's gemaakt, de pizza's waren goed, verder kan je nog bier/fris kopen. Het was te doen voor 2 nachten zeker gezien de prijs maar verwacht absoluut geen luxe.

- Andre (6/5): Einfaches Hotel für den Kurzaufenthalt - Das Hotel ist sehr einfach aber sauber. Auf dem Zimmer kann man nichts machen - ausser schlafen und Duschen. Es war sehr sehr klein. Nur ein schmaler Durchgang zischen den an der Wand stehen Betten und dann kam schon die Nasszelle. In dieser konnte man sich kaum drehen. Das Frühstück kostete zwar nur 8€ aber es gab auch nur Baguette, Croissants und Brioche-Brot mit Brotaufstrich. Keine Wurst, kein Käse. Eier konnte man sich kochen und eine kleine Auswahl Müsli stand bereit. Äpfel gab es und O-Saft und Kaffee. Kein 3-Sterne-Frühstück aber für den Start in den Tag so gerade o.k. Gut war das kostenlose Parken vor der Tür.

- Anibal Isaid (10/5): Simples e perfeito - Somos um casal que apenas buscava um local para descansar depois de um show que fomos na cidade. É um pouco afastado do centro e escolhemos ir caminhando para conhecer a cidade. Foi cerca de 30-35min caminhando desde Lille Fleides Station, e desde o Lille Gran Palais era 20min. Escolhemos um quarto simples, o banheiro e habitação eram pequenos, porém limpo e confortável. O café da manhã é fresco e sem muitas opções. Ficamos apenas 1 noite e necessitei secador de pelo e água quente para a cólica e me atenderam prontamente.

- Lars (2/5): Støjende gæster ødelagde natten! - Aften og nat fuldstændig ødelagt af en flok unge mennesker, der ingen hensyn tog til andre, og ikke blev dæmpet hotelpersonale! Værelserne ligger direkte ud til gangen hvor alle passerer forbi, så forvent støj. Det kan være en engangs-hændelse ... men vær forberedt på støj. Værelse meget indelukket og kompakt.

- Valentin (6/5): - Quand on arrive a la réception on se dis "WAHOU GÉNIAL" Un espace commun juste TOP, et un accueil parmi les meilleurs, et le tout avec un prix franchement bon pour un hôtel de grande ville. Mais une fois arrivée dans la chambre c’est la déception. 1 - Les WC n’avez presque aucun flux d’eau et seul le bouton pour les petits passage fonctionnais 😅 ! 2 - La chambre était très très très mal insonorisé, nous en avons à peine dormis, malgré porte et fenêtre pourtant bien fermer, on entendais tout ce qui se passais dehors ainsi que les activités nocturne de couple présent dans une des chambres proches. 3 - l’agent d’entretien qui regardais à notre fenêtre le matin, heureusement que nous étions déjà habillé. Pour ne pas finir sur du négatif, nous avons tout de même passer une bonne soirée avec des clients et le réceptionniste dans l’espace commun et c’était réellement très appréciable.

- Richard (6/5): Over priced basic accommodation - Cannot complain too much as we booked last minute for RWC and so only thing available at short notice. We are a family of five so book a 6 person dorm room. It was basic accommodation, which was ok, but the room had some issues with lights not working. The one in the toilet didn’t work at all and the one in bathroom did not turning off. Other things of note; no towels, no tea or coffee making facilities. Which considering the price is not really on. Overall very pricey for the one night considering the facilities (£378ish with a 10% discount), but it was all very last minute so not much other choice with demand being high because of RWC matches. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English.
- David (8/5): - The hotel offers a basic service-bedrooms are very small, sparse and basic but that is what you are paying for. We stayed 2 nights and the rooms were for sleeping in. The reception staff were friendly and helpful whilst the bar and lounge area is comfortable. The location is out of the city centre but we enjoyed walking in to Lille which took about 45 mins but bus, taxi and metro options are all available. It isn’t the type of hotel I would normally stay at but if you want basic clean accommodation on the outskirts of the city with easy access then I would recommend Eklo Lille.
