- БуАл (9/5): - Располагается прямо на пляже, номера с видом на воду - красивый вид из окна. Все очень понравилось. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов, магазины - всё под рукой. Передвигались по острову на такси- больше 2х минут машину не разу не ждали у отеля. Если посещу остров, обязательно остановлюсь именно в этом отеле. Что заселяют всех после 15.00, образуется очередь на заселение.

The lounge was great fun in the evenings and the location of the hotel could not have been better. The laundry room was very busy with one washer out of action and the instructions in English were very unclear.

- Chelsea (6/5): Good - The property is right on the beach. The water doesn’t look like in the pictures, it’s less blue more of an emerald green. Parking was simple and staff spoke great English. Bathroom was nice I stayed in a Korean style room, I should have booked a western room. Anyway it was fine still comfortable. The furniture was old, carpeted hallway. I disdnt like that there wasn’t a deadbolt.

- JEONG (8/5): - 음 일단 유탑쪽은 온돌방이 있어 여수도 이용하고 했는데 여러 후기들처럼 1층에 라운지펍이 있는데 24시까지 쿵짝쿵짝ㅜㅜ 온돌방은 대부분 2층.시끄러워요ㅜㅜ 그점이 매우 아쉽. 해변과의 거리는 가까워서 참 좋아요. 서비스는 무난합니다.

- Helga (7/5): Disappointing Stay Despite a Good Breakfast - The only highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was varied, tasty, and well-prepared – a good way to start the day. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. I booked a room with an ocean view, but the windows were so dirty that it was impossible to enjoy it. When I informed the front desk, they claimed it was due to the rain – however, none of the nearby buildings along the beach had dirty windows like this one. It was clearly a lack of proper maintenance. Additionally, the hallway carpets were visibly dirty, adding to the overall poor impression of cleanliness. The staff’s attitude also needs improvement – especially when it comes to being honest and willing to address guest concerns respectfully.

- Melissa (6/5): - Location and price of hotel was reasonable. Ocean facing accommodation in Hamdeok beach. Great location close to restaurants and pub food like “Roll Tide”. Parking was convenient in garage attached to hotel. Directions are easy to find to the location. Breakfast available in the hotel however it was not fresh or appealing. Ac was cut off during my stay. I was told for the season. The front desk did have a fan to borrow however my room only had one plug in to use. No plug ins existed in the bathroom. It was difficult to get ready in the morning. If simplicity is what you are looking for and location then it worked for the stay. I was gone most of the day so I just needed accommodations to sleep. There is a DJ set up down in the restaurant at night so it gets loud in the room. Everything extra - breakfast, jacuzzi, etc is an up charge.

Balcony was dirty in normal rooms . Not much English person in hotel. Accommodation was from 3 o’clock so for people who coming from Europe, it’s really hard. If room is available, they should just check in.

- Dave (6/5): Okay hotel, but definately not worth its rating - The location of the hotel is excellent, just next to Hamdeok beach. The hotel is basic and oke, but definately not worth the price and 4-star rating on booking. The hotel is fairly outdated and personnel at the reception is poor to none English speaking. At our first night the fire-alarm went off in the middle of the night. After all the guests were evacuated to the lobby, we were told that it was a false alarm. We were told by other guests, as the guy of the hotel didn't speak english at all. Athough a false alarm can always happen, the personnel could be dealt way better with it. There was only one employee of the hotel present, who didn't speak english and couldn't tell why the alarm went off. I have read about same false-alarm incidents in reviews earlier, so it doesn't seem to be a one-time event.

- Robert (10/5): - I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. There were bottles of water in the fridge, power cables to charge phones, coffee and tea.

Actually at the reception we were told that they do, but since there was no reply from the internal number that they called to retrieve the beach towels they couldn't be bothered and we just got told that they don't provide them
- Barbora (7/5): Good - Location is great. The view from the room was pleasant. There is a store just at the corner. Rooms were clean. The receptionist didnt really speak English. The rooms are badly sound isolated. You here the shower from other rooms, toilet flushing, the music from the ground floor on the sixth floor. During our stay a fire alarm went off by an error. Everybody evacuated the building in PJs at 1AM. Luckily there was no fire in the end, but we were all standing in front of the building a there were no members of the staff. We were given no information. We found out it was a false alarm only because one of the other guests told us. So, I dont blame the hoteo for the false alarm, but their communication after the accident was non-existent.
