The staff provided us with air freshener when we feedback that there is a musty smell in the kitchen area. We were not aware that additional charge is required for our 4 year old toddler’s bed. Staff was quick to set up the bed upon our confirmation to add on this. Some areas of the room might a little dusty such as bed frames and light lamp surfaces.

- たなあか (8/5): 空調以外は、相変わらず常宿にできるところ。 - 前回に比べて、清掃がよくされていた感じだった。タオル等必要な備品はちゃんとフロント前に補充されていた。キッチン横に取り付けられていたエアコンの代わりに、新しくエアコンが増設されていた（以前は、エアコンつけるとキッチンでの汚れた空気がエアコンに直接入ってしまっているようだった）。 空調がエアコンだけ（前回の冬はガスヒーターだったような記憶）になり、訪れた日が強風等で冷えていたこともありやや寒さを感じた。また、極度に乾燥（エアコン暖房なので）していて空気清浄機の加湿タンクに水を入れるだけでは足らず、鍋でお湯を沸かすなどして湿度を保つ必要があった。

There are no staff on site but that doesn’t prevent them from responding to inquiries. - chaekyeung (9/5): 조용한 곳을 원하신다면!! - 번화가에서 약간 떨어져(도보 10분) 있지만 조용한 동네입니다. 주차비를 지불해야 하긴 하지만 렌트를 이용한다면 주차하기도 좋습니다. 트램까지는 도보3분, 편의점 도보 7분, 하코다테 전망대 로프웨이 입구까지 10분 정도 소요 됩니다. 그리고 숙소가 넓고, 깨끗해서 좋아요~ㅔ 없음

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to stay … but - Great place to stay. Property is very spacious. Staff responded very quickly to my email enquiry. Only thing to note, there is only 1 aircon unit that is in the main lounge covering the whole property. Luckily the weather was not too hot and the bedrooms managed to remain at comfortable temperature. I can see it could be a problem if the weather gets hotter and the doors to the rooms are closed to keep the early morning light out.

Downside is no lift to access to level 4 as stated, and the kettle was not in good condition (with a strange plastic smell and the filter is already melted) and I couldn’t make use of it to boil the water to prepare milk for my baby. Tried to call the receptionist (only appear during check in) but unable to communicate well so unable to exchange it.

- Bonnie (9/5): Excellent staff, super clean apartment, and great stay for a family of 4! - Location was quiet, away from the most touristy areas, and within easy walking distance of restaurants, grocery, and shops. Our apt was VERY clean and well-organized! Comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. We were able to easily make and reheat a couple of meals. The combo laundry (w/d) was super helpful! Check-in was smooth and the staff were responsive to texts - very friendly and helpful. Young children in a neighboring apt were quite noisy one morning, but as soon as we alerted staff, they reached out and it was quiet again. :)

- Chung (10/5): Very good value for money. Truely beyond our expectations. - It was a very spacious, clean, and tidy apartment. The beds are super comfortable. There was an electric massage chair in the room and we really enjoyed it after a long day of walk. The host was extremely friendly and informative. The property is close to the cable car station and it is a plus if you plan to visit the Mt. Hokadate. The property has no escalator. It will be a bit inconvenient for travelers who carry large pieces of luggage.

- Chin (9/5): Well located and spacious apartment in Hakodate - The apartment was spacious and near a tram stop. The kitchen was well outfitted. Essentials like oil, salt, pepper and sauces are not provided, limiting what we can cook.
- Carla (10/5): Peaceful apartment in a lovely and underrated town - Easy to find and get to - tram from the train station and 3 minutes walking. Simple check-in and friendly host. Extra toiletries and towels available as needed in the lobby. Super comfortable beds!! Very clean unit, easy to use w/d, lots of space, great hot water and shower pressure. Perfect location for a few minutes walk to ropeway to Mt Hakodate. If you like hiking there are a lot of hiking trails connecting from the base of the ropeway all the way over to Tachimachi Point. Great views from the apartment of the mountain day and night. Lovely quiet neighborhood but also easy to walk to the morning market and red brick warehouse area. I highly recommend this place! Nothing. perfect stay for 2 people in apartment 302. It could accommodate more people as long as you are okay with sharing 1 bathroom.

- Bernard (8/5): Very good - The building is really well centered, close to the tramway line and the historical area of Hakodate. We've got the simple studio on the 1st floor that is quite big. Very cosy and confortable - a warm apartment in winter, not noisy despite the 2 streets crossing upfront. Very large and good beds, a confortable cough, a big table and a nice kitchen. And a nice bathroom with separated and well equipped toilet. So a really good apartment. A few details: Despite the good mail exchange, no direct welcome nor contact. No ingredients at all in the kitchen (even salt or pepper...). And a quite poor set of equipments for cooking. And at the end, we missed the "panoramique" aspect on our this 1st floor studio.

- Samantha (10/5): Amazingly comfortable and cosy - The property was really clean and close to many attractions. We l easily walk to many places and when it was cold, we could easily return to a warm place :)

- Asma' (10/5): Wonderful stay. - Love everything about this place. It really felt like home. Not to far from tram station. Easy check-in. Helpful host. The apartment was superb. Cozy house, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Washer & dryer were very helpful. Massage chair was really a bonus after tiring day exploring Hakodate. Short walk to seaside to catch the glorious sunrise. I'm always happy when I visit Hakodate. We had a wonderful 2 nights stay here. Thank you.
- Pavreet (8/5): - Very spacious condo and easy check-in process. The condo was clean and had more than enough space for the three of us. There was even a massage chair! The check-in process was easy and it was only a 7-minute drive from the station - I would recommend getting the address in Japanese though if getting a taxi because it was difficult to translate. The condo itself is close within walking distance to many restaurants and the Brick Warehouses which was great. Only issue was there was no elevator so carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs was a bit of a struggle but nothing too bad. Overall we had a great stay!
