- Diogo (7/5): - Staff is Superb. Very helpful to the guests. First room they gave me on the 11th floor has a moisture or damp smell which made it impossible to be there. A lot of moisture in and not many people using it I believe. Asked to change and they gave me another room on the 11th, which was not perfect, but more acceptable. In busy times the hotel wifi slows down.

- dave (10/5): Mooi hotel met ruime kamers en vriendelijk personeel vlakbij NECC - Ik had zelf verkeerdelijk een kamer geboekt met dubbel bed in plaats van 2 enkele bedden. Dit werd onmiddelijk door de de receptie aangepast, ook was mijn koffer niet aangekomen. De manager heeft de luchthaven gebeld en alles geregeld. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt.

- Varley (8/5): Convenient, Comfortable and Enjoyable - The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the staff were amazing. Being greeted with a warm smile from the Door porter to the fantastic Anthony, who was the Conceirge, who ensured we were happy during our stay, meant so much as we were away from home. We did enjoy the breakfasts and found the location ideal while needing to be at the Intertextile Expo Centre. You are at the centre of everything with easy access by walk or taxi to the local metro rail. Great stay for our week period. The Hotel, couldn't provide meals for lunch and dinner, one had to go to their Sister Company to enjoy a meal. For time and convenance having it at one location, would be more efficient and effective. The Breakfast meals, in terms of service was excellent, clean and tidy, however offering a more variety such as having breakfast eggs, available in other forms like scrambled or omelette could go a long way and providing proper English Tea, would be a great addition.

- Toshimi (8/5): 最高じゃないけど文句無し - 虹橋空港から近い 展示会場まで徒歩圏内 市街地までは地下鉄で40分程度 部屋が広い（景色はイマイチ） 近くにスタバがあった 朝食は種類が多く会場も広かった アメニティ、ペットボトル、ドリンク（コーヒー、お茶）は部屋に用意されていた スリッパ、金庫あり、ガウン、タオル、ヘアドライヤー使えた USBx1 コンセント 多数 3泊のうち1日はアメニティ忘れられていた 同僚はペットボトルが追加されていなかった （でも言えばすぐ用意してくれるので問題ない）

It’s good for short terms and long term stays. Breakfast have variety, I was following fruitarian diet, so not able to test their food. WC’s without shattaf was annoying

- Kim (10/5): Great Hotel with super service - We had a great stay at the hotel, service in the hotel is great. The hotel is very close to the Congress Center. If you are not there for a congress; it is for from everything. 1 min away you will find a small walking street with 10-15 restaurants
