• Kelly (3/5): Poor - The place was great except for the person running the evening shift On the last night I was there, there was a young Dominican boy running the front desk, he wouldn't give me his name He wanted me to park my car on the street were I could have robbed, so his friends with big transport trucks filled the security parking lot. I had just finished working for the day and didn't want to move all my work gear 3 floors up I asked for a more secure place to park , he was very rude called me a stupid gringo, I asking him to call the police, which he would do, and after over an hour he finally helped me If you are a white traveler, don't go there unless they say he has been fired Everything else there was great Excellent Italian restaurant in front

No breakfast as stated on the site. It met our most minimal standards. Personally I would stay again, but would not bring my team. TVs and air did not work in some rooms.

• Manfred (3/5): A place with lota of potential, but such bad hygiene - About the property I can only highlight the location, as it is located in a very nice area near Malecon. Climatization was working properly and water heater too. We had no issues with that. The house was not ready to be rented. It was disorganized and DIRTY. It seems to me they were not expecting us. We had to notify the concierge that the refrigerator was smelly, dirty and moldy. The kitchen was so dirty we didn’t feel like cooking, though we had to. The walls were dirty, the floor was so dirty that one could not walk barefoot. The entrance was decorated with chicken poop all over. Me and my family were truly expecting a comfy and clean place to spend the night, we don’t mind luxury, not our priority. For the price we were confident we’ll be at least in an “ok” place, but instead we were not comfortable and we don’t think we’ll ever be back.
• Joris (8/5): Very good - The room was big and the bathroom oke. The air-conditioning worked really well. It was all very basic. We got what we paid for. Outside there is a Mexican foodstand in the evening. The bathroom was not so clean and there was not really a window in the room.

Would have been nice if the room would have had a window. A bit dirty in the corners along with the walls. They could have been wiped down.

• Joanna (5/5): Passable - The room were clean and the hotel has good location as it is super close to restaurants, mall and 10 min walk to the beach. In front of the hotel after 7pm you can find a taco stand. Next to the hotel is amazing Odisea restaurant which has good prices and amazing food. Even though there are signs in multiple languages about the night time hours, I felt like no one cared. Drunk people in the middle of the night were making just whatever they wanted. Plus, the ladies in the reception dont know how to use terminal, in the meaning that I tried to pay twice for the hotel with different personel and then I had to take out cash from ATM to finalize it. Prepare your google translator to communicate there.
