• Isabella (8/5): - The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, as was the kitchen which was very well equipped and spacious. We were able to leave our bags in the luggage area, which was locked, after checkout while waiting for our train. t was nice to stay so close to both the train station and metro, and the city center was within walking distance, but the public transport was pretty easy to navigate. I overall had a really nice stay and would stay here again! The check in wasn't very simple and both I and others staying there struggled with the different codes to different rooms as they weren't very easy to find in the booking. When I'd learned the system it was quite easy though. The doors on the beds were also very noisy when opening and closing, which doesn't bother everyone, but can make getting in and out in the early morning and late at night awkward.

• Marie-Maude (9/5): Espace de stockage des effets personnels avant de check in - C'était très propre, bien organisé et très bien situé (près d'une gare et assez près du centre) La seule chose qui ne nous a pas plu est le système pour mettre les sacs avant le check in quand on arrive. L'établissement offre de déposer nos affaires dans un espace barré si on arrive avant l'heure du check in. Par contre cet espace ne dispose pas de casiers individuels et toute personne qui a le code d'entrée à l'établissement peut également accéder à cet espace. Par ailleurs, comme il n'y a pas toujours de surveillance, des non-client-es peuvent entrer facilement.
• Olha (9/5): Рядом Головний вокзал і Бельведер - Найкраще розташування біля Головного вокзалу Відня. Дуже зручно відправлятися в аеропорт. Кімнати з сучасним ремонтом, охайно та чисто. Постільна білизна білосніжна, постіль зручна. На дверцях є електроний замок (я не з першого разу відкрила, бо треба було ввесь 9 цифр, а не 4🤣). На кухні є все необхідне. В кімнаті немає шафок для чемоданів чи рюкзаків. Краще було б щоб вони були.

• Achraf (6/5): Hostel moins sécurisé. - -La propreté . -L'emplacement . -Le prix. J'ai laissé ma nourriture dans le réfrégirateur. Le lendemain matin, j'ai trouvé le plastique ayant toutes mes informations écrites sur sa surface a été déchiré et la majorité de ma nourriture a été volé par quelqu'un . J'ai contacté le responsable de l'établissement sur ce vol et je lui ai demandé de voir la caméra de surveillance sur celui qui m'a volé la nourriture , il m'a répondu que l'établissement n'est pas responsable de la nourriture déposée au réfrégirateur. De l'autre côté, avant de réserver avec cet établissement , je lai interrogé s'il dispose d'une consigne bagage sécurisée avant le check-in et après le check-out. Il m'ont dit que l'établissement en dispose. Mais, lorsque je me suis arrivé à l'établissement, j'ai constaté que le lieu de la consigne n'a pas de serrure ni manuelle ni numérique sachant que quiconque peut entrer facilement au lieu de la consigne et voler tous ce qu'il veut parce que les portes de l'hostel souvre avec un code de 4 chiffres et que ces 4 chiffres peuvent être donnés et utilisés par un étranger de l'extérieur de l'hostel. Toute la journée apres check-out j'ai été peur de revenir à l'hotel et de trouver que mes affaires ont été volé.
• 元元 (4/5): 住宿地點很好，單身女性非常不建議，疏失晚上會有流浪漢闖進來！！ - 地點位置算很好，價格親民，蠻乾淨的打掃衛生很迅速。 管理方面完全有疏失！！人員上班時間太短暫，而且因為大廳區是透明的，外面流浪漢會直接跟在人後面跑進！！晚上女廁甚至有男生流浪漢直接坐在裡面佔用位子！！超級誇張！！我覺得單身女生獨自來這裡是有一點危險的！而且我女生獨自來住兩個晚上，已經看到警察進來，而且有人東西被偷，流浪漢還會直接翻冰箱裡的東西來吃！這間根本流浪漢天堂，我傻眼！！！！而且這裡的流浪漢最扯的是還會開門叫你讓他進去（我們都裝看不到）但他會狂敲大廳的門很可怕！！當時在大廳的人都傻眼，出入比較複雜，常常有酒醉的人，但流浪漢比較可怕！！！如果下次來不會住這間！（除非你跟一群壯漢來）

The code system was like shit. it just stop working after check out and I had to kept my luggage for few hours and the staff was not cooperating at all when I asked her open the door for getting my luggage. Even I asked the staff to open the door for using the washroom for a while, and she did not even reply to my question. That was little disrespecting and awful. At last, I had to ask the other hosteller who helped me

• Glaucimara (8/5): Ótimo para curtas estadias - Excelente opção próxima à Hauptbahnhof de Viena. Prático para quem não gosta ou precisa de atendimento presencial, já que todo o atendimento é feito de forma digital e remotamente. Banheiros muito limpos e novos. O quarto que eu fiquei (quatro pessoas, cama/cabine em estilo cápsula) atende bem quem precisa de uma acomodação curta, apenas para dormir de um dia para o outro. O acesso à cama é feito com senha e isso traz bastante segurança. Meu quarto (quatro pessoas, cama/cabine em estilo cápsula) era muito pequeno. Quase não há espaço para abrir uma mala ou mesmo acomodá-la, sem atrapalhar o resto das pessoas hóspedes.

Emre (7/5): Good location to travel from, weak feeling of security. - It was a good working system. it is located very close to the train center, so if you are there to travel somewhere else, then it is a perfect place to stay. Slightly good value for money. your codes are not working after the checkout time. So if you leave your bags inside the cafeteria, you have to ask someone inside to get you in, which actually triggers the security concerns of people. The location was average for touristic purposes; there is no descent place to eat or drink unless you walk 10-15 minutes. Every door you open there is done with 4 number code. If someone sees your code, and follows which room you are in, they can enter your room. I asked the place to change my password, but they didn’t respond.

• 哇哈哈 (9/5): 在維也納中央車站斜對面 交通方便 設施不錯 - 1)櫃檯人員服務優質。 2)Lobby明亮，開放式廚房也很棒。 3)公共衛浴多，對旅客來說很友善，整體硬體設施不錯。 4)交通超級方便，就在維也納中央車站斜對面，過一個大馬路就到囉！ 1)雖然店家很用心，已經全面採用密碼鎖，但還是有類似homeless，也可能是沒有工作的人(看起來都算年輕)，晚上會偷跑進來大廳睡覺。雖然不會造成住宿安全問題，但也是有點令人困擾。感覺夜晚值班人員，真的好辛苦，一直努力趕走他們。我懷疑自己冰在冰箱的食物，是被他們偷走的。 2)膠囊房要從裡頭出來外面時，門縫邊上有凸出一塊鐵條，所以伸腳出來時，碰到那塊鐵條，出來卡卡的且不舒服。如果門縫上的邊能全部平坦，會更好。
• Marco (6/5): - Unkompliziertes Einchecken Sauberkeit war nicht so super. Am Bettlaken waren Haare die nicht von uns waren, daher wurde das eher nicht gewechselt. Am WC lag Klopapier am Boden herum. Die Duschen waren auch nicht so sauber.

• Mryna T (7/5): Great location for this price - Excellent location, close to the railway station, close to the beautiful palace Belvedere, close to the metro, the supermarket is just next door, 25 minutes walking to the city centre. The room was without air conditioning, the door locked noisy, mattress and pillow were not comfortable.

• Robin (7/5): - Attention: This is a self-check-in hostel, so there is no staff; however, the price to service ratio is reasonable. I was on the first floor, next to you. Outside, there is always noise, as well as some crazy homeless people trying to get to common areas where they need your entertainment code to open, which caused me a headache.

• Daniela (2/5): gute Lage, aber es ist niemand wirklich präsent, der bei Problemen hilft - viel Glück beim CheckIn! - Die Bahnhofsnähe ist super, wenn man am Morgen früh mit der Bahn losfahren will. 1. Kein Personal - Kein Personal - Kein Personal: alles läuft nur digital. Nicht nur ich brauchte von einer anderen Person Hilfe beim Einchecken, auch andere kamen nicht zurecht. Es gilt zu beachten, dass man 3 verschiedene Nummern bekommt: die Zimmernummer, den Zugangscode (vierstellig) und einen langen Code zum öffnen der Tür des Bettes. Hat man Probleme ist tatsächlich niemand da, der hilft. 2. Es ist eine Nummer angegeben, wie man die Reception erreicht, aber als ich das für einen Gast tat, der fragte, ob er das Gepäck deponieren könne und ob der Code am Nachmittag wirklich noch funktioniere, bekam ich zwar Antwort und das Versprechen, dass die Reception sowieso um 8.30 öffnet. Aber um 9 war noch niemand da. Und die Tür zum Gepäckraum liess sich gar nicht abschliessen. 3. keine Ablageflächen und Schliessfächer im Zimmer 4. um zur Toilette zu kommen, musste man den Code wissen. Wehe, das hätte nicht funktioniert, dann wäre ich im Pijama in der Eingangshalle gestanden - für wer weiss wie lange. 5. lärmig, vor dem Fenster unterhielten sich ständig Leute - es scheint nicht die beste Strasse zu sein - wie das Niveau der Ausdrücke vermuten liess. 6. weil es laut war musste man das Fenster schliessen, ausserdem hätte bei offenem Fenster jeder ins Zimmer einstiegen können. Durch das geschlossene Fenster war es sehr stickig und viel zu warm. Der plastifizierte Überzug liess einen zusätzlich schwitzen. 7. Kein Fixleintuch sondern ein schrumpliges Leintuch, das sich kaum ohne Falten aufspannen lies, weil man einfach keinen Platz hat 8. Die Leiter ist so unglücklich in das Eck platziert für die oberen Betten , dass man zuwenig Platz hat und auch keine Möglichkeit hat sich irgendwo festzuhalten (nein, ich bin nicht übergewichtig und nicht unbeweglich) 9. es sorgt niemand für Ordnung am Morgen war der Tisch mit Bierdosen überfrachtet 10. im Zimmer 1 hört man die ganze Nacht, wie die Leute den 4stelligen Code eingeben und der lange Bestätigungston, dass die Tür offen ist

Encontrar vellos de dudosa procedencia en la cama, el ruido tanto de los inquilinos como el de la gente de la calle (es bueno que regalen tapones para los oídos, no me parecen cómodos pero me salvaron el sueño esos días), que el número de emergencia no tuviera alguien que hable español, la falta de alguien en recepción que pueda ayudar (es entendible por la mecánica online) pero un poco de calor humano no viene mal a la hora de ser atendido y por último que la cerradura del locker no funcionara dejando a merced de cualquiera el equipaje de todos ..

• Quentin (5/5): Do not step in - Only the location is good about this hostel Felt unsafe, seems like it was full of junkies and homeless people. Room didn't have lockers but bed capsules that can be locked, very unconvenient.
• Fadime (8/5): - Good location, near the Vienna main train station. The bed was very big and you can use it as a locker too because the beds have lock on them and it feels safe. Showers and toilets were clean. Everything was generally good, but I have one issue. Two days before checking in, I requested a lower bunk due to being plus-sized, and they said thats not a problem. But when I arrived, I was given an upper bunk anyway. I emailed about this to get it fixed, but they didnt give me a response.

• Benjamin (5/5): It was okay for the price, but could be improved - I thought the bathrooms were good and clean, and I liked the code access to the room/bed. The area is good too and kitchen area was fine. A towel was also provided which is nice. There were no lockers for possessions that I could find in the room, the bed locks with a code however mine was a top bunk with a completely open top - so totally unsecured and I didn't feel safe leaving possessions in there. The bed is also unmade when you arrive which doesn't feel super hygienic. The rooms/bed was also insanely warm at night, with no ac to cool the room down - this wasn't even in summer. My bed also creaked with the slightest movement.

• Hakan (6/5): Practical for Transport, but Comfort and Cleanliness Below Expectations - The location is quite convenient as it is very close to the train and bus stations, making transportation easy. Although it’s not right in the heart of the city, most places are reachable with a short walk. Additionally, the number of bathrooms and toilets was sufficient, which made the facilities comfortable to use. The cleanliness was below my expectations; the rooms were very dusty. The sleeping cabins were more uncomfortable than I anticipated. The biggest downside was having to put on the bed linens yourself; doing this inside such a cramped cabin space is quite difficult. If you plan to check in late, keep in mind that this adds an extra layer of struggle to your stay.

• Pepe (7/5): Ihan ok - Paikka oli siisti ja yhteistilassa oli mukava istua ja viettää aikaa. Sänky oli ihan hyvä, ja nukkumiseen varattu tila oli juuri riittävä. Sijainti todella hyvä, päärautatieasema parin minuutin matkan päässä ja turistialueillekin kävelee parissa kymmenessä minuutissa. Huoneen äänieristys oli vähän heikko. Kun ulkona joku metelöi, se kuului aika selvästi huoneeseen. Huone oli myös aika kuuma, mikä teki nukkumisesta vähän haastavaa.

• Kirsty (7/5): Comfy bed very close to main train station for early shuttle airport bus. - I liked how close it was to the main train station for me to catch the 3am shuttle bus to airport. It has a small supermarket shop next door which was great as I stupidly left my shower gel at my previous hostel in Bratislava! Was so grateful there was a shop close by. I liked the idea the beds have doors to close on each bed to give you some privacy. I like that there is a light & a socket next to the bed this is always handy! And i got the top bunk as I requested so was grateful for that. There is 4 showers on tv ground level & they were clean, there is also a male & female toilet which were also clean. I didn’t use the common area at all so I can’t comment on that. I would stay again but ideally if there was a female only option. Everyone I met was friendly & welcoming. The codes were very confusing & as someone in a new place for the first time it was overwhelming. You are sent a code to use if you arrive prior to 3pm check in to use the shared facilities which is great, however once you check in online you are sent another 9 digit code that you need to log into the main door, room door & bed/locker door to activate it before you can then use the 4 digit I code which is completely different to the 9 digit & nothing like the first code so that’s 3 different codes you receive. There must be a simpler way to do that. Luckily when I arrived there was a staff member on site to help me do it but if not I would’ve been a bit flustered trying to figure that out myself late at night. I had to help a foreign man who arrived late evening & didn’t understand how to get inside either. The doors to the beds are very heavy & noisy, I had to leave at 2.30am for a flight & I felt terrible having to open & close it as I didnt want to wake anyone at that time. The beds are also extremely hot inside it felt like I was in an oven so I didn’t sleep great, maybe a small fan attached to the wall would be a great additional, I had to sleep with my door open which defeated the point of me booking one with a door to give me some privacy/comfort. I was the only female in this 4 bed room with 3 men & that was my first time in a mixed as I always book female only so I was anxious. Please consider making at least one of the rooms a female only dorm, this is the first place I’ve stayed that doesn’t have that option.

Cocina equipada, todo muy limpio No hay gente en recepción la mayoria del tiempo, mucha gente con problemas para realizar el check in y nadie que las ayude. Cama en cabina que se cierra con clave, al no haber lockers duermes con tus cosas dentro de la cama. No hay aire acondicionado o ventilador por lo que pasé calor
