• Teresa (6/5): Mitigés... - Propreté et personnel très gentil et serviable Les lits doubles n'étaient pas prêts à notre arrivée, l'enregistrement en ligne très long, le pommeau de douche n'est pas réglable donc il faut le tenir à la main, les lits ne sont pas très grands et pas de chauffage dans la chambre (le matin il aurait été apprécié). Trop cher pour tout ça...

Wer nicht Experte aug seinem Handy ist, hat keine Chance, Zutritt zum Hotel zu erhalten. Die telefonische Hotline war sehr verwirrend, hat Informationen auf eine falsche Handnummer verschickt und sprach äusserst schlechtes Englisch. Immerhin waren dir Räumlichkeiten soweit in Ordnung, dass ein Übernachten problemlos war, natürlich ohne Angebot für ein Frühstück

• PETRINA75 (10/5): Fantastico - Monolocale bello, arredi nuovi e funzionali, tutto pulito. Non abbiamo trovato una moka da caffè ma la signora ce ne ha procurato subito una. Vicino ai vari negozi e supermercati vari. Ottima posizione per fare il giro intorno al Lago Maggiore. Nel cortile ci sono anche distributori per caffè e snack. Consigliatissimo!!! La nostra camera non aveva la tenda parasole sulla terrazza, ma probabilmente era in riparazione, perché era l’unica.

Pas de reception, uniquement via WhatsApp. Obligation d'effectuer le check-un en ligne le jour de l'arrivée, sur la route... peu d'équipements (difficile de cuisiner avec une unique poêle de 10cm...). Mal configuré, l'appartement n'a pas été pensé pour y séjourner (chaises dangeureuses notamment).

Lorsque je suis arrivée, il n'y a plus d'hôtesse d'accueil à cet hôtel Tout ce fait par l'application WhatsApp pas du tout confidentiel. J'ai perdu une heure pour régler toutes les demandes (carte d'identité, payer la taxe de séjour) tout en anglais ou italien pour recevoir le numéro et le code confidentiel pour entrer dans la chambre. L'hôtel est pour des clients de passage comme moi et maintenant de la location sur du long terme.

• Hana (8/5): Mein Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber der Check-in war wegen organisatorischer Probleme und der Gebühr von 6 € - Die Unterkunft war gut, genau wie beschrieben, alles war sauber. Wir konnten erst hinein, nachdem ich die Gebühr bezahlt hatte. Mein Internet war sehr schlecht, sodass ich Probleme hatte, online zu zahlen. Barzahlung war nicht möglich, obwohl ich mehrmals danach gefragt habe, und wir mussten wegen nur 6 € etwa eine Stunde draußen warten, was sehr ärgerlich war. Als ich den Code bekam, funktionierte er nicht, sodass wir erneut warten mussten. Die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich, sprach aber weder Deutsch noch Englisch. Sie ließ uns schließlich hinein, und auf der Gästeliste waren wir nicht einmal verzeichnet.

Personne à la réception, aucune information devant l’entrée de l’hôtel concernant la procédure. Il a fallu appeler plusieurs fois. Les autres clients arrivé après nous étaient dans la même situation à attendre sans savoir quoi faire. Pour quelqu’un qui maîtrise pas internet comme pour les personnes âgées,c’est mission impossible. Froid dans la chambre sans possibilité de régler la température.

• Paul (10/5): - Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent, good size, clean and well appointed. Huge supermarket (Bennet) is a five minute walk to the east. Also Decathlon sports store next door to the west. Very nice air conditioning in hot weather during my stay. The room had a lingering smell of cigarettes from a previous occupant. The kitchen area in the room had fridge, sink, hob and microwave, but no plates or cutlery! I used the plate from the microwave. Improvise. Adapt. Overcome. :)

• Lenka (8/5): Prostorný apartmán s kuchyňkou, balkónem a možností parkování zdarma. - Ubytování bylo velmi prostorné, ocenili jsme i balkón. Výhodou bylo parkování zdarma před ubytováním. Kuchyňka byla sice skromně vybavená, ale nechyběla malá lednice a možnost uvařit si čaj nebo kávu. Součástí vybavení pokoje (č. 227) byla malá varná deska, rychlovarná konvice a mikrovlnka. Obsluha recepce uměla anglicky. Ručníky smrděly po přepáleném oleji (jakoby je skladovali v kuchyni) a na pohovce byly chlupy od nějakého domácího mazlíčka.

Quando vengono occupati per lunghi periodi da diverse etnie, necessitano di un'attenta pulizia e blocco dell'appartamento per almeno 1 giorno altrimenti chi entra non riesce a respirare!

• Giovanni (3/5): Da incubo - Gli appartamenti sono comodi, luminosi, con la sufficiente attrezzatura per la cucina, buona la pulizia e comodo parcheggio. L 'organizzazione è pessima . Arrivati in struttura, troviamo il nostro appartamento occupato da altri viaggiatori appena arrivati. Dopo un paio di chiamate e circa 30 minuti di attesa ci trovano un altro appartamento, diverso dalla mia richiesta. Glielo faccio presente e dopo altri 20 minuti mi trovano un altro appartamento. Anche questo non rispecchiava la mia richiesta, ma ce lo siamo fatti andar bene. Dopo due giorni di soggiorno al rientro in tarda sera, il tornello non si apre, perché erano stati cambiati i codici senza preavviso. Dopo 4 chiamate e circa 20 minuti di attesa ci hanno fornito i nuovi codici per entrare in appartamento. È stata un' esperienza brutta.
