Dostalam informację że nie mogą pobrać środków z mojego konta mimo iż wcześniej zastał pobrany depozyt i opłata serwisowa ( łącznie 80€) z tego samego konta.Po dwóch zdaniach kontakt z właścicielem się urwał, zero odzewu po wielu telefonach Dzwoniły rowniez panie z obsługi z bookingu i dalej nic. Zostaliśmy na ulicy bez noclegu w obcym państwie. Po wielu próbach udało się skonstatować, właściciel miał zapewnić nam alternatywna opcję zapłaty.Około północy właściwą anulował rezerwację.
• Asli (1/5): - Das Zimmer war extrem heiss. Obwohl die Heizungen ausgeschaltet waren, haben sie weiterhin Wärme abgegeben. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage hat leider nichts gebracht, da sie kaum beziehungsweise keine Luft geblasen hat. Auch die Sauberkeit war sehr enttäuschend. In den Betten befanden sich fremde Haare und das Badezimmer war sehr unhygienisch. Zusätzlich gab es sehr viele Käfer im Zimmer und im Bad. Der Aufenthalt war dadurch leider sehr unangenehm.

Es war so dreckig, dass man sich dort nicht wohlfühlen konnte. Außerdem habe ich mich dort nicht sicher gefühlt, da man von innen nicht zusätzlich abschließen konnte.

A experiência foi um desastre total e estragou nossa viagem. Foi horrível. Foi uma luta enorme só para conseguir entrar no quarto. O lugar tinha um cheiro forte e insuportável de cigarro. A estrutura era inexistente: o banheiro não funcionava, não tinha papel higiênico, sabonete, nem toalhas (tive que me secar com minhas próprias roupas). Solicitei assistência e fui totalmente ignorado. As fotos do anúncio são mentirosas, claramente feitas por IA para enganar o cliente. Para piorar, era nossa lua de mel e tivemos que abandonar o local mais cedo e ir para a estação de Viena antes do previsto porque era impossível ficar lá. Já é o segundo hotel desse roteiro que nos força a sair antes por falta de condições. Um absurdo completo pelo valor pago

Sin respuesta. Finalmente, después de esperar en la calle, lloviendo. Y para rematar, sin papel WC ni toallas. Sin posibilidad de comprar. Y cuando lo digo, me dicen que es un servicio extra!!!! Einfach unfreundlich und unverschämt diese Unterkunft Küchenschranktür fällt dir auf die Füsse beim öffnen, keine Tassen, Teller, Besteck, etc. im Raum, soll extra gebucht werden….. Die Situation dort ist eine Katastrophe und Zumutung für die Gäste. 2 weitere Gäste hatten die gleichen Probleme

• Vybíralová (6/5): Overall it was enough for 2 days, but I would choose something else next time - it was not as bad as we expected, the room was cleaned, the location was close to the main train station communication was not the best, we booked 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed, I was favored with a room that had 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed and they could not offer me the option I wanted…. communication was via WhatsApp which at first was not credible for me to enter my bank details and my personal details somewhere. There were no dishes or glasses or towels and if you wanted them you would have to pay extra for them, which makes no sense to me

We never even entered the apartment because, instead of the owner, an AI was responding, and we were left standing on the street in front of a building that is still under construction. We had to find alternative accommodation, and a few days before arrival the full amount was charged to our account, plus an additional €50 for potential damages. Our entire family was waiting on the street, and no one showed up. Two other families were also waiting outside and eventually gave up on the accommodation as well. Communication was completely unreliable and misleading. There was no real contact person, no clear instructions, and no way to resolve the situation on the spot. This caused unnecessary stress, especially as we were traveling with family. It was very stressful, disappointing, and frustrating. This kind of experience should not happen on a booking platform, and it raises serious concerns about verification and guest safety. We strongly advise others to avoid this listing and double-check the legitimacy of the host before making any payment. We request a full refund of the money that was charged. What we didn’t like was that the accommodation did not exist in a usable condition and the host was unreachable. Communication was handled by an automated system instead of a real person, and no one showed up to meet us. The building was still under construction, and we were left waiting on the street with our family. Despite this, the full amount was charged in advance, along with an additional fee. The situation was very stressful, disorganized, and misleading, and we had to urgently find alternative accommodation.The AI bot even requested an additional payment, which further confirmed that the situation was unreliable and potentially fraudulent.

Auf Nachfragen keine Antwort bekommen. Check-in sollten wir am Anreise Tag per WhatsApp kommunizieren. Keinerlei Antwort bekommen wie es abläuft. Stand also mit 3 Kindern in Wien ohne richtige Auskunft, wie es weiter geht. Kaugummi klebt am Boden. Glasscheiben zerstört, Vorhänge rausgerissen, Duschkopf kann nicht aufgehängt werden. Kopfkissen 2,99€ Kissen von Ikea deren Innenleben verknäult ist. Schränke kaputt, allgemein Zustand dreckig, schmuddelig ungepflegt und dank des Gestanks eklig!

We bought our own cleaning supplies to clean the property, BEWARE you will have to pay for anything extra Toilet paper, pots pans, cutlery etc. We hired a TV for the flat, THEY ARE NOT SMART TVS AND THERE ARE NO ANTENNAS IN THE FLAT TO USE, A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. WIFI DID NOT WORK 3/5 DAYS WE WERE THERE, WE COMPLAINED 3 TIMES.

Zum Glück schrieb ich dem Hotel, dass ich nicht vor Mitternacht einchecken könne und bat darum, das Zimmer für mich freizuhalten. Ich würde am nächsten Tag einchecken und dadurch einen Tag verlieren, okay. Doch bei meiner Ankunft teilten sie mir mit, dass sie bereits jemand anderen eingecheckt hatten!

Außerdem war das Zimmer bei der Ankunft sauber und die Kaution wurde nach dem Check-out schnell und problemlos zurückerstattet. Das Zimmer war für fünf Personen viel zu klein und sehr eng geschnitten, fast wie ein Flur. Es gab insgesamt sechs Betten, aber viel zu wenig Platz. Die Ausstattung war unzureichend: Nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier bei Ankunft, kein Nachschub, und keinerlei Seife, Duschgel oder Shampoo vorhanden. Handtücher zum Duschen gab es ebenfalls nicht, nur zwei kleine Handtücher. Müllsäcke wurden auch nicht ausreichend bereitgestellt. Außerdem hat der Check-in nicht funktioniert wie angekündigt – trotz Online-Check-in haben wir die Zugangsdaten erst nach eigener Nachfrage per WhatsApp erhalten und mussten etwa 30–45 Minuten warten. Vor Ort war zudem keine Rezeption besetzt.

• Gratz (5/5): Nur für Anspruchslose - Die Lage sehr gut. Die Probleme fingen schon bei der Buchung an. Trotz voll funktionsfähiger Kreditkarte konnte das Hotel angeblich nicht abbuchen. Hab daraufhin direkt überwiesen. An nächsten Tag wurde der Betrag aber nochmal abgebucht. Wieso? Auf mehrmaliges Urgieren bis heute keine Reaktion und kein Geld retour. Self checkin hat auch über 2 Stunden gedauert. Personal hab ich die ganze Zeit keines gesehen. War in einer Notlage und auf das Zimmer angewiesen.

• Felicia Zhi Xuan (2/5): - Owner was quite responsive. its close to the hauptbahnhof the pictures were different from those of booking.com. We booked the biggest room, there was no living area with sofa, kitchen was much smaller compared to the pictures. The toilet has nothing, no shower curtain or bath mat for the feet. The bed was not comfortable, and the whole building is filled with weird people, we all didnt feel safe to stay there.

• Volkan (1/5): Grauenhaft und am ende wurde mir 50€ mehr abgebucht vom konto für eine kaution die ich nicht verstanden habe den es gibt - Nichts die küche war alt und demoliert, der boden war aufgekratzt, als ich hinter der küche nachschaute nur gott weis was da ist, alles verschimmelt also wirklich für das geld kann man sich ein hotel nehmen und dort gemütlicher leben, ständig sind dort menschen im gebäude wer weis was die alle dort machen

• Krishna Ratnala (1/5): Location is good but apartment is worst. - The Location was very good and easy accessible to everything. Inside furniture is broken and no doors have a lock including toilet & Bathroom. When online checking there was option to book cooking utensils for a charge and so booked it but after going to the apartment they said they do not have that facility. If the facility is not there why did they give the option while online checking which was rude and no response when asked about it. Just to keep in mind that they do not give anything apart from four walls with beds, dining table with 2 chairs and broken stools and cooking hob. Apart from that there is nothing available.

• Zhuldyz-Ay (1/5): Это были ужасные апартаменты, я не рекомендую бронировать его. - это ужасно грязная и вонючая квартира! К сожалению, наш опыт проживания был крайне негативным. Квартира не была подготовлена к нашему приезду. По прибытии отсутствовали полотенца и туалетная бумага. Я сразу написала хозяину с просьбой предоставить их, но сообщение было проигнорировано. Квартира находилась в очень грязном состоянии: полы и двери были грязные, раковина была забита, трубы издавали громкие звуки всю ночь, чувствовался неприятный запах из канализации. Ванная комната и туалет также были грязными. Постельное бельё выглядело несвежим, подушки и одеяла были очень тонкими и неудобными. В квартире отсутствовали заявленные удобства: не было микроволновой печи и шкафа. Кухня и общее состояние квартиры совершенно не соответствовали фотографиям на сайте. Также до заселения, с нас взяли лишние дополнительную оплату в размере 50 евро, объяснив это сбором, хотя при бронировании было указано, что все сборы уже включены в стоимость. Я сейчас пытаюсь из объяснить, чтобы они вернули стоимость излишней оплаты, потому что не было предупреждения что будет лишняя оплата за депозит и за сборы. Мы прибыли поздно вечером около 23:00, но из-за условий проживания были вынуждены покинуть квартиру уже утром 07.30. Я никому не рекомендую бронировать эту квартиру.

• Walter (3/5): Enttäuschende Unterkunft + eine mangelhafte bzw. nicht zielführende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. - Abgewohnte Möbeln, halbherzig gepflegt und wirklich schlecht geputzt. Am ärgerlichsten war aber, dass gar nichts von den bestellten Sachen - Töpfe, Geschirr, Gläser, Toilettenpapier - zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Eine Urgenz via "WhatsApp" und Email blieb erfolglos. Es wurde lapidar mitgeteilt, dass diese Gegenstände nicht angeboten werden, obwohl man sie über den Link - recht teuer - bestellten konnte. Musste mir daher für fünf Tage Aufenthalt zuerst einmal Gläser, Teller, Töpfe und Besteck kaufen. Das ist eigentlich für einen Kurztrip in eine andere Stadt unzumutbar.

• Sergio (1/5): Nightmare. I still can not belive this is available to be an option to sleep in Vienna - Nothing, we left. We did not stay in such a disastrous place, I was taking my parents to a short trip to Vienna and I faced the nightmare to find another place to stay the night with them becuase the garage was under construction and I could barely see the parking place, there was no way to go from the parking up so we had to escape from the garage door and go inside from the main door after we pulled some kind of red rope not even a proper mechanism. Once, trying to go inside from the main door with some code, a family passing by (my angels) told me it was not the right one because they also faced the same problem. I managed to get inside the "flat" area, and once I opened the door, what did I see? cigarette smell, poorly prepared beds with not even the linens matching the size of the mattresses, not very well-lit room, disorder, uncleanliness, and a long etc. I don't know really how to describe my experience in any other way. I hope Booking can manage to intercede so that at least I can get the relief; they will never be able to rent anything. I know I already lost my money. • Maciej (3/5): - Price is the only positive thing about this hotel, but there is a reason why it's the cheapest in Vienna The most basic "living" conditions you can imagine plus cockroaches running in the bathroom. Dirty and old. Zero utilities or cutlery, you have to pay additionally for every little thing and the hotel has no staff at all, you won't see a single person working there.

• Adam (1/5): Very bad experience - Nothing. My stay at this apartment was unfortunately a very poor experience overall. First, the communication and handling by the staff were extremely unprofessional. We were given the wrong building password multiple times, which left us stranded outside for a long time after arrival. This was very frustrating, especially after traveling. When we finally managed to enter and check in, we were initially given a room that was not prepared at all—the bed was in an unacceptable condition and clearly not ready for use, making it impossible for us to stay in it. This caused us to waste nearly an hour resolving the issue before being moved to another unit. Additionally, the pillows were of very poor quality, making it difficult to sleep and causing neck pain throughout our 10-day stay. The second room was in very poor condition. Most of the lights were not working—there was only one functioning bulb in the entire place. Basic necessities were missing or broken: there was no mirror in the bathroom, and there was no shower curtain or cover, which caused water to flood the entire bathroom after every use. Additionally, the shower itself had no proper holder or fixture, making it very difficult to use and nearly impossible to shower comfortably. Furthermore, the pricing was not transparent at all. The agreed price on Booking was €424, but we were forced to pay €503 instead. This additional charge was never mentioned on Booking. Despite contacting them to resolve the issue, they refused to process the payment properly, and I was forced to handle it on-site, which wasted even more of my time. Additionally, several amenities that were clearly listed and confirmed on Booking were missing, including a kettle. Despite requesting it from the host, it was never provided, and the response we received was unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained, with many things not working or missing.

Allein in die Wohnung reinzukommen ist ein Glücksspiel: wir warteten zum verabredeten Zeitpunkt stundenlang vor dem Appartment, unter der Telefonnummer und dem Whatsapp Kontakt meldete sich sehr lang niemand, oft ging eine KI Stimme ran, dann wurden wir aufgefordert, eine Kaution von 50 Euro zu zahlen - dies kam einer Erpressung gleich, weil es erstens nicht abgesprochen und zweitens die Übermittlung des Türcodes daran zu hängen schien. Ein anderes Paar wartete schon seit 10h in dem absolut abgerockten Vorraum... Als wir gerade dabei waren, andere Hotels abzulaufen, weil wir nicht in die Wohnung kamen, schickte jemand doch einen Türcode. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr dreckig (Haare in den Betten und im Bad, fleckige Vorhänge, schimmeliger Duschvorhang), kaputt (Waschbecken und Dursche hatten ein Leck, Schranktüren fehlten, Löcher in den Möbeln), hatte zwar eine Küche aber keinerlei Ausstattung (keinen Wasserkocher, kein Geschirr). Es gab kein Klopapier und keine Handtücher, die haben wir aus dem Nachbarhaus geholt, wo dutzende offene Schränke stehen mit den Zimmern zugeordneten Schließfächern. Die Handtücher waren dreckig; unklar, ob sie überhaupt gewaschen waren - da die Schranktürren offen und der Zugang zu diesem Vorraum/Rezeption ebenso offen ist, kann jeder von der Straße dort rein...

• Daniela (1/5): - Nu recomand mai departe🫣. Wir waren mit der gemieteten Wohnung sehr unzufrieden. Die Wohnung war lange nicht gelüftet, und die Türklinke war kaputt. Nachdem wir die Wohnung für eine Veranstaltung verlassen hatten, konnten wir nicht mehr hinein, obwohl wir die Reparatur der Tür sowohl schriftlich als auch telefonisch gemeldet hatten – es hat jedoch niemand reagiert. Dadurch konnten wir die Wohnung während der Mietzeit nicht nutzen. Außerdem waren nicht genügend Betten bzw. Schlafmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
