• AFRODITI (8/5): - The location was excellent, and the room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the table by the window was a good additional working space. There weren't enough covers, which led to being cold the first night since I did not want to use the AC. Wifi code was not provided either.
• ΑΘΑΝΑΣΙΑ (7/5): Ωραία τοποθεσία αλλά με φασαρία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καλαίσθητο αλλά με κάποια τεχνικά θέματα. - Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι καλή, δεδομένου ότι βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο, εντός παλιάς πόλης και μέσα σε όλα τα μαγαζιά/καφέ, καθώς και στο ενετικό λιμάνι. Το δωμάτιο είναι όμορφα ανακαινισμένο και με ωραία διακόσμηση. Επίσης υπήρχε και μηχανή εσπρέσο στο δωμάτιο, το οποίο μας βόλεψε αρκετά για τον πρωινό μας καφέ. Το μπάνιο έχει διαμορφωθεί με τζαμαρία, συνεπώς δεν υπήρχε ιδιωτικότητα καθώς οι ήχοι δεν απομονώνονταν και δεν αισθανόσουν άνετα. Ταυτόχρονα, η πόρτα του μπάνιου ήταν από τζάμι και δεν έκλεινε καλά, αλλά παρέμενε μισάνοιχτη. Επίσης, το εσωτερικό της ντουλάπας δεν έχει συντηρηθεί αλλά έχει απλά βαφτεί, με συνέπεια να φαίνεται το παλιό φθαρμένο ξύλο του εσωτερικού της χώρου. Σε ένα τέτοιο ξενοδοχείο θα έπρεπε να είχε δοθεί προσοχή σε αυτό. Τέλος, η θέση του ξενοδοχείου ήταν καλή, ωστόσο ήταν ακριβώς δίπλα/απέναντι από μπαρ και καφέ, με συνέπεια να υπάρχει φασαρία καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας και της νύχτας.

• Μαίρη (7/5): - Το σημαντικότερο είναι ότι ήταν κέντρο και κοντά στο δημόσιο πάρκινγκ. Γενικά καλή διαμονή και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Καταρχάς δεν είχαμε ενημέρωση από τον ιδιοκτήτη για το πως θα μπούμε στο δωμάτιο. Ενώ είχαμε βάλει περίπου την ώρα άφιξης ,δεν ήταν κάποιος εκεί ούτε είχαμε λάβει κάποιο μήνυμα έστω. Καλέσαμε εμείς για να πάρουμε οδηγίες. Επίσης, είναι σοβαρό θέμα το μπάνιο, καθώς είναι εννιαίο το ντουζ με όλον τον χώρο και έχει ένα τζάμι μόνο που δεν βοηθάει γιατί το νερό τρέχει παντού. Ένα επίσης θέμα ήταν ότι 3 μέρες που μείναμε δεν μπήκε κάποιος στο δωμάτιο έστω για καθαρές πετσέτες και χαρτί που χρειαστήκαμε. Δεν υπάρχει βραστήρας, μόνο μια καφετιέρα η οποία δεν είχε καθαριστεί από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες. Ο ύπνος ήταν έτσι κ έτσι λόγω των μαγαζιών από κάτω και άλλων επισκεπτών καταλύματος που έκαναν φασαρία το βράδυ.

• Μαυράκη (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, καθώς μπορείς να πας παντού στην παλιά πόλη, στο ενετικό λιμάνι στα καφέ και στις ταβέρνες, χωρίς να χρησιμοποιήσεις το αυτοκίνητο σου, αν λάβεις υπόψη πόσο δύσκολο είναι να βρεις θέση πάρκινγκ στα Χανιά. Εμείς βέβαια πήγαμε Νοέμβρη, όπου η παλιά πόλη είχε ελάχιστη κίνηση, λίγους τουρίστες και καθόλου θόρυβο. Δεν ξέρω αν θα επέλεγα καταλυμα στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης το καλοκαίρι.Τα δωμάτια καθαρά σε παραδοσιακό στιλ, εναρμονισμένα με το περιβάλλον του ενετικού λιμανιού.

It would also be helpful to receive up-to-date infor - A very charming room with high ceilings, a comfortable bed, a beautiful view from the window, and a perfect location right in the heart of the old town. The air conditioner worked perfectly, making our stay even more comfortable. The shower lets water run onto the floor, which makes it wet and a bit slippery. The coffee machine and the safe were also not working properly.

Initial Communication poor. Map of location and car park did not come through on booking.com messenger. When asked property to resend - no response. This made it very stressful to enter Hania and not have any idea where to go to park. VERY stressful. Phoned the property and got unclear and then clear advice to go to a place which actually had no parking spots! Eventually found a car park in a large paid car parking building. The rooms are not sound proof. There is a busy/late night bar with loud music just outside the doorstep. Lucky we were so tired at the end of the day that we fell asleep quite easily. Could be a problem for others.

• Kavita (7/5): Perfect location for a two-night stay. - Perfect location, right in the heart of Old Town by the harbour. The room was cute and nicely styled just quite stuffy but we were only there for two nights so wasn't a big deal as we were out for most of the day. Just be mindful taxis can't drop you to the doorstep so you might have to pull heavy luggage around for 5-10 minutes. There was no-one in reception when we arrived and hadn't received any instructions on how to get the key, but we went to the bar next door and someone got the keys for us. So was fine but some instructions would of course have been helpful. Other than that when we did meet the staff, they were lovely.

AC worked well and there was a fridge to keep drinks and food cool, and a daily cup of espresso was complimentary. Bed was really comfy and I loved the pillows. Not really anything negative to say. Of course there was noise from the streets outside (music playing and people enjoying themselves) since the location and there's hardly any soundproofing inside the building, but nothing earplugs couldn't fix. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

She gave us information about how to get there and what to see around. Also everyone there are so lovely. Located in heart of the old town but not so noisy at night. Room is fine and clean. A/C works good. Shower is ok. We had good stay here. Hotel located in the heart of the old town, have to approach by foot so not so good if you have heavy suitcase.
• Pablo (7/5): Good - A/C unit was wonderful and quiet. The room was clean, spacious and pretty. It's well located, right in the busy center and close to the coast and to the bus station. Too noisy at night, our bad for booking something without double checking the surroundings. I personally found the bed to be uncomfortable and ended up sleeping the other way around. There was no blanket in the room and I was cold the first night before I could ask for one.

GPS sent us to a different location. We called and staff rep did not explain that we could not get to hotel by car nor tell us our only option on Sat night was to pay park (Morning staff said “just drive around… 15-20 min you will usually find a spot). Blanket for king bed was twin size. Sheets were small for bed and were a mess in morning The noise from street kept us awake til 4am. Used coffee cup was not replaced. We asked for a map the first day and by the third morning still no map. We asked every day and staff pretended to look then said maybe you should buy one. Lastly seldom was anyone available to answer questions … guests let themselves in and out. We stayed at other boutique hotels in Greece and had none of these problems.

The room was more spacious than we were expecting. Very comfortable bed and space Only downsides were that we weren’t given a key for the safe, so we thought it was broken (which we reported to the staff as we left, it was a big deal for us). And in the bathroom, the draining function of the shower wasn’t ideal - a lot of water covers the bathroom floor. But I think there’s not much that can be done about that - we were given a new bath mat every day so that still worked out okay!

• Ioanna (10/5): Exceptional!!!! - Very nice and cozy boutique hotel literally in the heart of Chania old town! You are 2 steps away from the port!! I couldn’t ask for more! Maria and Aggeliki (that works next to the hotel) was so helpful and super friendly with everything we needed to know!! They made our experience very memorable and I would definitely stay again in the future!! Very comfortable bed and super clean!! .
