Zdzislaw (10/5): - Great location for trips to Amalfi, Sorrento, Positano, Capri, and Pompeii. Very friendly and helpful host. Fresh and delicious breakfasts on the terrace. Rooms cleaned daily. Bed linen and towels changed every other day. Very close to the train station. Highly recommended. Towel hooks and some shelves for cosmetics in the bathroom would be useful.

marjory (8/5): Trés bon séjour - Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, gargantuesque et excellent, avec du fait maison ! Spécial dédicace au Tiramisu réalisé par Pasquale, assez surprenant au petit-déjeuner mais vraiment délicieux. La chambre était au calme, on ne donnait pas coté rue et nous y étions pendant les vacances de Pâques donc pas trop de monde. La Ville de Meta est moins cher que Sorrente et on peut y aller en 15 mins de train pour pas cher ! L'hôtel est proche de la gare et a mi chemin entre le bord de mer (mais pas idéal pour une baignade, plage avec transat payant et sinon pas très propre) et le centre ville. Pasquale a été très prévenant et attentionné. Je recommande ce logement. Comme toute la côte Amalfitaine, il est très compliqué et couteux de se garer. Nous sommes resté garé dans la rue (gratuit entre 12h et 15h et à partir de 21h jusqu'à 8h), sinon , c'est 1.20 € de l'heure. Si c'était à refaire, nous ferions le voyage sans location de voiture, c'est tout fait possible de le faire en train, bus, ferry, depuis Naples.

Małgorzata (10/5): Idealne miejsce jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania całego wybrzeża Amalfii i Capri. - Przemiły wlasciciel i Julia - serdecznie ich pozdrawiam. Zadbali o komfort naszego pobytu. Warunki super, bardzo czysto, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Śniadania serwowane przez właścicieli na tarasie, bardzo smaczne i zdrowe. Codziennie podawany sok ze świeżych pomarańczy z ogrodu właściciela. Lokalizacja świetna jako baza do zwiedzania. Do stacji pociągów okolo 7 minut pieszo od willi. Do Sorrento 2 przystanki a Sorrento to świetna baza wypadowa na całe Amalfii, najlepiej busami Sita oraz promem do Capri. Meta jako miejscowość cudowna z dala od zgiełku turystów idealna na wypoczynek. Od willi okolo 15 minut spacerem piekna plaża. Polecam restauracje Tico Tico - pyszne jedzonko i Golden Bar przy plaży. Do Sorrento można sie przejść tez spacerem okolo 4 km skad można podziwiać piękne wille i wybrzeże - widoki cudowne. Podsumowując miejscowość Meta i willa Sorrento Coast Relais, właściciel - super 👌👍Z chęcią wrócę do tego miejsca i bede polecać każdemu. Juliet (9/5): Had the best time in Meta. Hotel was very comfortable and as there are only 6 rooms, the service is very good. Nothing w - Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Great facilities including a fridge in the room and air con included. The owner, Pasquale, was lovely and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. Good breakfast included. Good location for the train to Sorrento and around 10 mins to the beach.

Louis-Marie (10/5): Génial - La chambre familiale etait très spacieuse, propreté impeccable. Le petit dejeuner est tres bon et copieux. Le personnel est serviable. L’hotel est idealement situé : le train pour Sorrento ou Naples est a 8min a pieds. Et la mer est également à proximité.

Lajko (7/5): Sehr gutes Frühstück, teueres Parken. - Das Frühstück war sehr lecker – nur für uns zubereitet, trotzdem vielfältig und regional. Der Unterkunftsgeber stand uns auch für Fragen zur Verfügung. Sogar ein späterer Check-in war möglich. In der Buchungsbestätigung stand, dass Parkplätze gegen Aufpreis (15 Euro pro Tag) gebucht werden können. Als es so weit war, hieß es jedoch, dass der Parkplatz in der Zwischenzeit teurer geworden sei – so haben wir letztendlich für zwei Nächte 50 Euro fürs Parken bezahlt. Bei der Buchung war außerdem nicht ersichtlich, dass für ein späteres Check-in ein Aufpreis zu zahlen ist. Wir hatten die Unterkunft bereits bei der Buchung darauf hingewiesen, dass wir später ankommen würden. In der Bestätigung stand dann plötzlich, dass es 50 Euro pro Stunde zusätzlich kosten würde. Zum Glück hat der Unterkunftsgeber darauf verzichtet.

JANE (10/5): The best place to stay for a Sorrento holiday. - Very clean and comfortable rooms. Only walking distance from Meta station which is a few stops from Sorrento. Freshly cooked breakfast every morning and host was extremely hospitable and gave us great recommendations for local food.

Ότι δε βρίσκεται στο Σορρεντο. Εμένα με μπέρδεψε η ονομασία του καταλύματος. Είναι στη Μέτα. Τρεις στάσεις με το τρένο από το σορρεντο.
ludo (10/5): Ludo & Lucia (België) verblijf in juli 2025 - Super goed ontvangen door Pasquale en personeel. Gevarieerd ontbijt met verse, lokale producten. Zelfs op aanvraag werd het ontbijt naar wens aangepast . Hij gaf ons zeer goede tips om de buurt en omstreken te verkennen. Een absolute aanrader !! Geen negatieve ervaringen..

Sarah (10/5): Wonderful staff and stay! - Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond! Room service each day, home made breakfast on the rooftop each morning and flexible check in/ out time. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Gave our group rooms in the same floor to stay together. Pasquale helped us with recommendations of how to best reach nearby towns and local tips of what would be great for us to do. Breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients and home-grown veggies! Location was perfect, affordable and local dinner options and close to the trains which were quick and took us to Sorrento in less than 15 minutes. Spent a day at the local beach and it was heavenly. If breakfast timing was just a big later would be great!

Edlyn (7/5): A decent stay near Sorrento town - Quiet location away from Sorrento, but within an easy reach by train or bus. The hotel is nice and rooms ok. Not very cozy, but clean and had all the necessities. Wish the rooms were a bit more cozy. Breakfast was included, but not very good unfortunately. Also we were told that breakfast was from 8.00-9.30, but one morning we tried going at 9.10, but were said that we are late ? So it was a bit weird. The rooms are not soundproof, we you can hear pretty well the other rooms and outside street noise.
Jay (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic property with a convenient, quiet location – an easy 5 minute walk to/from Meta train station and a SITA bus stop connecting you to Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii, Amalfi coast etc. The property’s host, Pasquale, made sure that everything was taken care of and answered all of our questions. The morning breakfast was outstanding, very filling with a wide variety of items to choose from. The room was super clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped and the mattress, pillows and linens were top shelf providing a very comfortable sleeping environment after a great day out and about seeing the sights. We would definitely stay here again!

It had a little balcony and the bed was super comfortable. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Location was also amazing, walking distance from the beach and the train station, and not as busy as other places. Nothing negative to say!

Wonderful - Fantastic location 5mins to the bus stop that links direct to Sorrento and Napoli and 3-4mins to the station that also connects direct to Sorrento and Napoli (including Pompeii). Ideal for day trips. Spacious clean rooms and bathrooms. Close to the meta beach and Main Street (3min walk) where we accessed supermarkets, shops and a laundromat. The team were fantastic!!! Pasquale and his team were wonderful - I can’t speak highly enough of them. They are all welcoming, helpful, super responsive to texts and messages and go the extra mile. Cooked breakfasts on the upper terrace with views of Meta was a unique and wonderful experience. Would stay here again! Nothing
Niina (10/5): Exceptional - Close to Meta train station, bus stop just across the street. Rooms were clean, spacious and so was the bathroom. Staff was fun and helpful. Breakfast was good, and was served to the room when it was raining, because normally it is served on the rooftop terrace. Definitely recommend. A lot of traffic on the street In the morning, but not bothering if the windows/Doors are closed.
Tarsha (9/5): Lovely owners, short distance from train station and other attractions in the area - Walking distance from train station. The room had a beach feel and was very clean, the kids beds were in a second room which was nice for us to have our own areas. Breakfast was on top balcony overlooking the town which took great photos. They made us a traditional hot breakfast and traditional cake using the oranges from their tree. Owner was very friendly and helpful with train times and other questions I had. He used WhatsApp and replied immediately to questions. There was a pub across the road for dinner. The beach is a steep walk to get to with a very small beach front. Mostly for paying guests but we managed a quick swim in the free section. Short train ride to Sorrento for shopping. It was very hot and the air conditioner struggled to cool the area down in the kids room.

Pasquale was an excellent host who was very easy to reach at all times and was incredibly approachable and accommodating. The location of Meta was perfect for our family as it was quieter with great local food options and easy access to popular tourist destinations. Rooms were very spacious and clean! Excellent stay.

Laura (9/5): Friendly service and beautiful room - The breakfast was great and the staff was so kind, especially Eva named waitress was always ready to help, friendly and gave the stay an excellent touch. The location was in walking distance from Sorrento, but the train was the quickest and most convenience way to get to the city and back. The beach was one of the best ones in the area, we got access free but there might be some fee during the peak season. The room was very nice, had a beautiful view and a big bathroom. It also included a fridge which was a big bonus! The sounds came sometimes pretty loud from the corridor, but it might be something that is common for many buildings in Italy.

Laila (8/5): It was okay! - The staff was very friendly and nice. The bed was very comfortable and perfect pillows. The breakfast was great. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it smelt funky after using it and could not get dry. Also they charged for towels if you needed new ones every day so we had to cope with used towels for three nights. The location was very far way from Sorrento so we had to a bus and travel 45 min to get to Sorrento, because of which we lost a lot of time.

V (9/5): We had very nice relaxing holiday. - The hotel is very cute, just few rooms, very clean and quiet. The room was spacious and we had separate room for the kitchen where was the third bed as well. We hardly used the kitchen, maybe just the fridge. Minor negative thing - we were struggling a bit for drying facilities. Coming from the beach you would like to dry your beach towels and swimming costumes at least. There was plenty of space for storage though, the only negative minute things, the wardrobes were too high and divided in two compartments, so you would have struggled to reach the top rail with the hangers and if you have long dresses, there were no spaces for them to hang in full length. That's me being picky. On the positive, we were very welcomed and all our needs and questions were met and answered. Everyone who worked in the hotel - Pasquale, Carmen, Julia - were very friendly and helpful and it was very kind of them to give us some of their busy time to chat, which we enjoyed very much. The breakfast is the separate matter. I have never had such a tasty breakfast! Everything is fresh, cooked on the spot. Pasquale was doing baking himself and every day we would get a different cake or pastry, plus savoury sandwiches, toasts, vegetables and more! He also made very tasty orange jam. So we were spoiled! Location of the hotel is perfect as it is not far from the beach, close to the shops, to the main street, to the train station and the buses. There was very nice patisserie, Pasquale recommended, Pasticceria Romano if you like ice cream and cakes and literally next door to it there is place Annare for the evening meal, Carmen recommended. This is small café of the local cuisine. The food there was very tasty. We had fabulous week there, the weather was great, not too hot, but warm enough for the sea to be swim-able, hotel was great with great people, managing it. If we come back again to Meta, we will definitely stay at the same hotel again. Nothing really.

Whooley (4/5): Relaxing but not value for money - The appartment was really spacious and clean. The staff really helpful. Sorrento is about 5 mintues on the train so that was a plus. The location was not great right on the side of the street overlooking a busy main road with no pavements. Our booking stated we would have a garden view but this was not the case. Facilities are basic just a kettle no coffee machine. Their was an inital problem with the hot water which the host fixed. The location is not great there are not many restaturant choices some are just over priced and not good value for money. There is pub acorss the way but really shabby and run down as seem to be case with most of the village. The beach is a good 10 minute walk down steep steps so not good if you have mobility issues. For the price we paid I do not think it was value for money

The location is superb, we had great connectivity with bus stop just opposite to the property entrance and the train station just 4-5mins walk. The owner & staff are very friendly, helpful. Their breakfast is all organic with home grown vegetables and the taste is so delicious that we just looked forward to it everyday. We stayed there for 3nights and had an amazing time! NA

Zen (10/5): Exceptional - A very great place. Clean and friendly staffs. The receptionist, Fortuna, is very good, waiting for us in front of the hotel when we were about to check in. We have good breakfast with beautiful views.. And Carmen is a very good person:) Located in Meta, 3-4 train stops to Sorrento. we must go by bus if we need to go home late from the city center.. I meant, It's not really a big deal

Anonymous (9/5): Superb - Very kind and helpful people. Very good, italian breakfast to start off the day. Beach nearby. Room is clean and nice. Bus stop, train station nearby. Even though Meta is a small village, the street next to the house is noisy at night.
Maryna (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in the hotel for 8 nights, everything was perfect. We recommend the hotel. Place has a good location from the train station to the hotel 5 minutes, there are also several beaches near the hotel. Breakfasts were included, varied breakfasts, the girls Julia and Carmen cooked food for you. The owner of the hotel, Pasqual, makes his own baking, which are very tasty. It is worth noting the staff separately Julia and Carmen are very kind and polite, we had a departure in the morning and we didn’t have time to have breakfast, they gave croissants and water on the road. Emily (8/5): Sorrento Coast Realis Review - Staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed the free breakfast and coffee each morning. The room was very spacious and airy with a good size bathroom. Meta was a great location for travelers on a budget. Hot water tank was kind of small so the both of us couldn't take a shower back to back and get hot water. The interior doors were pretty thin and the stairwell was echoey so as soon as people started moving about in the morning around 8am it woke you up. It would be nice if there was a do not disturb sign for us to be able to put on the door if we didn't want the room cleaned every day, there were a few instances where stuff was thrown away that we didn't intend to be.

Pasquale, the owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing valuable local tips. The Italian breakfast was delicious and authentically prepared. The staff were lovely and the location was ideal, just a 6-minute walk to the train station (Napoli and Sorrento directions) and a 10-minute walk to the local beach. Rachael (9/5): Lovely room, perfect host - Pasquale, the host was friendly and always approachable and answered any questions we had, the lady who brought breakfast was also lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had breakfast one day on the roof terrace which was lovely. The accommodation was spotless, cleaned and bed made each day. Breakfast very good, home baked food was lovely It was a shame there wasn't a separate room to eat breakfast when the weather wasn't good, we had to eat in our room most mornings (although we were told this is being looked into for the future) it would be nice to have a kettle and a couple of mugs in the room.

They were so friendly and helpful and ensured we felt welcome. The breakfast each morning was very tasty and we were treated to a lot of homemade pastries and spreads! When the weather was nice we were able to eat it on the terrace with a lovely view. The room was very spacious and clean with a comfy bed. The location was also great, about 8 minutes walk to Meta train station which had trains to Naples (1h), Pompeii (30 mins), and Sorrento (6 mins). We could only find one plug socket in our room, not a big issue but a few more would have been helpful.

Shruti (10/5): Best Place in Meta - Where do we begin, the hosts Pasquale, Francesco and Carmen are genuinely exceptional and provided us with one of the best hotel stay experiences. Right from the location, which is 5 mins walk from Meta train station, the property, which is maintained to the highest of standards, is remarkable. The freshness and abundance of breakfast options were a great way to start our day. They made us feel special and prepared homemade Tiramisu on our last day. Hans (8/5): Bra lägenhetshotell - Fin lägenhet i Meta med gångavstånd till stranden. Vi kom i bil och på hotels.com stod det att hotellet har egen parkering. Det stämmer dock inte. Nu löste det sig med parkering på gatan men informationen borde vara korrekt. Lägenheten var mycket fräsch och välstädat. Köket dock dåligt utrustat. Hyfsade sängar för att vara i Italien. Mycket prisvärt.

Verified traveler (2/5): Not up to standard - A real shame the experience here. The place is very large, location is good, rooms are spacious but the following let it down:- 1. Deceiving: it advertises as having free parking but in reality there is no designated parking belonging to the hotel. It is a case of finding road parking which is difficult nearby. 2. Service: no one is there to man the desk out of check in hours. If you're stuck then it's tough luck until the check in hours start again. The telephone number for the hotel is not answered. Calls are not returned so if you're stuck, you're stuck. No one to give instructions as to how to enter the main door (which is locked). Wrong key given to us to get through this main door (luckily we returned during daylight/check in hours) and happened to see the receptionist on the balcony on two occasions to get help. 3: free wifi: again deceiving. If only you can connect to it in the rooms without having to stand outside the modem in the corridor. 4: ants in bathroom 6: no hot water. When raising this to receptionist at approx 6pm, told that she will get an engineer out tomorrow to look at the problem. No initiative or solution given by receptionist to resolve problem. Finally when we lost all hope, receptionist offered us to use her shower in her room. However we were required to book a time with her to do this. Last day for us, was a later one so didn't have chAnce. Very unpleasant.
