- Natalia (10/5): Это просто сказка - Это волшебное место — в джунглях, с невероятными и аутентичными номерами. Мы брали номер Egret с собственным бассейном и были впечатлены красотой и удобством. Номер просторный, уютный и нас совсем не беспокоили насекомые и живность. Отель дает бесплатные билеты в парк, где можно погулять на стеклянном мосту и побродить по джунглям. Также до любого места в парке и отеле вас бесплатно довозит машинка — что очень удобно. Персонал очень вежливый и всегда готов помочь. А еще проживающие в отеле могут бесплатно посетить бассейн на горе, откуда открывается потрясающий вид на горы и город. Мы обязательно вернемся еще❤️ Хотелось бы большего разнообразия европейских блюд на завтрак, но тем не менее было вкусно.

- Marat (10/5): Впечатления самые хорошие. Пожалели, что были всего сутки в таком замечательном отеле - Расположение сказочное. Наше проживание в отеле - это было запоминающееся приключение. Номера - отдельные бунгало с аутентичной обстановкой в гуще тропической растительности и видами на город внизу и океан вдали. В стоимость номера входило посещение верёвочного моста, стеклянного моста и красивого бассейна с великолепным видом. Мы всем этим воспользовались. Очень понравился завтрак. По сравнению со многими другими отелями, в которых нам довелось пожить и позавтракать он отличался не только разнообразием но и прекрасным вкусом предлагаемых блюд.

- Marina, Vladimir, Timofei (7/5): Очень всё ушатанное. Нужна реновация. - Уникальность размещения, уединенность. Очень вкусный завтрак. Зона небольшая, но разнообразно, свежо, с красивым видом. Очень быстро сработал персонал на запрос о льде и замене полотенец. Четко. Можно в парке гулять все дни проживания. Ужинали а тайском ресторане - все блюда очень вкусные (брали 6 разных - всё отлично). Мини бар с газировкой (4 шт) бесплатно. Возле общего бассейна красивее, чем возле собственного). Косметика норм. Есть соль для ванны, мочалка. Зубные пасты, щетки и тд. На ресепшн не говорят на международном языке! Никто не знает английский. Всё очень долго, без приветственных напитков. Потом до номера долго ехать. И ожидание транспорта от отеля ко всем точкам - это то ещё испытание. Обещали при населении 2-3 минуты. По факту 15-20 стоишь ждешь. Это такие потери времени, ещё и в жару стоишь. Очень далеко находится каждый пункт парка и номера друг от друга. Пешком никак. Взяли номер с бассейном. Он узкий, не удобный. Всего 1 лежак возле бассейна. Плитка страшненькая в нем. Вода холодная. Террасы нет перед бассейном. Т.е. вечером посидеть и встретить закат на улице просто негде. Только внутри дома есть столик. А смысл этих домиков именно в такой романтике. Вообще весь дом ушатанный, обшарпанный, очень старое всё. От чего неприятно. Ещё и свет - полумрак, тапки в номере платные! В номере за 350$ платные тапки? Кровать жесткая. На 1 денек можно взять, но не более. И можно без бассейна. Он не стоит х2 номера. Очень далеко от любого магазина. Только на топовой улице парка (туристические ларьки) можно что-то купить, но закрываются в 18). Представляю, какой был обалденный отель, когда только открылся.

Особенно красиво вечером на закате! Внутри виллы удобно и комфортно. Большая кровать. Белоснежное постельное белье. Предоставлены все гигиенические принадлежности, халаты. Завтраки в отеле на высоком уровне. Есть европейская кухня и азиатская. Опять же вид на парк и горы! Вечером можно поужинать в ресторане. Мы ходили в Тайский. Кормят вкусно. Гостей отеля по территории парка возит специальный транспорт. Дополнительные развлечения такие как, заплайн и рафтинг, платные. Практически никто не говорит на английском или на других языках. Общались с помощью Гугл переводчика. Хорошо иметь ви чат, но его тяжело установить, если вы не проживаете в Китае!

- 500rubenf (10/5): Wonderful from beggining to end - This past June I visited this maintain resort for my fiancé birthday. The experience was remarkable. The resort is not only exquisite, with stoning views of Yalong bay, but also affordable for its high-end status. Located inside the Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Park, the villas are strategically set around the mountains offering a front seat to breath taking sunsets and sea view, as its name imply, you really feel like suspended on a nest inside the lush vegetation. The service is as perfect as the views and the personnel always happy to cater for the guesses needs, I have to shout out manager Sun who helps us from the moment we step into the resort until the moment we left, Thanks a lot. Its counts with several amenities like; Zipline, restaurants, petting zoo, infinity pools, water slide, movie theater, kids’ indoor gym, gym, etc. there is something for everyone in the group. Highly recommend the resort if you want to have a vacation that will recharge your batteries. We decided to make the visit an every year ritual.

- Maq (2/5): Strange, dangerous and uncomfortable place - do.not go! - Location is great yet very touristy - the ressort is quiet yet the whole attractions around are super busy. We left a day early because it is not a comfortable place to be. The hotel is very old - the houses, the restaurants are very old and not well maintained. Staff is untrained, partly the waiters are wearing dirty uniforms and clearly they are unhappy. The gym is broken and can not be used. The cars going around are quite dangerous. Long story short - safety, hygiene and service quality are really bad - in addition the place is so old that 5 stars and the prize tag are not appropriate.

The water was the perfect temperature and was fantastic for cooling down in the hot humid weather. The Egret Villas are also walking distance to the breakfast restaurant so no need for a shuttle bus. The villa was huge with stunning views throughout, completely privacy and everything you need. You are staying in a rainforest, so accept the fact that you may spot the occasional lizard around and you'll see many birds and insects. The sounds of the rainforest at night are pretty magical. The park itself is huge, we had no idea how much there was. Shuttle buses are free and as a hotel guest you can use Wechat to request one at any time. There's glass walkways, scenic spots, a water slide, a rope bridge and more. The restaurants were all brilliant. We had Breakfast in the "Western Restaurant" which is mainly Chinese food but plenty of Western food too. Food was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We also tried the Thai restaurant next door to it, and caught a shuttle bus to the Barbecue one evening which was incredible. This is a mainly Chinese resort, so don't expect any of the staff to be able to speak english and make sure you learn a bit before you go! Lots of the restaurant staff practiced their english with me, but you'll need basic Chinese skills to get around.
- TimothyD922 (10/5): Refreshing change from just another beach holiday - The reason for choosing this place was a way to change up a beach holiday, and we weren’t disappointed. From most of the resort, including our own room, we were treated to stunning views of mountains, ocean and tropical rain forest. The rooms are beautiful inside and uniquely shaped. Check out the different layouts and features of the various room types before booking as they are all so different. However, Hunter（曾祥东 ）at reception, was very flexible with my friend traveling with her tall son and allowed her to change to a bigger room after arriving. In fact, Hunter was amazing throughout our whole stay and I cannot express strongly enough how valuable of an asset to the hotel he is. He gave me his WeChat upon arrival and helped us any time we needed anything. For example, some things he helped us with include: restaurant reservations, shuttle pick up, recommendations for attraction visit times to avoid crowds, rushing out new key card envelopes (yes, you need to have these on you to access the park attractions included in your room package) to the Glass Bridge cashier and answering so many of my random questions. We had dinner twice at the Thai restaurant which was delicious. We actually celebrated my birthday here one night. The restaurant staff colluded with my friends to surprise me with a cake and birthday song. The food, especially the pineapple rice and vegetable curry, was delicious and the views are breathtaking from its mountaintop location. We only ate breakfast at the Western restaurant. I thought I had read that the food in this restaurant wasn’t very good so I had low expectations, but again I was very impressed. The variety is exceptional and the quality of the food very good. I had delicious tenderloin beef, crispy chicken, mango salad, a perfectly cooked omelet, freshly made wontons, homemade yoghurt and so much more. The only thing lacking for me was good coffee. Maybe a nice coffee machine would be better than their brew. And again the views. This restaurant too is perched on the mountaintop overlooking jungle and Yalong Bay below. Potential Cons: it takes a bit to get used to the shuttle service to get around, but once you do, it’s fine. My group found it fun riding around the jungle resort in open-air shuttles. Some rooms are a bit far to walk to down wooden paths and lots of steps. I enjoyed this but it’s something to keep in mind.
