julie (9/5): Magnifique hôtel, très bien placé! - Magnifique hôtel, nous avions une chambre avec terrasse équipée d’une petite kitchenette. La literie était très confortable. Il est très bien placé au centre du village, vous pouvez vous garer à l’intérieur ou devant l’hôtel très facilement. Nous recommandons!

Paparoditis (9/5): Une destination et un hôtel avec beaucoup de charme mais qui pourrait faire mieux. - Le petit déjeuner (detox) était payant (18€) mais vraiment exceptionnel. L'hôtel a beaucoup de charme (conçu je crois par Manrique). La localisation de l'hôtel est très centrale dans Haria qui est le village le plus charmant de tout Lanzarote. Notre chambre était très bien décorée. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le jaccuzi, très récent, est très agréable. Cet hotel a presque tout pour etre très couru. Il manque cependant un manager pour coordonner le personnel et assurer une continuité notamment dans l'accueil des hôtes (mais cela doit poser un problème de modèle économique tant que l'hôtel ne sera pas plein). Notre chambre qui avait une tres belle cuisine séparée manquait cependant de quelques ustensiles (cuillères en bois, etc.) pour la rendre parfaitement fonctionnelle et facile à vivre. Problème de ventilation dans les toilettes et la salle d'eau.

Irene (9/5): - Struttura e giardino molto belli. Fantastico potersi rilassare nella jacuzzi a fine giornata. Camera accogliente con bagno enorme. Nel complesso molto consigliato! Piccoli dettagli migliorabili. Avrei gradito qualcosa per stendere i costumi e i teli bagnati. Inoltre in camera era presente una piccola luce di servizio sopra alla porta che non si poteva spegnere durante la notte.

Jacuzzi Grand jardin typiquement canarien avec un sol de petits cailloux de lave noir Le petit déjeuner est très copieux mais un peu cher et servi exclusivement en intérieur, on aurait aimé le prendre dans le jardin au soleil.

Kocotravel (2/5): - Nous avons apprécié la chambre qui était confortable et le cadre très joli. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par notre séjour dans cet établissement qui usurpe clairement l'appellation "hôtel". Pour le prix payé, nous nous attendions à un service professionnel, mais l'expérience fut digne d'un Airbnb mal géré. Les points noirs de notre séjour : Accueil inexistant : Nous sommes restés bloqués devant la porte pendant plus d'une heure. Personne ne répondait à l'interphone ni aux multiples appels téléphoniques. C'est inacceptable pour un hôtel où une présence (ou au moins une assistance) est censée être assurée. Un hôtel "fantôme" : L'établissement est désert. Même dans le village, personne ne semble au courant de l'ouverture ou du fonctionnement de ce lieu. Nous n'avons pas été accueillis physiquement, pas de présentation des lieux. Une voisine est venue nous donner la clé brièvement. Équipements non fonctionnels : Nous avions choisi cet hôtel spécifiquement pour le jacuzzi. On ne nous a pas informé où il se trouvait, ni des horaires. De plus L''eau était froide malgré que ce soit indiqué 35 degré. Manque total de communication : Aucune information sur les horaires, les services ou le fonctionnement de la chambre. On nous a laissé livrés à nous-mêmes sans le moindre égard. Conclusion : Le rapport qualité-prix est catastrophique. Si vous cherchez le confort et le service d'une véritable hôtellerie, passez votre chemin. Cet endroit n'est pas à la hauteur des tarifs pratiqués.
Julie (9/5): Charme et authenticité du lieu. Très bien situé. - Emplacement idéal au cœur de Haria. Très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de charme. Le bâtiment est authentique, avec de hauts plafonds et une architecture typique qui donne une vraie identité au lieu. Cadre agréable et calme. Très bon petit déjeuner. Gentillesse du personnel. Le confort est un peu limité. Les équipements sont également assez simples et manquent de modernité.

Accueil agréable, mais après la surprise de l’arrivée et une (petite) attente: personne ne répondait à l’interphone…

katrin (9/5): Extremely peaceful location surrounded by nature in Haria - Such a peaceful place in the middle of Haria. It's just a few steps to the town centre. In addition to the wonderful natural surroundings, the César Manrique Museum (about a 9-minute walk) is highly recommended. The beach at Famara is about a 35-minute drive away via a lovely "mountain road." Great location, fantastic breakfast, very kind staff.

Luisa (7/5): Struttura super, gestione un po' meno.. - Casa e giardino veramente belli e piacevoli, il potenziale della struttura è enorme. Bagno spazioso, letto grande e comodo, lenzuola e salviette pulite. Pulizia nei dettagli non perfetta..sotto il letto per esempio molta polvere. L'arredo in camera è MINIMALE: non c'è un tavolo, solo un piccolo ripiano con sgabelli che basta forse per una colazione veloce, sicuramente non adatto per chi vuole pranzare/ cenare comodamente. La cucina molto bellina, ma a disposizione giusto 2 piatti, 2 bicchieri, 2 posate, 2 pentole... si potrebbe fornire qualcosa di più, soprattutto in considerazione del prezzo dell'alloggio. Manca presenza di personale in struttura. È possibile sentire qualcuno solo da remoto, e onestamente questo fa sentire un po' abbandonati. In ogni caso quando li abbiamo contattati sono stati tutti gentili. Colazione, per quel che costa, veramente scarsa. Non ne vale la pena. È mancata l'energia elettrica per tutto un pomeriggio fino a sera, e ciò ha determinato anche mancanza di acqua nelle stanze, impossibilità di preparare la cena, lavarsi, usare il bagno... Può capitare, si, ma nessuno si è presentato in struttura per dare assistenza alle persone e men che meno si sono offerti di elargire una qualche forma di rimborso. Questo da parte di un hotel di questa fascia sorprende molto..

Nous avons eu la chambre bleue située dans le bâtiment principal. La pièce est froide et a une odeur d’humidité. Le confort est spartiate. Le reste de la maison d’hôte est dans son jus. Je pense que l’endroit doit être plus appréciable avec une météo plus clémente. Le village dispose de 2 / 3 restaurants. Tout ferme très tôt.

Violet-Room mit nachträglich eingebauter Dusche, Klo und Waschbecken im Schrank: sehr charmant. Frühstück reichlich und sehr gut. Nettes Personal. Der Violet-Room riecht extrem nach Feuchtigkeit. Man muss die ganze Zeit lüften und den Waschbecken-Schrank schliessen. Der riecht sehr, sehr stark. Keine Reception vor Ort. Online-Check in war mühsam.

Le personnel très attentionné, l’emplacement dans le village de Haria est superbe, calme et invite à la visite et la détente. Piscine et jacuzzi très propre. Des bons conseils du personnel, parking à l’intérieur, très propre et très bien entretenue. Petit bémol : le prix du petit déjeuner mais rien n’oblige à prendre sur place.

De ingang, poortje, is toegang; geen bordje o.i.d. Dus even moeten zoeken... Zwembad oogt op de site dubbel zo groot als in werkelijkheid.... heel klein dus. En gedurende die 2 dagen alleen tuinman en schoonmaakster gezien.

Avec un joli parc boisé, et avec un parking privé . Et le jacuzzi est un plus . L’emplacement dans le centre d’Haria est parfait. Le personnel est super.

Hotelier helped me with bags, husband parked long way away in field. Kept awake till 4 am by very loud music. Apartment compact. Iron but no board nor suitable table. Wardrobe no handles, we used end of teaspoon.

Laurie (8/5): Would stay again if in area - Very friendly staff and property very centrally situated in village. Suite was comfortable. The property isn’t really a hotel but a bed and breakfast establishment as there aren’t really any of the facilities you would associate with a hotel. This didn’t really bother us that much but should be made clearer We did not like the bathroom being down a steep flight of stairs from the bedroom
Guiandrade (8/5): Really enjoyable stay in a calm location with a swimming pool and good breakfast. - Staff, room, breakfast, wifi, location, swimming pool. Room was not cleaned one of the days of the stay. Reception schedule. Back part of the hotel could be better used.
Brian (6/5): Sufficient as a base to explore the north of the island. - Location was good. Minimal facilities, really just a room. No comfy chairs to sit in or outside the room to relax.

The staff was really kind and was attentive to solve some minor issues Taking into account we booked a apartment it was not as well equipped as we expected. For instante a kettle and a microwave should be there
Lyn (10/5): A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a beautiful area - Beautiful historic hotel. Apartment was nice . Very quiet area and beautiful village. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good base for exploring the north of the island. In our apartment a small sofa or seating for 2 people would be better than the one futon chair / sofa bed as you could not sit comfortably at night.

Nozomi (10/5): A secret oasis far away from mass-tourism in the quiet town of Haria in the valley of thousand palms - Very quiet facility designed with sense of beauty. Exceptionally kind staffs. The spacious garden adorned with massive old trees. A nice little swimming pool in the style of the local artist Cezar Manrique. His last house is in a walking distance in the town of Haria. There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.

Susan (9/5): Lovely village, great little hotel - The staff were excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. We were offered the choice of two rooms, one in the main house 'Violeta' and one in a separate annex 'Haria'. We chose Haria because it had a separate kitchenette with kettle and fridge, and a small table & chairs outside. The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. The only minus point in our room was some black mould in the skylight above the shower due to poor ventilation. It didn't affect our stay but was unsightly.
Stefanie (4/5): To reach 4 stars, the hotel and its infrastructure urgently needs an update - The inner yards is very beautiful, a cozy and nice atmosphere is created - an ideal place to be welcomed. The beds were worn out, and the showers were hot but not working properly. Clean towels and sheets. The entire hotel was rather worn out, and might benefit from some gardening, pool-cleaning, and update of the furniture (mainly the beds). This made the price/quality ratio not correct. The breakfast -though we had mentioned our early flight- was not prepared.

Sinead (9/5): Arty paradise in the palm trees - Magical history-steeped home in a magical village, truly the greenest oasis in Lanzarote. The gorgeous little pool was the white icing on the cake, designed by none other than the visionary Cesar Manrique (whose amazing last home is a short walk away and a must-visit), one felt they were enjoying Lanzarote as he would have wanted! And tapping into its ancient volcanic soul rather than going through the motions of a superficial or newly tacked-on tourism. Dips in this pool were made extra blissful by the patterns of sunlight through the mature palm trees, and sounds of running water from the nearby fountains and profuse birdsong. Overall, such a relaxing space has been nurtured here with tasteful attention paid to many lovely details. Cultured and approachable manager Alejandro was very kindly instrumental in helping me facilitate further Cesar Manrique experiences such as his foundation in Tahiche and the Jameous del Agua. In short, Villa Delmas is a great base for Manrique! There was also an exquisite Canarian gastronomic experience in the main house one evening by an exceptionally talented and passionate local chef. I really would like to return as it's a genuinely special place; I've travelled a lot and don't often say this! I would have preferred a softer mattress to sink into, but I do like them very soft and the average sleeper may not have found it too firm.

Tony (8/5): a great place to explore the north of the island - lovely building in the town of Haria. room was very good for a building of that age (200+ years) very quiet and relaxing with a small pool in beautiful gardens. a small hotel with helpful staff. we would definitely stay again the breakfast is rather small but tasty. we hadn’t checked our email from the hotel asking us to confirm out arrival time so someone was there to meet us.
Helen (8/5): Comfortable stay - Comfortable room with small kitchen area which was great for making drinks/snacks Plenty of outside seating Haria is nice town with lots of places to eat a short walk from Hotel Very grand breakfast room A few minutes drive from beach at Arrieta which was great for swimming Having to ask for more coffee at breakfast - then cups only being filled half way! There was no room service - we stayed 3 nights & no one emptied bins or made beds. This didn't bother us but we thought it unusual

Luis (7/5): Good - Amazing room in a really quirky part of the island, great recommendations by Alejandro. Unfortunately we didn't get to experience the facilities due to heavy rain but the outdoor areas looked fun to relax in. Unfortunately, I think there was an ant issue in the downstairs bathroom. The place had a strong smell of some sort of spray (presumably to remove the ants) and when we woke or stuff was covered in them (just downstairs).
