- Kelli (10/5): - Clean, old style hacienda. With a good restaurant downstairs and an amazing Barbados place around the corner.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room and grounds are quite pretty (but note there are no tvs in rooms). One staff member was friendly when we went up to the desk to check in but that’s where service ended. We carried own bags and were the only guests in pool area but it was still very dirty with trash (socks, dirty paper towel, glasses etc) littered around. There was no way to order drinks or food at the pool and we saw no staff the entire time until a cleaning lady circulated the next morning. Also 5km from SMA so no walking options for food and drink. A bit disappointed in the stay and would strongly recommend booking inside city centre.

- Maria del Pilar (10/5): Excelente opcion - Fuimos a pasar fin de año, estuvimos muy agusto, en la cena hubo un platillo que no fue de nuestro agrado y nos cambiaron de inmediato por otro, excelente servicio lo recomiendo. Hotel para descansar y relajarse. No hay TVs ni telefonos. A pesar que habia calentadores en la cena hacia mucho frio porque fue en el restaurante al aire libre, y tuvimos que irnos pronto.

- Francisco (4/5): Hotel caro para lo que ofrece - Las habitaciones no tienen televisión, el baño está diseñado de un modo que pone en peligro de caída, prácticamente no había agua caliente. El área de restaurante sin carta y vacío, muy decepcionante este Hotel, no volveremos nunca.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - La estancia en general estuvo bien, el hotel es bonito, tienen todos los protocolos de higiene, el chapoteadero tiene agua calientita y la alberca grande si está un poco más fría, lo único malo es que los autos deben quedarse fuera del hotel porque no tienen estacionamiento bardeado, la atención del personal es buena, estaría excelente que tuvieran restaurante y un bar me comentaron que como el hotel es casi nuevo aún falta esa parte pero te dan desayuno y venden algunas bebidas y snacks por la tarde (estaría muy bien que ampliaran su menú), pero en general todo bien ,es un lugar tranquilo para descansar, aceptan mascotas y el jardín es amplio para que puedan estar ahí, lo disfruté seguro volveré.

Desayuno rico, sala de juegos, filtro para sanitizar a la entrada, habitaciones más que cómodas, todo excelente. Definitivamente lo recomiendo MUCHO.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Mal hotel - Mal servicio, no estaba registrada la reservación por expedia, se tardaron en atendernos en él área de recepción, no hay tv en los cuartos, reportamos el agua fría para bañarnos, tenía telarañas la habitación, muy lejos de el centro de San Miguel, sin servicio de alimentos, no contaba con la alberca que promocionan, el estacionamiento no está protegido, demasiado elevando el precio para lo que ofrecen. No lo recomiendo

- Donaji (8/5): Lugar agradable, el servicio aún puede mejorar - El hotel está en una privada apartada y oscura, llegamos de noche y faltarían señalamientos, la atención de llegada excelente, el desayuno muy rico!! Solo al final el hotel recibió un grupo grande en la noche y hubo mucho ruido ya que es un hotel pequeño, la atención a nuestro check up fue desinteresada, al parecer ya no había intención de parte del gerente por atendernos... instalaciones lindas y el resto del personal muy amable...

- diego (6/5): relativamente cerca del centro de san miguel - El hotel es sencillo y bonito, así como cómodo, pero el agua de la alberca esta helada, así mismo, el servicio de desayuno no es nada bueno y es caro, dado que no tienen nada listo y lo van haciendo a las carreras, es comida enlatada y nada bueno.
- Susana (6/5): Más fumigación. Más cordialidad. - El hotel (Hacienda) está muy bello y las habitaciones cómodas, pero faltan detalles como: 1. Rampa para las maletas 2. Estoy consciente de que da a jardines y es inevitable que los insectos se cuelen a las habitaciones. No obstante eran muchas hormiguitas (de las más pequeñas) en mi habitación. Sugiero se fumigue un poco más. Pero OJO, no critico la limpieza que era MUY buena, aunque suene un poco contradictorio. Una cosa es la limpieza y otra la fumigación. 3. Acceso para rampa de minusválidos 4. Desde que llegamos, lo primero que se nos preguntó, fue: "su forma de pago será", a lo cual fue mucha descortesía después de un simple "bienvenidos". Por supuesto no nos íbamos a ir sin pagar. 5. Más iluminación en el baño 6. Se nos prometió la clave del Wi Fi y nunca se nos dió 7. Un televisor, aunque fuera con programación local 8. Estacionamiento. Yo llegué tarde (como a las 2 de la mañana) y me dijeron que había seguridad ya que los vehículos se quedan en la calle, y no había nadie vigilando. 9. Los FELICITO por ser un hotel "pet friendly" 10. Sugiero incluyan el desayuno en la tarifa del hotel, aunque ya de por sí es alta
- Mariana (10/5): Agradable hotel para relajarte - El hotel está en las afueras de San Miguel por lo que está muy tranquilo alejado del tráfico y ruido del pueblo. La atención de Italia la encargada es excelente, siempre busca como ayudarte y conseguirte lo que necesitas; en mi caso ayudo a mi hermana a festejarme por mi cumpleaños y me consiguió un pastel y me puso las mañanitas Una muy buena opción si buscas algo privado para relajarte
- Javier (4/5): Desepcion total - Las habitaciones no tienen televisión, tienen una alberca que nadie usa porque el agua está muy fría, el agua en las regaderas también es muy fría, parece que el hotel aún está en construcción, tienen un espacio que parece será una cocineta tiene fregadero pero no tiene estufa ni refrigerador. Muy mal.
