- Olivier (6/5): Bien mais pourrait être mieux - Rapport qualité/prix intéressant. Chambre convenable. Par contre le parking est ridiculement étroit et le risque de se faire rayer la voiture est élevé (la Direction indiquant partout qu'elle décline toute responsabilité). Nous avons utilisé le parking une nuit et avons garé la voiture en ville par la suite.

- Fabrice (2/5): A fuir. - Je ne comprends meme pas que l on puisse appeler ca une chambre. On partage tout avec les voisins de l hotel ou ceux de la rue d a cote. Aucun insonorisation. Du bruit toute la nuit. Et bien pas de clim qui permettrait de fermer la fenetre. Bref, nuit quasi blanche....

- Stéphane (8/5): Grand Hôtel du Parc - Accueil et personnel au top. Le lieux est chargé d’histoire. Chambre située devant la piscine de taille minimum mais jolie. Le point négatif : la literie ( matelas et oreillers en fin de vie ), insonorisation à revoir. Le restaurant est irréprochable.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Terrible hotel, ever stay there - We checked in to find the room was nothing like the photos on the website. You could not fit two suitcases in the room, and expect to be able to open them. The bathroom was so small you had to close the door to fit in it. No shower, you had to sit in the bath with a hand held head, that leaked. The entrance to the wing we were in felt like you were in the hotel from “The Shining”, you had to walk past piles of laundry, hotel supplies etc. I asked the lovely gentleman at the front desk if we could change rooms, as it was not an acceptable…but nothing else was available. When I asked for a couple of towels to use at the pool, an extremely unpleasant man basically abused me verbally as it was not acceptable behavior to ask for two towels! It was so unbelievable we tried to find another hotel…but unfort we could find nothing available. Terrible place. Never experienced anything like it before, and hopefully never again. The only nice thing about the place was the lovely younger gentleman at the front desk

- PASCAL (4/5): Très mauvaise expérience - La réception n’a pas pris en compte le mail que j’ai adressé, où j’exprimais le souhait une chambre au calme. Nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre ridiculement petite, donnant sur la rue passante. Le réceptionniste est à peine aimable. De plus, Jamais je ne m’étais fait enguirlander par le personnel d’étage personnel, très désagréable. Nous avons décidé d’écourter notre séjour pour ces raisons.

Hotellet verkar ha ambition att vara något extra, till exempel är vinlistan mycket omfattande. Men mitt rum var högst ordinärt, gammalt och lite trist. Inte alls "premium". Kanske fick jag ett lågprisrum?

- Michel (4/5): Sympa, mais.. a remettre au gout du jour - L hotel date un peu, ca, ca fait son charme, mais les chambres dans le bâtiment d en face sont tres limites. L'insonorisation est inexistante, 3 cm de jour sous la porte, literie a changer, le chauffage qui se mets en marche que le soir, alors à 4 heures de l apres midi, il faisait 12 degres.

Et petit déjeuner servi jusqu'à 9h30 le samedi matin, quand tu descends a 9h35 aucun effort pour te donner ne serait ce qu'un gâteau ou autre.... Très déçus surtout quand tu t'es levée a 5h du mat pour accompagner ton mari et que tu t'es recouchée pour finir ta petite nuit.... Copie a revoir !

- camille (4/5): Moyen - Bel hôtel d'époque qui est resté dans son jus. Logée dans un bâtiment annexe, côté rue, la chambre était bruyante. La fenêtre ne se fermait pas bien. Demande de changement de chambre. Les chambres ne sont pas très spacieuses et sont vieillottes. Vraiment dommage ce manque d'entretien

Im Eingangsbereich wurde gesaugt und versucht den bereits bezahlten Übernachtungspreis nochmal in Rechnung zu stellen.

Was a basic room with a hand held shower over the bath. Enjoyed our short stay in the Parc setting allowing us to enjoy the surrounding area.

- ANTOINE (2/5): - Hotel à la déco tres viellote. Piscine et parc superbe Chambre exiguëe mais avec un petit balcon sympa. Literie defoncée et inconfortable. Le plus désagréable a été de découvrir que l'hotel nous avait réservé la pire table en plein milieu d'un passage de porte ou en plus passent tous les serveurs. Devant la volonté evidente du personnel à ne pas vouloir nous trouver une autre solution alors qu'il y avait d'autres tables disponibles nous avons diné à Florac au restaurant "chez les paysans" et là franchement je vous le recommande

We booked 2 nights at the Grand Hotel Du Parc on our way back up to the UK as a stopover from driving to relax. £66 per night £11 Euros for Breakfast (which we didn't have) The village of Florac is something I've never encountered before. Likened to Hot Fuzz 😂... Not a soul around in the evening when we arrived. We walked the alleyways through people's gardens whilst eating there tea looking for a restaurant 🙈 We found the restaurant that did drinks, bruchetta and Lasagne. Genourous pourings of wine and lovely beer with lovely food and staff. We were the only English there but felt very much welcome in the village and the hotel. A very picturesque village with lots of walking routes (which we didn't do) but I've never seen anything quite like it and it was an experience for sure. A positive one all the same. The hotel.. So people say you get what you pay for. Fantastic value for money. The setting of the hotel ie the gardens and pool is just beautiful. We had it pretty much to ourselves both days and absolutely zero complaints. The room was adequately sized. Definitly like a time warp back to 80s with with the decor but I found it quite charming. If your walking up the twirly stairs don't go slow as the lights are on timers and you may end up in darkness 😂 The room was spotless. The only downside was no AC or Fan in the room and it was quite stuffy of the night even with the balcony door left open. Overall a good stay.

- Andre (8/5): Attention, escaliers à gravir - Hôtel à l'ancienne mais confortable et restauration fort honorable. L'accès à l'hôtel nécessite de gravir un escalier en pierre d'une douzaine de marches. L'accès à certaines chambres, dont celle qui m'avait été attribuée demande également de gravir quelques marches (et sans main courante). Donc si vous avez des difficultés de mobilité et en particulier pour les personnes vieillissantes, evitez cet hôtel
- Daniel (8/5): - Die Dinge, die (nach wie vor) verbesserungswürdig sind: Nicht existente Klimaanlage, muffiger Geruch morgens aus Duschabfluss, schlechtes Wi-Fi, Zigarettenstummel und Kronkorken im hoteleigenen Park (d. h. es sollte häufiger gereinigt werden). Zum Positiven: Sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool, nettes Personal, hervorragendes Abendessen zu fairem Preis. Zimmer zum Park hin sind ruhig. Neuwertige Dusche. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Hôtel de standing - Bel hôtel avec un grand parc magnifique. Une piscine est également disponible. Logement dans une grande chambre dans l'annexe de l'hôtel, salle de bain correcte . Petit déjeuner en buffet complet (à l'hôtel, il suffisait de traverser le parc). Personnel attentionné. La localisation de l'hôtel permet d'accéder au centre ville facilement (200m).
- Joel (8/5): Une seule nuit - De passage à Florac, nous avons passé une seule suit à l'hôtel du parc. Tout était bien, rien à reprocher aux différents services de l'hôtel. Seul bémol, il a été difficile de trouver un restaurant ce dimanche soir le service de l'hôtel étant fermé.

- gregory (10/5): A refaire! - Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour cet hôtel à la décoration, certes, vieillissante. Chambre et salle de bain propre. Beau parc! Le patron, bien qu’un peu farouche, est très serviable, donne de bons conseils et est conciliant. J’ai été bien accueilli par toute l’équipe de l’hôtel et du restaurant ! les plats des menus (à partir de 19 € ) sont excellent et très copieux.

- KATIA (10/5): Étape plaisante & gourmande! - Excellent rapport qualité prix pour ce grand hôtel certes dans "son jus" comme on dit mais avec tout le confort, une magnifique piscine, un parc paisible et bien entretenu, une équipe très accueillante, et pour finir un chef cuisinier au top. Nous avons délicieusement bien mangé : truite meunière de riviere pour ma part et viande d'Aubrac pour mon fiston. Je vous recommande cet établissement lors de votre passage à Florac avec le diner sur place! Les formules sont intéressantes.

Chambre et sanitaires " à l'ancienne ", pas de climatisation ; avons pris le menu " top" mais attente interminable, par contre plats délicieux. Nos voisins avaient pris un menu moins cher mais viande immangeable ! Petit déjeuner très correct pour le prix. - Michael (10/5): Bon,tres bon. - I can only say I was super impressed with this hotel. Very affordable,clean,lovely staff and very central to Florac which is a small town. The breakfast was plentiful and the breads and croissants were delicious. I had the swimming pool to myself for an hour or so on one of the days I stayed. Really nice. I did not have dinner in its restaurant as there was cheaper options in Florac to eat. 70€ per night with breakfast is very reasonable for such a nice hotel in my opinion. I think even family rooms were quite reasonable also if I remember. Top quality!
- Elizabeth (6/5): - It’s an old hotel with a beautiful pool and property. I believe it should be a two star hotel, not three; the price did correspond with the quality. Our room was in the annex building. I did not expect more, but the decor was totally outdated. The bath tub shower functioned very poorly and was dangerously slippery. The free WiFi worked ok; you had to sign in each time to use it. The pool looked nice although we did not swim. The room was spacious enough for three with a large window. Florac is a small city with a nice Thursday morning open air market. It is 40 minutes from the beautiful town of Sainte Enimie, the main attraction of the Gorges du Tarn.
