Niklas (2/5): Schlechter Service, nicht sauber, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel welches bestmöglich ausgepresst wird - Die Nähe zum Wasser und zu Bushaltestellen Wir kamen um 14:30 Uhr im Hotel an und bekamen unsere Zimmerkarten über die telefonische Rezeption. Auf dem Zimmer merkten wir, dass das Zimmer nicht fertig war (fäkalien in der Toilette, Betten nicht bezogen und generell nicht sauber) auf dem Weg zur ”Lobby” hörten wir, dass jemand anfängt zu putzen. Wir warteten weil wir dachten ”gut Check in ist ja erst ab 15 Uhr”. Um 15 Uhr kam das Personal an uns vorbei und wir fragten ob wir nun ins Zimmer konnten. Das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig geschweige denn angefangen. Relativ unfreundlich wurden wir mit Ausreden vertröstet und, dass wir nur noch 20 Minuten warten müssten. Als ich bei der Rezeption anrief wurde uns mitgeteilt unser Zimmer würde nun priorisiert werden. Es gab keine Entschuldigung geschweige denn Einsicht darüber, dass wir nicht erfreut waren.

В номере очень мрачное освещение. Даже не поняли - чисто было или грязно. Хотелось бы чтобы в номере были стаканы и графин с водой. Дверцы в душе открываются очень не удобно. Жили в номере 14. Сломан кран холодной воды на смесителе. Из душа тек только кипяток. Постель ужасно пахла стиральным порошком. Для меня, астматика, это проблема.

DarioCz (9/5): Výborná lokalita a snídaně. - Skvělá lokalita přímo u stanice městského přívozu = skvělá a rychlá dostupnost do centra. Snídaně výborná, apartmán prostorný. V apartmánu byla kuchyně, ale chybělo nádobí a náčiní - třeba nůž nebo vařečka. Je to maximálně na uvaření čaje nebo ohřátí hotového jídla.

Christian (5/5): Clean but not comfortable - It was clean and easily accessible The room lacked curtains to block out the sun and streetlights, so the room was lit all night making it hard to sleep. There was also a restaurant/pub that had people singing and being loud and the entire hotel was not especially sound proof. You could hear the restaurant in your room.

I den ena lägenheten stank det av avloppsdoft och mögel. Det senare kom sannolikt från allt svartmögel i duschen. Där gick inte att sova varför vi kontaktade online receptionen. Svaret var att hotellet var fullbokat, ni får återkomma imorgon om ersättningskrav. När vi kontaktade hotellet i ärendet svarade de förrän efter flera dagar och då med erbjudande om rabatt vid nästa bokning. Ingen som helst ersättning för den lägenhet vi inte kunde använda. Efter såpass dåligt kundbemötande förtjänas inte mer än betyget skitdåligt och att jag, utöver svartmöglet, även nämner trasiga vägguttag i den ena lägenheten och att det saknades utrymningsplaner i rummen. Upplevelsen toppades av en väldigt tråkig frukost. Skulle beskriva hotellet som ett sunkigt vandrarhem med toast o kaffe.

Vi hade inte toalettpapper och vi var själva tvungna att gå till ett förråd för att hämta, men där fanns inga toalettrullar. Till slut fick vi det levererat efter kontakt igen.

Seredocha (7/5): Nice rustic stay, but limited breakfast and inconsistent water. - Rustic style and a nice location with view of the marina.The room lighting can be adjusted for brightness, and the bed was comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean. The breakfast selection was a bit limited. It was also difficult to figure out how to drain the water from the bathtub. Are always sweet (3/5): Priset passar inte läget - Jag bokade ett rum för tre vuxna men fick ett rum med två vanliga sängar och en tredje säng av metall som inte är tillräckligt stor för en vuxen. Madrassen var mycket tunn, cirka 3 cm, obekväm och sängen gav ifrån sig ljud när man sov. Rummet hade ingen bra utsikt och städades inte under de tre nätterna vi bodde där. Vi fick endast tre handdukar och fyra plastglas under hela vistelsen. Dessutom var rengöringsprodukterna få och av dålig kvalitet, och frukosten var mycket enkel. Rummet och sängar

George (3/5): A self-service dormitory - Location Villan is best described as a remotely operated dormitory rather than a hotel. The main issue is the near-complete absence of staff and basic hotel services, which significantly impacts the overall experience. Breakfast is technically included, but it is very basic (bread, ham, eggs, cheese, yoghurt/muesli). That could be acceptable given the lower price point—if it were consistent. Unfortunately, it is not. The selection varies unpredictably from day to day (e.g. sausages one day, none the next; yoghurt available one morning, missing the next), with no clear standard. Service during breakfast was also disappointing. One staff member appeared to handle everything, and requests for refills were met with irritation and, at times, a dismissive attitude. This creates an atmosphere where guests hesitate to ask for basic things. The room itself was acceptable. However, families with small children should be aware that windows on upper floor can open fully and do not have safety restrictors, which may pose a risk. Our 4-years old daughter opened tye window, lost the balance and almost fell off. That’s how we discovered the windows aren’t secured. On the positive side, the location is convenient, with (expensive) street parking available in front of the dormitory. There is also a very good restaurant in the same building (not part of the dormitory), which is a clear plus. Overall, if you expect even a modest level of service and consistency, this place will likely disappoint.

Mattias (3/5): Erotik mässa - Läget var bra då vi skulle på event till Eriksbergshallen .Skön säng okej till priset Krångligt att checka in ingen personal . Vi hade bokat studiolägenhet men det fanns inget vatten i duschen som var trasig väntade på reparation men hade tid att passa så fick ett mindre rum till slut Där var bordet trasigt så fick sätta resväskan som ben ,inget kyl slitet och allmänt nergånget det mesta men rum nr 2 var badrummet renoverat så det gick att duscha till slut fanns ingen tvål eller schampo så fick gå till tempo strax intill och köpa det .Frukosten enkel inga laktås fria alternativ inget grovt bröd bara ljust rostbröd Billigt men hade valt något annat med facit i hand.
