- Newman (8/5): Very clean and tidy, great location - Short walk to Brisbane and southbank. Very central location. Coffee shop downstairs. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Warm shower with not much water pressure, takes a long time for the temperature to get to a higher temperature. Hot water in kitchen sink takes over 4 minutes to come through.

- Denise (8/5): Great business base for the Brisbane Conference Centre, and close to West End - I was there for a conference. The location was great, the apartment modern, comfortable and well equipped. Very good value for money.

For those arriving by car there is very limited parking available outside the property and of course you are unable to access the free underground parking until you have checked in.

- Christine (8/5): L'appartement correspondait très bien à notre besoin. - Fort bien placé : dans South Brisbane, tout proche South Bank, CBD, West End. Propre, spacieux, petite terrasse, agréable. Pratique : wifi, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge. Suffisamment d'espace pour que notre fille puisse nous rejoindre parfois en journée pour passer du temps avec nous. Sans doute un peu moins "classe" que sur les photos mais bien quand même.

I found the staff to be very unaccommodating throughout our stay.

The body wash and shampoo conditioner were in tiny bottles not enough for our 5 day stay and not enough for 4 ppl /room.

I was told to park in a parking spot and then the morning I was checking out I found a notice on my car telling me I was in the wrong spot and my car was at risk of being towed.

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist toll. In wenigen Minuten ist man in South Banks am Fluss oder im CBD. Es hat uns alles gefallen. WĂĽrden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

- Hilary (9/5): A really great place to stay in Brisbane, well appointed and well located by the lovely South Bank area! - Great location, nice apartment and fab view. It all worked really well. The reception was on reduced hours over the holiday weekend and as I was somewhere without much phone signal or WiFi it was tricky to send them the info they needed to get check in details but once that was sorted it was all fine. The fire alarm also went off one night but that wasn’t the accommodation’s fault and must have been something with another apartment.

Two great coffee shops nearby - in the same block. Lovely rooftop pool area. Bed was a bit soft for our liking and pay TV didn’t work, despite compendium mentioning access to Foxtel channels. Tried Netflix but no access so resorted to a book and my iPad for in-house entertainment.

- Moobear (9/5): Fantastic apartment close to everything Southbank has to offer. - One of the cleanest apartments we've stayed in. Good sized rooms and well stocked kitchen. The Location was very convenient for Southbank and QPAC. Parking was a great bonus. Would stay here again. The bed/mattress was not the comfiest. Wasn't a major deal breaker for us.
Might be a bit noisy mid-week due to construction happening close-by, but that's the same in most parts of the city.

- Osmani (9/5): - Paradise on earth. I had a large room with a view I will remember for the rest of my life. Very clean, and generally friendly and professional staff. I would definitely stay here again. Arrival was a bit chaotic, too many people checking in at the same time, long wait times and not very streamlined. Check in process needs to improve. Otherwise a great stay with great staff.
- Ruth (9/5): Great apartment for a short stay near Brisbane's South Bank. - Great location, close to South Bank, the main train station and bus station, cafes, restaurants and food markets. Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment, accessible by lift. Surprisingly large, with great facilities including a kitchen, washing machine and dryer, as well as a courtyard. Appreciated the security of the apartments. Hard to find the reception, which is set back from the street behind a locked glass security door. Signage could be better to explain how to get in. When I rang the contact number, no one answered. Luckily, a pizza delivery guy came out, and I was able to get into the reception. Also, suggest that you provide directions how to get to the apartments from the station, as it is quite hard to navigate, even with Google Maps. Also found that the air conditioning seemed to struggle to maintain a constant temperature.
