- Mohamed Touzri (5/5): Great location, great reception guys, standard room is the worse - Great location and the guys that work at the reception during the day and night were amazing! I think it was Omer and Mark. We booked the standard room, however when we arrived it was definitely smaller than a standard room, we couldn’t even get in with our 2 luggage, there was a bed and a shower, no space for our luggage, you can’t even walk around, the room is in a corner on the main floor on its own as a garage/ studio, it wasn’t meant to be a hotel room at all in my opinions, we decided to get a bigger room, we had to pay extra 150$ for 4 nights even thou the standard room was already expensive enough, breakfast could be different a bit as every morning was the same, we only had it the first two mornings and we ended up eating out the other two mornings. I don’t recommend booking the standard room at all.

- Robert (9/5): Overall, I warmly reccomend this location. Good value for the money. - Location is very good. Clean, not on the main street, so it is relatively quiet. It is few minutes walking distance to center Alacati. And you have 2 supermarkets just around the corner. It is a relatively small pension with app. 18 rooms. Our room was mid size. The small courtyard is quite nice, with beautiful flowers. The host, Omer was very kind, helpful and always smiling. His english level was good. Nice Turkish breakfast was served in the courtyard and on the terrace. You can find parking space in front of pension, on the street, and around the corner. Between 17:00 - 19:00 they were serving cookies and tea. Minor things: Coffee was not included and cost was quite expensive and not a good taste. Shower temperature was oscillating from very hot to cold, TV was very small but not working ( we didn’t needed anyway ). There was something wrong with the small fridge as it was not cooling, but creating a lot of heat, so we unplugged it.

- BuketDikenli (10/5): - Das Personal war super nett und die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der nähe von der Stadt Alacati . Erreichbarkeit in ca 5-10 Minuten fuß weg .
- KEMAL TIMUR (8/5): Harika otel - Alaçatı çarşıya çok yakın önündeki sokakta herzaman araç için yer bulabiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltıları gayet nezih odalar iyi durumda ve geniş. Tek sıkıntı odada priz sayısının azlığı ve banyodaki duş başlığının sürekli düşmesi idi. Bu problemleri bildirdik ve otel görevlileri çözeceklerini belirttiler. Bunların haricinde kahvalti saatleri 9-11 ancak son gun erken yola çıkmamızdan dolayi ricamiz uzerine bize özel 8de kahvaltı verildi bunun için ayrica teşekkür ettik. Kahvaltı gayet güzel hersey taze ve günlük çıkıyor. Yatak cok rahat değildi gıcırtı yapıyordu. Genel olarak değerlendirmek gerekirse hizmet kalitesi gayet iyi kesinlikle tekrardan kalırım.
- Ismail Burak (4/5): Depodan Bozma Standart Oda Kandırmacası - 2 gece konaklama için Hotels.com sitesi üzerinden rezervasyon yaptık ama rezervasyon sırasında standart oda için sadece yatak resmi bulunuyordu. Bu durumdan tam emin olamadığımız rezervasyon öncesi aynı yeri ets ve tatilsepeti üzerinden de araştırdık ve standart oda için çok güzel resimler gördük. Otele giriş için gittiğimizde bize otel binasının arkasında çamaşır odası ve mutfağın yanında depodan bozma bir odayı göstererek standart odanın o olduğunu söylediler. İçeri girdiğimizde zaten kapının yarısının önünü yatağın kapladığını gördük. En kötü kısmı ise odada tuvalet camı büyüklüğünde bir cam vardı sadece. İlk gece görevliye bunu belirttğimizde ekstrasını ödersek başka odaya geçebileceğimizi belirtti. Odada tuvalet camından bozma bir cam olduğu için oda çok havasız ve duş alıp çıktıktan sonra gece geldiğimizde tüm oda rutubet kokuyordu. Saatlerce o kokuyla uyumaya çalıştık. Bunun haricinde oda özelliklerinde TV var yazıyor ama odada TV YOK. Diyebilirsiniz yaz tatilinde ne yapacaksın TV’yi ama otele girş yaptığım saatte dünya kupası finali başlamıştı ve tam onu izlemeyi planlıyordum ama o da yalan oldu.Yiğidi öldür ama hakkını yeme diye bir laf vardır. O yüzden iyi yanlarını da söylemek istiyorum. Kahvaltı ve konumu gerçekten çok güzel. Konum ve kahvaltıdan dolayı 2 yıldız veriyorum ama karanlık bir depo da konaklattıkları için, özelliklerinde yazan tv’nin odada bulunmamasından dolayı ve odada bulunan sudan bile para aldıkları için bir daha asla diyorum ve tavsiye etmiyorum

- Verified traveler (4/5): Rezervasyon yaptırdığınız odayı teyit edin. - Otel 8 odalı 2 katlı diye yazmasına rağmen bize arka bahçede yeni yaptıkları (9.oda) müşkelimattan çevirme odayı ayırmışlardı. Oda ışık almayan küçücük pencersi olan tek katlı küçücük bir odaydı. Bu konuyla ilgili otel sahibi ile sorun yaşadık. Otel sahibi kendi kaldığı odayı bize tahsis ederek (150 TL fark ödedik ) sorunumuz çözüldü. Rezervasyon yaparken ana binada olup olmadığını sormanızda fayda var. Bu sorunumuzu hallettikten sonra tatilimiz iyi geçti. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü, yardımcı olmaya yatkın kişiler. Kahvaltılar rutin ama kalitesi iyiydi. Konum olarak Alaçatı merkeze yakın. Balkonda otururken halı saha maçlarını izleyebilirsiniz :)
- G (10/5): Huzurlu bir tatil isteyenlere... - Her şey çok güzeldi, otelin yeri merkeze çok yakın olduğundan gece rahat ettik. Oda çok temizdi, kahvaltı çok lezzetli, personel güler yüzlüydü. Kesinlikle tekrar gideceğiz.
