- KUNORI (7/5): 隣が便利なお買い物エリア、安心して快適に泊まれるホテル - 朝食が美味しかった。キレイで快適だった。 大浴場が10人くらい先に入っていて、洗い場も使えず入れなかった。
- Kentarou (8/5): 安く泊まれる良いホテル - 大浴場があり、癒されました。 出入り口が1箇所のみで、不測の事態が起きた時に不安があった。 喫煙所が施設内にあるが、ホテルの1番奥まった場所にあり遠かった。駐車場に停めてある車が夜中頻繁に防犯ブザーが鳴り、静かに過ごせなかった。

- HIDEKI (7/5): 受付スタッフの方が明るく、また次回も泊まりたいと思いました。 - 受付スタッフの方の対応が明るくてとても良かった。 朝食もヘルシーな煮物があった点は連泊には良かった。 部屋は綺麗に清掃されていました。 お風呂のシャワーホースから水漏れがあったままになっていた。ビニールテープによる養生がされていたがそこからまた漏れたままになっていた。こういう基本的なところの整備はしていただきたいと思いました。

- Mami (9/5): お風呂を重視しないのであれば、大変心地よい滞在です - ベッドが広い、部屋も天井が高くて広め、トイレと洗面所も広々としていて、心地良い。ウェルカムドリンクがありサービスが良い。 2号館に滞在したが部屋まで遠い。1号館を突っ切って、外に一瞬でる。そのため大浴場は利用しなかった。 部屋はシャワーしかない。

- MASATO (4/5): - 建築物自体にホテルとしての防音対策が施されておらず、 外部の騒音は一般建築物と同様に室内に入り、国道からの 交通雑音で安眠が妨げられる。 また、備え付けの枕２種は、高く硬く、調整できない。 フロントカウンター付近に、ソフト/低反発枕はフロントまで依頼との案内があったが、ベッドに入ってから、フロントまでは行かないであろうし、そもそも、そういった情報は室内にあって然るべき。

- Jan (8/5): Price vs. Value ratio very good. - Very good location close to Honjowaseda shinkansen train station (5min walk). Some shops and restaurants also within walking distance (5-10min walk). Onsen bath directly at the hotel. Rooms clean, staff helpful and friendly. The dining room closes every evening around 20:30pm. It could be left open until later time as there is no other gathering room in the hotel.
