• Alyssa (8/5): A little tricky to check-in if not prepared, but overall a great, affordable place to stay in Rome - The room was in a great location, it was clean, although smaller than we expected, the shower was very tiny. But when in Rome you spend very little time in the room so it was great overall. We did have a little issue with being prepared on how to get in the hotel, definitely mostly my fault, but maybe the staff could communicate through email instead of booking.com in the future. They were very attentive and understanding of my mix-up though. They were very kind and let us keep our bags on site during our vatican tour even though we were checked out already!

Although the room was exactly as pictured, I did not anticipate that there was no reception and that this was a cluster of rooms found at first floor level. The bathroom was a bit on the small side. Considering the money spent, i would have thought it would be better.

Ottima posizione vicinissimo a piazza cavour, e a soli 8 minuti dalla metropolitana Lepanto. zona abbastanza tranquilla. Check in facile e veloce. Viene spiegato tutto dal proprietario come accedere alla struttura senza uso di check in fisico. sul vano porta valigie era riposto un fazzolettino usato. sicuramente sfuggito per la pulizia, ma il resto impeccabile.

• Sophia (8/5): Ruhiges Hotelzimmer in fußläufiger Lage zur Innenstadt - Nettes Hotel, mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Es gibt keine Rezeption aber man bekommt alle Infos um problemlos in sein Zimmer zu gelangen. Die Lage ist super, man kommt fußläufig gut in die Innenstadt und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es fahren auch Busse direkt vor der Unterkunft ab. Es gibt in der Nähe ein teures aber sehr sicheres Parkhaus für alle die mit dem Auto anreisen - 30€ pro 24h Das Bad könnte mal wieder renoviert werden.

• Lucas (10/5): Excelente experiência, com conforto, ótima localização e um anfitrião muito atencioso. - Gostei muito da atenção e paciência do anfitrião, sempre disposto a ajudar. O quarto é confortável, bem organizado e extremamente limpo. A localização também é excelente, facilitando o acesso aos principais pontos turísticos e com boas opções próximas. Nada a declarar. Tudo ocorreu muito bem durante a estadia.

• Dora (3/5): Disappointing - The location of the property is excellent. We stayed at this hotel in 2021, and we were super happy with it then. Unfortunately, we were left extremely disappointed after this second visit - everything but the location has changed, and not positively. Out of three nights, we didn't have hot water for two entire days - this was signalled to the property on Booking, and we never got help, or even a reply from them since. We also had to remind them to provide us with the instructions to be let in to the property. Five years ago, the cleanliness of the facility was great, now things were broken (one of the two showers, toilet flush often being stuck), and visibly not tended to after the last guest (clothing tag stuck on kettle, used towel left on one of the door hinges). The maintenance of the property is one thing, but being able to take a hot shower really is a minimum for a 100 EUR/night stay. The least they could have done is reply to our message asking for help.
• Marta (9/5): Buen sitio para alojarse y disfrutar de Roma. - En general me gustó todo, la habitación, la zona cercana a todo lo interesante de Roma, la facilidad para la entrada y salida. He estado en varias zonas de esta ciudad y creo que está es la idónea. Metro cercano también.

L'attenzione al cliente è di alto livello: vengono fornite tutte le informazioni necessarie per effettuare il check-in in modo semplice e veloce, con assistenza sempre disponibile in caso di bisogno. La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale, molto comoda per raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse, ristoranti e servizi. L'ambiente è accogliente, pulito e curato nei dettagli, il che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ho apprezzato molto anche la tranquillità del posto e l'organizzazione impeccabile. È una soluzione ideale sia per chi viaggia per lavoro sia per chi desidera visitare la città in totale comodità. Consigliatissimo!

La pulizia di alcuni dettagli andrebbe fatta meglio, ad esempio lo specchio mobile in bagno non era pulitissimo. Il materasso non è assolutamente comodo, oltre al fatto che erano materassi singoli uniti insieme.

• Juljana (6/5): posizione eccellente, ma gestione e comunicazione con gli ospiti decisamente migliorabi - Ho soggiornato presso Little Aurelius e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata contrastante. La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza della struttura: ottima, a pochi passi da Castel Sant’Angelo e molto vicina a Basilica di San Pietro, ideale per visitare Roma a piedi. Purtroppo l’ospitalità non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Avevo richiesto in anticipo un letto matrimoniale oppure due letti singoli preparati come matrimoniale; mi era stato confermato che sarebbe stato possibile, ma al mio arrivo ho trovato due lettini separati. Dopo aver segnalato il problema, i proprietari — che peraltro non erano presenti al check-in — hanno smesso di rispondere ai messaggi, limitandosi a visualizzarli senza fornire assistenza. Il check-in è avvenuto in autonomia tramite indicazioni ricevute in anticipo, poiché non era presente nessuno ad accoglierci. Purtroppo però, alla porta della camera mancava la chiave e siamo stati costretti ad aspettare l’arrivo di qualcuno per poter entrare, con evidente disagio dopo il viaggio.

• Wentland (8/5): Nocleg spełnił moje wymagania - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Naprzeciwko pizzeria. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. Na wyposażeniu czajnik, ekspres, czyste ręczniki, suszarka, lodówka. Plusem w pokoju nr 6 było wyjście na taras. Przyjemna, gorąca woda pod prysznicem. Zastanawiam się tylko jak jest latem, kiedy chodzą klimatyzatory.

Lots of restaurant nearby, Supermarket nearby Kettle and Nespresso, small fridge, safe, hairdryer were useful Four power points, some hangers in the wardrobe AC and heater were good to warm the room Cleaning was good, safe and secure building AC remote batteries were spoiled it didnt work, they were changed after two days. Tv remote didnt work, even after changing batteries(i had some), so could only watch one channel and couldnt switch it off unless unplugged. Shower had two shower units, neither shower head worked only 10% , had to use both the hand units to create a working shower. Asked twice if i could leave luggage in storage , didnt get a reply.
