Richard (6/5): Great aesthetic & location, but missing the basics - Great location, great style and aesthetic, easy entry with the access codes, clean room. However, the room stank of damp likely due to the air conditioning unit. The bed was a memory foam mattress, which gave little to no support to my back. Everyone has different mattress preferences but definitely not my preference at all, woke up with a bad back. The flush button on the toilet was broken, the soap dispensers in the showers also didn't work.

Alison (10/5): A great place for a weekend break - The apartment was very central and was well designed and clean . The bed was very comfortable. We had a small outside space which could do with some attention but a nice touch as the room was rather warm. Our room was on the 2nd floor and accessed by stairs. Communication prior to our visit was clear and helpful. We enjoy the freedom of self catering and the apartment was well equipped. We met the man in reception as we left and he was friendly but otherwise we did not need any assistance during our stay. Altogether a good experience and excellent value. Would use again.

Some street noise during the night. Check-in via an app but communication was excellent in this regard. Would use again.

Susan (10/5): Absolutely excellent - Fantastic place to stay just steps away from all the restaurants, bars and shops of Cheltenham. Despite being so central, our Siena suite was amazingly quiet. Super stylish decor with a kitchen corner generously supplied with various teas plus 2 coffee makers and coffee - and even fresh milk waiting in the fridge. Superking very comfortable bed and big white fluffy towels. Roy the concierge was very helpful and there is good secure parking that can be booked for an extra payment. Excellent value for a luxurious stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Angela (10/5): - Fantastic place to stay. We had two suites for relatives who were visiting Cheltenham. Both suites were spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Milk and juice in the fridge was a really nice touch. Plenty of towels with robes and slippers too. The team I spoke to were all really helpful. Can thoroughly recommend this place.
Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent location, accommodation and service. - Communication before we arrived was excellent and we were fortunate enough to be able to access the apartment early which was much appreciated. The accommodation is in an excellent location, minutes from Cheltenham town centre. It is really well appointed and welcoming with everything you need for a short stay. The pint of milk, tea & coffee was appreciated. Bed large and comfortable, living area great as well. Only down point was the 10am check out on a Sunday - was a bit early!

The property is located in a quiet section only a block or so away from many restaurants and shopping. Transportation by bus was nearby and the trains were within a short bus ride. We had a couple of basic cleaning issues, which were not corrected during the stay, which has resulted in us not giving 5⭐️ for everything.
Tom (10/5): Highly Recommend!! - Just returned from a long weekend in Cheltenham and stayed here in the tuscany suite. Was great value for money and would love to come back again. Booking was easy and updates / information prior to the booking was good. On the day we were waiting to check in, got a nice courtesy call giving us all the information we needed for our room and that the air con had been left on to cool the room. We found the hotel easily enough and the apartment did not disappoint. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy and the bed / furniture was nice quality and comfortable. Location was perfect and was a short walk to the brewery quarter and town centre. Would recommend to anyone and will hopefully be back soon!

t (8/5): shame - there was a few things that let the property down in our opinion. dirty cups on arrival. doors ti bedroom needed re painting aa there are scratched whilst the sofa is fashionable its its not very comfortable and very low to the ground. my husband had to sit at the dinning table as he couldn't get out of the sofa. bathroom was clean shame about the large boken tiles around the bathtub. was good to have milk in the fridge on arrival. didn't get entrance code till the morning we went and was told when i checked in it would arrive via email the day before. when i rang i could get an answer and was constantly being cut off the bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. there was a lovely glass coffee table in front of sofa but we moved it so we didn't hurt our self walking through the apartment at night.

Phil (10/5): Just book, you’ll love it. - First time booking an apartment and no regrets. Large main room and bedroom as well as excellent bathroom. Everything you need to either eat in the apartment or take advantage of the multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes in the Town centre. Large screen smart TV with a the usual apps already installed. Full crockery and cutlery with coffee machine, microwave, kettle and large fridge with freezer compartment. Communication from Roy the manager was superb and ensured everything went smoothly with code for both exterior and room doors. Couldn’t be simpler. The added bonus was the carpark that was described as a minute away…..it isn’t it’s actually attached to the building so a real winner. Overall if you are doubting yourself, don’t just book. You’ll not regret it 👍

Adam (10/5): Nice stay great location - Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although the helpful and friendly Ray in reception assured us this would be fixed next time we visited and we can certainly say we would stay again!

The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it.

Verified traveler (10/5): Tuscany Suite - Booked this property for an overnight stay, was very happy to have a call to say we’d been upgraded to the Tuscany Suite. This suite is on the second floor, beautiful accommodation and well equipped. The property is centrally located and next door to a pub, but there was no noise or disturbance. Highly recommend and good value for what we paid.

In fairness, they had telephoned me to warn me and put additional fans in the room. Well equipped with toaster, coffee maker a selection of teas and a microwave. Suggest if staying overnight you bring some orange juice croissants etc for the morning.

As the unit has a microwave, we could do some quick meals. Would have appreciated salt and pepper. Overall very good stay for 3 weeks

Thank goodness it wasnt raining. The other small thing was that ut took a few days for new batteries for the remote to arrive.

Rebecca (8/5): - Really like these suites, and will stay again. Stayed in the Tuscany suite - lovely kitchenette/sitting/dining area with Juliette balcony. The bedroom is beautiful and tucked away to the side - only gripes are that there is no window in the bedroom and we found it very hot despite opening doors to get air from the dining area in. Prssonally we found the pillow uncomfortable, but that is personal taste. The air conditioning in the kitchenette did not work ( had we been there longer we would have spoken to someone.) despite these minor niggles, the suite was beautifully presented, plenty of tea & coffee plus fresh milk, and incredibly clean.

Paula (8/5): Great value, recommend it. - Good facilities for making our own breakfast. Loved having a cafetiere and teapot. Fresh milk provided. Our stay was complicated by adding a second night, then having to choose a different suite because the first booking wasn't free. This made our interim day a bit more difficult with 10 am checkout and 4 pm check in. I didn't get any timely responses from anyone I emailed but the on site staff in the morning were great and even moved our case for us and let us in to the new room as soon as it was ready. Both were clean. Amalfi was lovely. Palermo great for star gazers. There were no windows but a HUGE skylight (closeable so light pollution no problem at night). Palermo had a whiff of sewage so there's an issue that needs sorting there.

Jo (10/5): A special stay - We had a fantastic stay. The accommodation is central and beautifully decorated and comfortable. We stayed in one night to make the most of being here. The only negative was that I didn’t received the security code prior to arriving. Luckily I was able to contact someone when we arrived. Our suite was ready early which was an added bonus.
Michael (10/5): Please refund me for being charged twice! - Strozzi Palace was superb. The only drawback was being charged twice for this accommodation, due to Hotel.Com's failure to pass on my payment made in advance on 29 November to Mansley. And now 2 weeks later I have still not been refunded. The Hotel.Com Customer Services rep's are not particularly empathetic, maybe that is a cultural thing, maybe not!

The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed including coffee and milk. It is well located near restaurants and shops and the coach station. Carl (10/5): - Perfect location. Parked in Chelt Walk carpark which is a couple of minutes walk away. You can pay by mobile app so easy to extend your parking each morning. Bed very comfy although squeaky. Wasn't disturbed by other apartments or road noise. Despite a large kitchen area there is only a fridge and microwave so wasn't able to do any cooking whilst there.

Natasha (10/5): Great apartment! - Great apartment in a central location for restaurants and shops. Also easy to get in and out of Cheltenham to explore the Cotswolds and beyond. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious (we had the Tuscany room) and the supply of milk, orange juice, bread and cereal etc was great. Very few negatives really but the car parking not ideal, it did get a bit hot in the room and also during the night it sounded there would be sounds like a generator kicking in and the room would vibrate a little. We got used to it though! All in all it was really great value and we would stay again.

Kayley (10/5): - The apartment is so lovely. It has everything you need. The kitchenette is perfect, the bathroom was large, the bed was huge and comfortable. The sofa was also comfortable. It is very well done and tasteful. Although I was there with a friend, it was also a perfect stay for a couple so I plan on taking my husband back there!
