- Mohammed (8/5): - The balcony view was great, viewing the lake and the mosque. There was no elevator. No sound proof walls. There was no AC ,, but central underground heating system. The weather was cold outside but hot inside and can't control the temperature.

- Ahmed (8/5): Great Location and Helpful Staff - Although the hotel is modest and not luxurious, its location in the city center gives it a real competitive advantage. There is car parking available, and you can easily reach restaurants, the masjid, and enjoy walking around the lake at any time of day. The staff were very helpful, especially Abdulkader — he was supportive and showed great hospitality, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for the warm welcome! The room was small, with a compact toilet and a very small sink for hand washing. Additionally, the furniture in the lounge area was old and could use an upgrade.

- Ismaeel (5/5): Location was the only thing I like - Location , cleanliness I pre-requested a baby crepe since 2 weeks and it was confirmed. When I reached, it wasn’t there. I requested the receptionist to bring it 3 times and he was keeping promises to bring it and finally he was arguing with me that I didn’t request it, finally brought it in the night. There was no ironing machine, no water. Also, no phone. However, the price was high compared to the quality of the service provided.
