- Robert (7/5): - Air Con Smelled of waste in the room. Covering up the drain in the bathroom helped.
Staff was less than helpful. No cold bottled water onsite.
- Lulu (1/5): Do not book! Scam! - Nothing!!! Everything in this hotel is terrible. False advertising. Do not fall for the photos that was shown. Its location is right next to the market. It stinks. The foul smell comes inside the room. You cannot even open the windows for air. Also aircon is not working. We were transferred 3x during our 4days stay because the room smell like sewer. It was a very terrible experience.
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE WHATEVER HAPPENS.
they also have a cease and decease order and shouldn't be operating but they purposely hid it on top. Nothing is good in the hotel. The rates are not even worth it!!! We tried to speak to someone higher than the manager but the staff says that it was owned by chinese and he doesn’t coordinate or speak to anybody with complaints. I think the department of tourism in el nido palawan should look into this hotel because guests are lured to false advertising of this hotel.
Booking.com should look into this hotel.
Its false advertised. Scam!!! Prevent at all cost!
- Aneta (6/5): - The studio is well-appointed. The bathroom is spacious. The staff were really courteous and willing to help. No windows in the room or in the bathroom - you had to open the door to get fresh air. As a result, a lot of humidity accummulated in the room and in the bathroom.
The worst part was that there was a tuk-tuk stand just in fron of the hotel, which meant horrible noise all through the night. It was hardly possible to sleep!
The breakfast was not to the taste of a Westerner. I personally fancied nothing that was offered, provided that eggs are sold out in the open everywhere in town, without refridgeration, so we didn't dare eat eggs.
- PARANE (9/5): Just fine! - Location One staff doesn’t know how to replace key. Our key was deactivated and her solution is to call somebody from the front desk to open it for us.

It didnt so they gave us a fan that make the same noise as a plane so our 3 days was shit. Theres is no restaurant or you cant go to el nido town by walking it's near nothing exepect the local fish market so theres is always that smell.

- Grzegorz (1/5): Very disappointing experience and highly unprofessional customer approach. Not recommended. - Despite having a fully paid reservation made via Booking, upon arrival the hotel informed us that they did not have our reservation in their system. The staff were unable to handle the situation and offered no effective solution.
Instead, we were pressured to cancel our Booking reservation and pay again for different rooms, which would have resulted in losing the money already paid. After more than 2.5 hours of discussions, we were finally given two rooms: one as booked and a second one with a significantly lower standard (much smaller size, single small bed instead of a double, window facing a wall). No compensation was offered.
The manager never appeared and refused direct contact. Communication was limited to the front desk only.
During a 4-night stay, the room was never cleaned, basic amenities such as toilet paper were not replenished, and everything had to be requested multiple times. Staff presence was noticeable, but service quality was extremely poor.
A formal complaint was raised via Booking. The hotel did not acknowledge responsibility.
Very disappointing experience and highly unprofessional customer approach. Not recommended.
- Michael (8/5): Needs more - Rooms were nice but fridge didn't work Breakfast needs more selection and there was no juices available
The hotel never cleaned the room during the 4 nights of our stay. The air conditioning did not work at all. The window was extremely small (about 20×20 cm), the room was unbearably stuffy, and it was impossible to sleep. We had booked 5 nights but were forced to leave after 4 nights because of the broken air conditioning. The staff refused to refund us for the last night. Very poor service and terrible conditions. Do not recommend.

- Tina (5/5): Although the entrance was a full chaos the front desk area was decent. The view was nice (if you just look towards the b - Clean and spacious room, nice partial view of the beach, friendly staff and decent breakfast Hot water didn’t work on the first night, TV had no cable and only showed local shows which were grainy and then totally stopped working on the second day, downstairs entrance was always chaotic
- Mary rose (8/5): -
- George (8/5): - The views of the beach were spectacular, and the hotels location is generally close to the the center of town. Location is next to the public market so it's fairly busy, additionally - power failures seems to occur frequently.

- Venkat Ellendula (1/5): - They rejected the booking when I reached the hotel even though I booked it atleast 10 days in advance. Some lame excuse they had given as to how they didn’t have access to booking.com

- Peter (10/5): - Everything was great, decent walking distance from where all the action is. When we arrived I did think I got scammed. The outside of the hotel definitely needs to be updated. You know what they say, it’s the inside that matters. Inside is clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was decent. Would stay again

- Patrick (2/5): - Where do I start? After a 5 hour drive from Puerto Princessa I was expecting to have a decent clean room to sleep in, but I was wrong. First of all, the bed sheets had a brown stain on them. The elevator smelled like mold, bathroom looked as if a toddler had applied gout to the toilet bowl and sink. I asked the staff where I could get some seafood for dinner and they directed me to a tourist trap where the food was over priced and tasted overly sweet.i had better luck asking a tricycle driver where I could get some seafood. I rented a moped and paid 700 pesos for a day. The person who dropped off the moped tried to double charge me for the rental. Aside from that, the person brought the moped with empty gas. I would avoid this place at all cost and find another place to stay. The pictures that are posted are edited. The room smelled like mold. If you like to watch television, good luck because the reception is terrible. Please do yourself a favor and find a nicer place down the street.
- ARLENE PAGE (9/5): One El Nido suit is very good to stay - The room has a TV, small fridge , electric kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. Simple Bedroom but yet, comfortable to stay for more than a week. There was an unlimited chair massage near our room. The roof top dining has a nice sea view. The Aircon in our room is not too cold and it is centralized so can't adjust the temperature. Need to call their maintenance to adjust it. But it's not a big deal anyway.
- MARIA DOLORES (7/5): - The bed Breakfast and location
- Geoffrey Ian (10/5): -
- Ellen (9/5): Heel goed! - Lekker ontbijt, grote kamers, leuk dakterras. Vriendelijk personeel.
- bobgianna (8/5): Very good place - During our stay in El Nido we stayed at this hotel. It is conveniently located at the entrance of the city and about 15-20 mins walk from the main beach and the main harbour. There's also a lovely beach nearby. You can book the boat excursions directly from the reception. The hotel is located at the top of a large department store. The staff was nice and accommodating. You can get breakfast on the rooftop which was lovely. The lobby is a spacious area centrally located but it's very hot. The rooms are in good condition and the beds are comfortable. Finally the highlight of this hotel is the massage chairs located on the top floor were perfect to relax on. Overall it's a good place to stay for a few days.
- James (2/5): Nice staff, but not good value for money - The reception staff and porters were excellent and there are some massage chairs that are free to use. The workers tried their best to solve problems, but the real problems are mainly about the building, not the staff. Based on what we paid, they need to either lower the price and/or increase the quality of the hotel. There are much nicer, well known hotels in El Nido for the same price as what we paid.
The room smelled of damp, so they offered to switch us to another room which smelled a bit better but still wasn't great. The pillows and pillow cases needed to be cleaned better. To be honest they should probably just buy new pillows. The pillow case thing was probably because they weren't expecting to switch us to a different room at short notice.
In the orginal room we were given, the fridge didn't work. In the new room the fridge worked a little, but wasn't great. The safe didn't work properly. The aircon wasn't great at first, but it was okay after leaving it on for a long time.
This was the second time we were staying in this hotel. Last time we stayed in this hotel, the breakfast was a buffet, but this time it was a breakfast plate with only one egg. The bread was horrible and had a sweet taste. They did provide us with tomatoes, olives and cucumber when we asked, but they charged us 30 pesos per egg every day for the second egg. After all the problems in the hotel, it was a bit cheap to ask us to pay for the eggs when the normal breakfast is a buffet.
Every night at 1am and at roughly 2 hour intervals there was a loud noise from the water pump on the ceiling that woke us up.
The slippers we were given in the room looked like they had been used as the soles were dirty.
- drallah (4/5): You get what you pay for, sometimes even lesser! - Was a shock for me when I arrived. The first and second levels are industrial commercial establishments. The check-in is on level 3 with staff that can barely communicate. The rooms are present at 16 degrees but the temperature feels like 24 or 25 degrees & no maintenance person to hear you out. Once you are in the assembly line you are expelled out at checkout. There is no mixer but an insta geyser so bathing is an obstacle race with water temperatures swinging from cold to hot alternately. The wash basin was partially blocked and despite complaining for 2 consecutive days nothing was done. You get pre-plated breakfast served either in your room or on level 5. You cannot ask for an extra sausage or an ounce of extra juice other than what is plated. Seemed like a concentration camp meal set-up. Zero- hospitality. The property seems running on auto-pilot. Philippines and Thailand hospitality are poles apart. Philippines is 25 years behind Thailand or Indonesia as far as hospitality is concerned. I don't think I will ever come back to Philippines again as a tourist. #fail
- Emmanuel (10/5): - A nice stay with helpful staff, and all were very nice. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well. I recommend for people to stay
- Vince (8/5): Cheap the staff is great and place is clean - Clean Small tv
- Gianpiero (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Sadly, there’s no option for a rating below 1 star. This was the worst experience of our trip. We had multiple calls with the staff to confirm our reservation, and were assured we’d have the room—yet upon arrival in El Nido, there was no proper confirmation, and we were forced to cancel. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
Bunch of incompetent people
- Lebracyl (8/5): Staff so poor service - Location and cleanliness Staff
- michael (10/5): - Good location and price easy transportation options staff super nice very clean inside
- Catriona (8/5): - Good, two night stay, view of ocean, filtered water available everywhere.
- Arianna (3/5): Too hot to stay - I liked the price and from what I saw from the pictures on booking it looked nice. The air conditioning did not cool down and it was a very terrible night.
- Anna (7/5): Good -
- Brovender (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious room Bed wasn't comfortable
Barley had any water in the shower
- James (4/5): - Tried to give us a room different than what was booked. Informed me that the room booked was not available but when I complained they seemed to find the right room. There are no robes as the booking indicated in either room. Staff were polite. Not the best part of town. No food options in walking distance.
- Susy (6/5): Very hot room - I loved the location, the room was clean & comfortable, staff was friendly The AC never got cold & you had to put the key in the slot to keep it going. If you left your room, the AC would turn off since they only gave you 1 room key.
- Linda (7/5): It was ok. - The room was nice, king bed, hot water pot, toiletries and linens, clean room except for the windows laden with street grime and outdoor mold. The busy location and the trashy area surrounding the hotel was unpleasant. Nice view looking out to the sea and mountains but looking downward a whole different story. The dirt walk to the beach was unkept and the beach was not what I envisioned for a tropical island or even living up to You tube videos we watched. We did take boat tour A to the islands and next day a dive trip and they were beautiful. But that hotel was about all that was left booking a couple days in advance. The shower was quirky but worked well with hot water. Drinking water dispensers were a plus on the main floors. Although the rooftop breakfast area was pleasant and the foods were slightly different each day, my husband broke a glass and he had to pay for a replacement at checkout.
- John (6/5): Room was ok however, everything else below average. - Initially given room with twin beds despite booking double. Receptionist sorted however, bathroom was needing refurbished and we also had ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was poor and was also noisy at night.
- monilshah7 (2/5): Denied check in despite confirmed non refundable booking. SHAMELESS front office manager. deserve to go out of Business - One word to describe them SCOUNDRELS
Had a confirmed booking for 5 rooms 3 nights booked atleast 3 months in advance. We were a group of 9 adults and 4 kids (with one child as small as 7 months old) We reach the hotel property on 22nd March 25 at 3 pm to realise; how conveniently they say we are overbooked, sorry… we can’t accommodate you and your families. Mind you this was despite a non refundable booking. The town was fully booked and we ended up spending more than 3 times the room rent we originally intended to pay. Moreover, the shameless front office manager didn’t even help us transfer the luggage to another property despite having a van available at their perusal. We had read reviews where we knew the property does this quite often. Being proactive we fetched their email ID frok their website and even mailed them 4 days before arrival of our stay and conforming our booking. Neither did they respond, but had to audacity to conveniently claim their email on official website is incorrect. NEVER EVER book this property. They deserve to be out of business. CHEATERS AND SCAMMERS are an understatement for One El Nido Suites
- Sónia (4/5): Disappointing - The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
Unfortunately one of the rooms was interior with a window facing the staff corridor. This makes us very sad for not being able to have natural light.
- Mo (1/5): Bad - Worse hotel i have experienced. Bad location, bad services, no hospitality, and they may charge you 100 usd at check out for different reaons, and if you dont pay, they stop you and ruin your trip. Be careful about this place and the managment

- Alice (7/5): It was a great place to stay for 2 nights - Room was clean and big. Staff was very kind and helpful Every was ok
- Loretta (7/5): Good for the money - Easy to get to. Good for the price. Nice staff. Seemed clean Breakfast could be better, not much there
- Nikola (8/5): Very good -
- Mateo (7/5): Good - Staff is very kind but the bed linen was not washed properly and breakfast is terrible. If you're just going to sleep here few nights, that's fine. All bars and restaurants are like 15min walking from here or 3-5 min with scooter. Ants, breakfast and hygiene😂
- Branden (8/5): - This is a great hotel nestled near downtown El Nido. Plenty of shops and places to grab some food within walking distance. The staff at One El Nido Suite were very kind and accommodating.
- Eugenio (10/5): - Overall our stay here is good. Breakfast in the morning is superb. The only downside for me is we arrived around 0830 and we stayed only in the lobby with sofas it was quite hot and no aircon. We managed to check in around 1330. This is only minor where they could turn on aircon or provide fan. Overall i would still come back to this hotel next time.
- Olive (6/5): - Pros: friendly staff, spacious, good breakfast selection, good quality toilet paper compared to other hotels in the Philippines & free toiletries.
Cons: small size beds for 2 people, strong old & musty odor from the AC vent, cleanliness could be improved, not close to the beach area or where the action is, beach towel cost extra 100php each, extra cost for extra bed regardless if you’ve already paid for extra person.
- Annie (1/5): unhappy - I was in the room next to the cleaning cupboard, Room 8101 with only a curtained window separating us, it was very dirty and there were bed bugs. ( i have photos )I asked to see the manger and asked to have a better room even if it cost more , he was not helpful at all initially and told me that if i went else where as i had mentioned then i would not get a refund..
The took me to see another room 8220 9 which i think is reserved for staff) but unfortunately entered a room that people were already in, embarrassing, mr Lim with me falling then went to his receptionist and had an aggressive conversation with her , in my presence!!!!
i was transfered to a small room with no kettle no tv and no signal a foot away from a noisy well used lift. I had no "do not disturb" sign provided and staff entered my room for no apparent reason, until i was able to acquire a "do not disturb sign"There was no follow p contact as Mr Lim the manager had said there would be. In fact even when we bumped into each other in the lift he avoid eye contact and became very unfriendly.
I was unable to check out the whole week as there was not availability anywhere else. I spent a whole month in the Phillipins and the time spent at One El-Nido Suite was the worst part and spoilt my stay. To be avoided at all costs! Mr Lim was not professional or friendly not a good host at all. A pleasant Manager
- Chen (8/5): Comfortable and leisurely - acceptable not so perfect. Dishes should be diverse.
- Liliane (7/5): 3 days in El Nido , nice location next to market and big room with nice view ! - nice big room, good location breakfast
front desk , some were not helpful at all, poor english
- Alyssa (7/5): Good -
- Alyssa (7/5): Good -
- Arlene (10/5): - Its close to shops and restaurants .
- Jocelyn (3/5): Poor - We asked for the air conditioner to be fixed and the engineer did nothing to fix it- only stared at the screen and told us it was working when it clearly wasn’t. We resorted to bringing up the fan from reception and put it into the room as the heat was unbearable to sleep in.
- Amy (6/5): Pleasant - Good location in the centre of el nido
Helpful staff with booking trips We had to ask for towels every day. There were two of us staying in this hotel and we would come back each day with only one clean towel available.
- Samantha (8/5): Very good -
